I did a curbside order pickup due to this location being closer to me. From ordering on the app until the time I got to the parking spot to let them know I was there it went really smoothly. Ordering on the Chick-fil-A app is a game changer because your food is made once you get closer to the store and you don't have to wait in a long line. The signs in the parking lot to park at were very easy to find. It didn't take the employee long to bring my food out. Once my food was brought out the employee was very nice and she made sure I had all my items I ordered before she walked away. My order was correct and the food was hot and fresh. I would definitely order from here again especially order ahead so I don't have to go inside the mall. Also I love how Chick-fil-A has a rewards program. The staff are professional and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times. The ambiance is always busy and packed whenever I go to a Chick-fil-A, especially the drive thru lanes. They are always packed with long lines. The market salad is fresh and delicious. The waffle fries are always on point and the chicken sandwich is top notch. It's well established that I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A. In fact, I'm sitting here kind of stunned that I hadn't previously reviewed this location. This location is a sister location to the Keystone Chick-fil-A (same owner). Thus, it's probably not surprising that I get very similar vibes at both restaurants, though there's no denying there's a difference in clientele between the two. This spot is obviously located in a more business-oriented district. It stays pretty busy most of the time. I will admit I usually go to the drive-thru here rather than dining in, though on occasion I will find myself inside. The basics? Accessibility is nearly always pretty solid with Chick-fil-A. There are accessible parking spots, appropriate curb cuts, and a fairly well laid out dining room. Restrooms are ADA compliant. Employees here are almost always helpful and will work with accommodation if needed. With their last redesign, accessibility in terms of parking improved and I consider it better here than at Keystone. The drive-thru is a two-lane drive-thru that diverges into one lane once you've ordered. The drive-thru folks are always friendly and they work pretty friendly. Generally, my orders are accurate (interestingly, just yesterday my order was actually incorrect). As is true of all Chick-fil-A locations, they are closed Sundays. My favorites here? I order chicken strips a lot. I order a grilled chicken combo when I want to pretend I'm being healthy. I love their iced tea. The frozen coffee is da' bomb. I'm a fan of waffle fries, though at times they do disagree with my stomach. The only thing I truly don't like here among the things I've had would be the chocolate chip cookies - I just plain don't like them. I'm not super thrilled with the ice cream, but the cookies are actually a dislike. They do give refills and are nearly always cheerful about fixing mistakes. And yes, while it's not a requirement they are encouraged to acknowledge a "thank you" with "my pleasure." I have to be honest - I adore that and sometimes will say "thank you" just to hear it (I'm pretty low maintenance). Overall, I really love both locations run by this owner and, in fact, this owner is just what I call "good people." It's nice to be remembered. I've been down since cancer surgery and I've had some of his employees greet me on social media and on those occasions I get to the drive-thru. As an extra note, they typically utilize DoorDash for delivery. If I were to come up with a list of preferred fast food spots, there's no question Chick-fil-A would be on it with a nice combo of good food, fair prices, and terrific employees. read more

As a retail worker it can hard to get away to eat. I put in a last minute order and the staff were very understanding. When they didn't have my choice they not only offered me an alternative but also gave me a bigger drink. The night shift team worked til the last minute and the supervisor was kind. I felt so bad about how late it was but they got me my order. read more

Recently ate here and developed food poisoning. I called this franchise to inform them something is wrong with the grilled nuggets or the macaroni. The manger who answered showed he truly did not care about this information. Responded he could not do anything at this point and how do I know it's from them. I should've walked away when I learned my chicken would not be served fresh with my salad( other locations I've been to, ALWAYS served fresh chicken in salad.) but I'm 7 months pregnant and was starving. I love Chick-fil-A because it doesn't remind me of a fast food restaurant. But today it definitely did! I got a #2 Spicy chicken deluxe meal and the sandwich was all over the place, our fries were cold and not crispy. The food was still good, but it was not how I usually eat it. The lemonade was delicious! I would expect everything coming from Chick-fil-A to be perfect, no matter where it's coming from. This location only gets 3 stars because it's really hit or miss when it comes to the service here. They either get your order right the first time and you get to walk away happy or they keep forgetting to add items you ordered so you have to wait longer than planned. This review is on behalf of those who like to mobile order. I only do it because I work in the mall and I get to have more break time to my break if I mobile order so I can pick it up and leave. There's a manager there who likes to call out the names of mobile orders without even checking if the drink was prepared to go with the order. Because of that, the wait tends to extend more and more since there's now a line of people waiting their drinks only. That's it lol read more

Great food always. Fast, well let's just say speed could use some improvement. It seems this location always has a line backed up. Which I guess is good for them. I order the same thing pretty often. Kids meal 2 strip, waffle fries, lemonade and kids cone instead of the toy. It's just enough and very filling. I also like that I can pay from my app and gain points for future meals. This location is amazing!!!! We all know that Chick-fil-A is awesome compared to fast food restaurant competitors but this location is efficient! I've come here for breakfast and lunch and I'm never angry waiting in lines because it flies. They have wonderful staff who are always smiling and helpful and always make sure you have everything you need (silverware, napkins, sauces, etc). I was just at this location this evening for dinner with my parents and it was wonderful as usual! We all got our food just as we had ordered it and all loved it. Once we found a booth (close to the same one my dad and I usually get for daddy/daughter lunches hahaha) and sat down our food came out almost right away. It was hot and tasty as always. I had the #2 combo spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Cherry coke and both of my parents had chicken strip combos, but my dad had a fruit cup instead of fries. We all loooved our meals and gobbled them down like there was no tomorrow! Oh, and also, I found out they have ice cream! I have never paid attention to the dessert menu so didn't realize it. But Dad wondered out loud what they had for dessert and asked if my mom and I wanted anything. We assumed he was craving dessert but he came back with cones for us and...NOTHING for himself! I guess he just wanted to show us up. That ice cream was creamy and so flavorful, and huge! I didn't have a problem eating it though! The service was great as usual, but I did notice the table felt a little sticky on my side, hence only 4 stars. Nothing that will keep me from coming back though. As we were leaving a young man who had been sitting at a booth across the aisle saw us head toward the door and got up to open it for us. I friggin love Chic-Fil-A! I love that they are Christian based and every Chic-Fil-A I've ever been to is awesome! They are super professional, including this one on 86th. They separate themselves from every other fast food place by using emotional connections with their gusts as a tool for customer service. They use words like "my pleasure" and "absolutely" and it makes you feel like your in an environment that really treats you like you matter! I can't say enough about that. The food is great, but I'll admit it's the customer service that brings me back. I've never had an order messed up, and I imagine if it were, they would treat the problem with professionalism and make it right. That's confidence from a customer that believes in this company! By far one of the best chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I love that they work hard to make this a child friendly environment. Wednesday's.
