So after waiting over 45 minutes, dealing with an incredibly dismissive employee, and losing a significant portion of my lunch break, the order wasn't even prepared correctly. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but 45+ minutes, poor communication, dismissive customer service, refusing a refund, and then getting the order wrong is completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I've had at a fast-casual restaurant. I will not be returning to this location.
