Went there today. I thought it was closed because the doors were nearly rolled down, but realized they are just trying to keep the sun out. I got there at 420pm knowing they close at 5pm. The manager was there and his staff was on point. I paid $70 for the oil change and had my cabin filters replaced. My service took longer than expected due to a overly tightened oil filter. Manager went down there himself to assist his crew. Overall pretty good job. I would recommend getting some legit coffee container though, a protein shaker for a creamer container was funny though. read more

Every time I bring my car in, I always get helped by a man named Allen. I think he's a manager or owner. Let me tell you, I've brought my car into this location for an oil change about 5 times now, and every time I come in right before they close. Allen squeezes my car in to get my oil changed in just enough time. Not only that, but when they ring me up, they tell me all this other stuff they did, which I would not think was included with my oil change...like they check all the fluids, windshield wipers, fix tire pressure... holy shit, they even vacuum the car for me! Now that's service! I vow to never take my car anywhere else. I can't believe how these guys work, so efficient, so friendly, yet very professional. On 5/2/2024 I was serviced by this Jiffy Lube. When I got home, I realized I was missing a pair of expensive Beats. I notified the manager (James D.) who seemed to be very defensive about the whole situation. He did give me the corporate office to make report this. I notified the corporate office and explained in detail the situation. Please DONT allow the following Jiffy Lube employees around your vehicle Manager: James D Tech: Daniel P Tech: Alijha A District Manager: Dennis I'll be filing a police report for this as well. //Update// 5/7/2024 The District Manager (Dennis) called me to update me on his internal investigation. He concluded that he asked his employees if anyone saw a pair of headphones. Of course no one is going to confess to stealing. My experience was not the greatest. I told the associate multiple times that I did not want the "European" oil. He pushed and pushed until I had to correct him once again. I understand what up selling is and possibly commission they might receive, but you must also recognize when to stop when the customer says no more than once. New to the area, found a Jiffy Lube near my house. (found on Yelp). There were mixed reviews. I often use Jiffy Lube in CA, all I had were good experience so I decided to use this location here in AZ. My experience was five star as the employees were great. Service was efficient and honest. Just needed an oil change. I wanted (Mobile 1 oil filters) they didn't have them, but I was able to purchase one at auto-zone next door. They conducted the full vehicle inspection topping off all fluids and gave me a military discount. This will be my go to spot from here on. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at jiffy lube. I had to tell them to replace windshield wipers and change lite bulb. They should have asked me before the wrap up. They left my dashboard on other than the condition I arrived in. Had to go back and at least get the electronic speedometer display. I walked in for an oil change which I didn't need an appointment for. They were able to do same day and got me out in about 15 minutes. They inspected my car and showed me things like my dirty air filter that needed to be replaced. Overall good price for the time and care they took. read more

I've been coming here for years and they've had their issues but I've never received bad service nor had issues with my car. My only issue is that they would always offer to rotate my tires but it'd never happen because there was an issue (about 3 times) so I just go somewhere else for that now. I received an oil change today and everything went great. Until, I went to drive my car away and anytime I hit the gas petal...the car would die. So I bring my car back and tell them to fix it - they didn't attach something back the way it was supposed to and caused a vacuum leak. The manager came over to apologize and blamed a poor job done on "the other car he was working on not taking a charge and him getting frustrated". I'm sorry, another car frustrating you is NOT an excuse. Another thing is that he pulled a cabin air filter off the desk, told me it was mine and that it needed to be replaced. Thankfully I refused because when going over the service with me, I was made aware that they were unable to access my air filter. I'm giving two stars only because they immediately fixed it and apologized. But I will not be returning. read more

I've been coming to this jiffy lube location on/off for years. I came in today for my usual oil change on my vehicle. After leaving jiffy lube I heard a strange flapping noise from under my car. I returned to jiffy lube to see if they could check what was going on. The manager took care of my issue right away despite the line of people already waiting. The manager & his team also had to deal with a customer that was mad about the wait (which I understand). They handled the issue professionally explaining to the customer that this would only take 5 minutes as I was already a paid customer. I appreciate them taking care of my issue right away and wanted to leave a good review for them as I've never had issues coming here. And obviously when an issue occurred, they went above and beyond. read more

Manager was extremely rude and arrogant to my wife. Told her she didn't know when she needed an oil change and that it wasn't necessary. He then realized he read the report wrong and it was due, as we had explained after 2 cross country trips, and he said that he knew the whole time it was his team that didn't. He even lectured her on needing to clear her mailbox which we then showed was empty but he didn't have the patience to wait for it to finish ringing. Really unprofessional place. a minute ago So I drive up and park at 8:45am this morning, (with nobody else around to be seen) at 5 mins until 9am I walked up to stand by the door when the open. After waiting for about 10 mins (I assumed they didn't show up) the garage doors start to open and I am relieved that they are at least there. As soon as they finally greet me at the door, I mentioned that I was first and have been waiting. But the arrogant associate kept saying I should have "assumed to park behind the building," my appologies for being polite and parking in a stall (especially my first visit). I told the associate to go ahead and serve the other customers because I can be treated much better elsewhere on a Sunday morning. I called back later to speak to a "manager" or to get information on how to speak to a corporate rep and Rahim (who seemed dazed and confused about his job title) provided me that he was the manager but didn't have any information for me and he could "try to find it later." He never even took my name or info before he hung up on me so I'm certain he's not calling back. Walmart is 100 times better than Jiffy Lube, which is funny because I would assume Jiffy LUBE would specialize in automotive services like oil changes! read more

Thomas RD Phoenix AZ ,85037, asked a young man that worked there about getting some air , before the conversation could even end they Manager Kevin walked up very aggressive and stated that he had paying customers to get to first . ( I felt very confused and disrespected ) I asked the young man that I was first speaking with, for directions to the nearest place and Kevin again turned around and told me to google it!!!! I got in my car still feeling very confused , embarrassed and wondering what the heck I did wrong .. 2 stars only because of price. $82 for a simple mixed blend oil change on a standard 2010 Toyota Highlander. The service was fine and the facility is very nice but in my view these guys (or Jiffy Lube) have priced themselves out of the market. Even for convenience it is over priced. Beware if this location. These guys here are lazy. They were nice enough to say it was OK for me to show up right at closing. To tell me a few minutes later that there was a crack in my radiator and fluid was dripping (...it was brand new radiator fluid dripping out) and that due to liability issues were unable to work on my van. I took my van to my mechanic and not a single thing was found to be wrong. Wish I could give this location a zero! I will never recommend this place to anyone read more

I was there the last week of May 2015 and was pleasantly surprised. I actually hesitated going to this location after having read some marginal reviews but I was close and short on time. Boy, am I glad I did. The service was prompt and professional. In addition to the basics I have a front piece of plastic, that sits under the bumper, that is slightly loose and I asked if they could fix it and while they didn't have the parts to do so they inspected it thoroughly and said if I returned with some zip ties they would be willing to stitch me up for free.
