Not realizing I didn't have my wallet I went and pulled in and thinking they may have ApplePay. They did not and I had just used my code. Thats when Drew came over and I explained my predicament and he asked to see the coupon and I showed him. He punched some buttons and said "The other 50% is on me, hope you come back" I will Drew! Customer Service goes a long way and with free Vacuums, air for your tires, dash cleaner, glass cleaner, and air freshener it's the best self serve wash you can get! There is a closer self serve wash to me but this will be the one I come back to from now on!

I've been to a few Super Star car washes with no issues and everyone is pretty polite and helpful…read more I needed a car wash and was near this location so I pulled in. I had a free car wash on my receipt from a previous wash I wanted to use before it expired on May 9. The receipt was a little faded which made the bar code hard to read. The car wash attendant even tried to help me by looking at it and entering it for me. But unfortunately after a two attempts he was like sorry I just can't read it, it's too faded. That's not my fault though. You could still read the part on the receipt where it says Super Star Car Wash Coupon Redeem for your FREE Clean Wash. He said sorry that's too bad, I can't read the code to enter so you have to pay. Now it's not like I couldn't pay. I just wanted my free car wash honored and it wasn't my fault the receipt was faded. That's how it printed out for me. Anyway he got annoyed, frustrated and was a little rude about it and then tried to sell me their monthly plan for unlimited washes. Like I'd buy that after his rudeness. I bought a basic wash and went on my way. Just honor the free car wash I clearly had the receipt for. Is it so hard to say, oh that's hard to read but I'll honor the free wash for you. Why be a butthead about it? Needless to say I won't be back at this location anytime soon. There's a lot of other car washes near me I can pull into instead.

I drive far out of my way to get a quality oil change and Valvoline has never disappointed me. Yes,…read moreit is a little pricey but I don't have to get out of my car which means my furrbabies can come along, I can see all the work they are doing, and I get to see and hear their efficient communications with each other as well as how they all double/triple check each other and I love it. The service is also very quick and always friendly. My Last visit had Jazz as the primary and 4 other name I'm forgetting now (males - Alex,Alex,TJ maybe - one that likes to sing - oh, i cannot recall - sorry, guys!). They were great and all made the trip a delight.

Oof. Where do I begin? Let me start by saying I am a repeat…read moreValvoline customer. My Durango has been through this location plenty of times, so I know what the experience is normally supposed to look like. This visit was by far the worst. From the moment I pulled in, Jazmine, the customer service representative, seemed completely uninterested in helping me. No pleasantries, no real engagement, nothing. When she presented the price and I questioned why it was higher than I remembered, she simply turned the screen toward me and essentially said, "Those are the prices." Okay... but why? Turns out there was a temporary surcharge due to market volatility. Cool. That's all I wanted to know. A simple, "We're currently charging a temporary surcharge because of market conditions" would have answered my question and we both could have moved on with our lives. Instead, I basically got a shoulder shrug and a walk-off. The rest of the experience wasn't much better. Valvoline advertises an 18-point maintenance check with its oil changes. Not a single person attempted it. Lights? Nope. Wipers? Nope. The other advertised checks? Nothing. Did I desperately need someone to inspect my wiper blades? No. Do I expect to receive the same service every other customer is promised when I'm paying for it? Absolutely. Nobody offered to help reset my oil-life monitor, either. I essentially received the bare-bones version of an oil change, paid my $145+, and was sent on my way. Here's the thing: I don't go to Valvoline because I can't change my own oil. An oil change is one of the easiest maintenance items you can perform on a vehicle. I go to Valvoline because I'm a busy dad and pulling into a bay, staying in my vehicle, getting the oil and filter changed, and driving away without crawling underneath my Durango or cleaning anything afterward is convenient. I'm willing to pay extra for that convenience. But convenience is only valuable when the experience that comes with it justifies the premium. If I'm going to spend $145+ for an oil change only to receive bare-minimum service and be treated like my presence is an inconvenience, I can get that experience at home for considerably less money. At least the guy changing my oil there is friendly.

I am not satisfied with the service I received. When I initially took my vehicle to you on December 4th, my check engine light was on and my radiator fluid was leaking. I advised I only wanted the issue that led to my check engine light and leak to be fixed because that's all I could afford at the time. I was told it was the cause was the Intake Manifold Gasket. The total came to $5005.22 I got a call saying my vehicle was ready and I picked it up on December 17th (8 days after drop-off). I was told to check engine light was still on and they're not sure why, but they drove the car and everything is fine. I drove my car to enterprise to drop my rental back off and then to the grocery store. While on the freeway, to the grocery store, the car shut off. The coolant and engine overheating warming lights came on. (The issue I just paid $5005.02). I called your shop twice and no answer and then I sent an email. December 18th I received a call back and was advised they will come to my house and pick my truck back up. Two men came and picked my truck up. I got a call December 19th. Stating it was now the heat module management/unit that needed to be replaced which came out to another $1078.54. My car was picked up December 18. I did not receive my car back until January 7th. I was told twice before this date that I was going to get my car back. I ended up having to spend $726 for a rental car. My issue is I had to pay $2000 just to get my car taken apart and I wanted whatever the major issue was to be fixed. According to you, it was the intake manifold gasket, nothing else. The fact that I paid $2000 and the heat module management/unit was not identified as needing to be fixed/replaced, I feel like I got extorted. My car was not a priority even after I said I had a rental car, my car was at your shop for 23 days in total. January 7th, 2026 I picked my car up and I have been doing minimal driving. January 10th the check engine light is back on again. (The issue I just paid a total of $6083.56). Not including rental cars charges of $726. At this point I do not want to take my truck back because it is apparent and I mean no disrespect that your shop does not know how to fix my vehicle. I would like some of my money back.

My sister has been their customer for several years and has always spoken highly of them, so I decided to give them a try. Jenny Bastanchury was my service advisor and provided excellent service at every step. The car arrived shifting hard and shuddering at low speeds. Litchfield Auto Repair's mechanics quickly discovered what the large chain shop missed. A damaged transmission bracket was causing excess vibration and had been destroying my motor and transmission mounts. There were also other issues that needed attention, and the team walked me through each one clearly. Litchfield Auto Repair diagnosed excessive engine movement and rebuilt the entire engine and transmission mount set-up using modified brackets because original parts for a 2000 Cavalier are no longer available. They replaced the left front CV axle, installed a new air conditioning compressor, performed a complete R134a evacuate and recharge service, and coordinated a full transmission rebuild. Per my request, Jenny tried to source new old stock parts for the job, but in some cases, they were not available. After all the work was completed, the Cavalier drove smoother and stronger than it has in years. Their pricing was fair, their communication was clear, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Jenny and her mechanics really listened to my input and provided superior service compared with what I had experienced at other shops over the last 12 years. Although Litchfield Auto Repair is a little out of my way, I will drive the extra miles to get auto repairs I can fully trust. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

As I waited in their lobby, the oil and the belt were replaced in just over two hours. The money I paid was well worth it, as I felt satisfied and secure in my vehicle after it left the shop. While waiting in the reception area, I overheard the owners speaking with another customer. They offered to assist the other customer when they didn't have to. They were willing to go above and beyond on their own time to help the community. When you come here, you're not just a customer or a number; you become Family, and I like to see that.
