Jiffy lube famously advertised their 15 minute oil changes on their website. I waited 75 minutes for my car to be seen, and an additional 60 minutes once they began working on my car. I understand waiting the 75 minutes as it is first come first serve, however, it took a whole 60 minutes of them working on my car for a basic oil change. When my car was finished and I went to pay, they ended up performing services and charging things without my knowledge including tire rotation, replacing air filter, and replacing windshield wipers. Nobody asked me if I wanted these services performed and did not tell me they were going to do them. They did not have my consent or authorization to complete these services, only the oil change I requested. It added an extra $100 to the total bill. I brought this to their attention, and the manager removed the additional charges. The manager was very nice, and the staff was honestly nice as well. My feedback though is that a two+ hour wait for an oil change is egregious and to perform services and charge consumers for services without their knowledge or consent is predatory.

I appreciated his friendly spirit and honesty! Will definitely be back! I wish the waiting room was a little bit nicer, but hey, there wasn't anything wrong, and it was clean. However after going in these last two weekends they didn't put down a mat to protect my carpet I know my car doesn't look the beta or isnt the newest car but I think all cars deserve to be treated the same especially when paying for a service. They usually put a mat down to prevent oil getting on the floor , I'm not sure what's been going on this last week or so. Last weekend it was one oily print , I didn't say anything and I should've because know my driver side carpet looks insane. I had a free car wash on my receipt from a previous wash I wanted to use before it expired on May 9. The receipt was a little faded which made the code had bar code hard to read. The car wash attendant even tried to help me by looking at it and entering it for me. But unfortunately after a two attempts he was like sorry I just can't read it, it's too faded. That's not my fault though. You could still read the part on the receipt where it says Super Star Car Wash Coupon Redeem for your FREE Clean Wash. He said sorry that's too bad, I can't read the code to enter so you have to pay. Now it's not like I couldn't pay. I just wanted my free car wash honored and it wasn't my fault the receipt was faded. That's how it printed out for me. Anyway he got annoyed, frustrated and was a little rude about it and then tried to sell me their monthly plan for unlimited washes. Like I'd buy that after his rudeness. I bought a basic wash and went on my way. Just honor the free car wash I clearly had the receipt for. They're friendly, accommodating and communicate promptly. Scheduling an appointment is easy and hassle-free. It's a true joy dealing with them. This is undoubtedly a First Class operation. However, while this branch is fine for basic services like oil changes, tire rotations, and the like, I'm hesitant to recommend them for any complicated automotive repairs or diagnostics. I took my Jeep there for a persistent issue, and after four visits and significant expense, the problem remained unsolved. They have a tendency to throw parts at problems rather than accurately diagnose the source of an issue, despite charging high market diagnostic fees. One of my repairs was left unfinished and the vehicle had to be returned for the job to be completed. They comped me a free oil change and OEM gas cap after the mishap, but considering I'd spent nearly $4,000 in only a few months, it seemed appropriate. One more positive note. While it's not uncommon to be required to leave your vehicle for a week or more at some shops, AAA gets you in and out faster than any shop I've used in recent memory. When you're dealing with an Every Day Vehicle, alacrity is worth a great deal.
