4 stars. The steak bowl was delicious, but it was the Moroccan sauce and spicy green chimichurri that truly took it over the top. I skipped the garlic sauce after learning it contains mayo. Traditionally, it doesn't, so I'm glad I asked before ordering. The couscous was perfectly prepared, and the chopped salad was incredibly light and fresh. I could have eaten an entire bowl of it. The cilantro really makes the flavors pop. Bonus points for having Seagram's Ginger Ale in the fountain! IYKYK I was excited to see it, although the syrup had run out when I first tried it, leaving me with soda water. Fortunately, the issue was fixed quickly. My tip: ask for your chicken to be cooked fresh. The pre-prepared chicken I sampled was a bit hard and chewy, so I'm very glad I asked to taste it first. All the steak is prepared fresh, so no special request needed. As a disciple of the Church of Latter Day Soup, having any Savory Cereal options on the menu is a big win for me, and being able to get it as a side at no additional charge is like magic these days. I got the lentil soup with my wrap and it was delicious, light, well flavored, and a good size. They had a stuffed wrap lunch deal with fries (or soup) and a drink for $10, and provided a massive pita for the price. I was in the mood for baba ganoush, and I satisfied my craving somewhat here at Naf Naf Grill. What I really wanted was a giant bowl of baba ganoush and a pile of hot pita, but I felt like the more "adult," responsible thing to do was to order a complete meal. Naf Naf is like a Mediterranean Chipotle, in that you can customize your pita pocket sandwich, bowl or plate any way you want it. I kind of wish they had a few prepared options, because I really don't like to think if I don't have to. But they don't, so you need to figure out if you want a pita sandwich, bowl or plate. Then you pick your protein, sauces, sides and other things. I got a bowl with half salad, half banana ganoush, with shawarma chicken. The shawarma chicken was tiny pieces and is a little dry (not unlike jerky), so I don't think I'd get it again. The rest of my bowl tasted really good, though. It comes with up to three sauces, and I didn't need to put any additional sauce in mine because it tasted perfectly seasoned. We also got a pita with steak (steak is an option that's $1.50 extra), and the pita sandwich was good too, but a little small for the price. This Naf Naf Grill is likely our favorite fast food place in the Carmel area. We have gotten food from here many times and have even used their catering for our daughter's first birthday party. The food is always delicious and packed well. The Naf Naf location itself is very easily accessible with lots of parking. It is always clean when we visit with great services. If you have kids, they also have high chairs available for use. If you're thinking about catering from Naf Naf I highly recommend you just call them directly. We didn't have much luck with their email service, but we're assisted immediately when we called. They just recommend calling about 24-48 hours before the event. read more

I was in the mood for Thai and Asian food for dinner one night, so I looked on Uber Eats, and found Naf Naf Grill. I have driven past the location many times and not had the opportunity to check it out , so I figured I would order some food through Uber Eats. I decided to try the Thai chicken bowl and curry soup with pita bread. The curry soup was spicy, but excellent and tasted wonderful. The Thai chicken bowl was fresh and tasted terrific with the right combination of ingredients. The pita bread was a nice combination for my dinner and the soup. I will need to go to Naf Naf Grill in person to check out the ambiance and receive the full dining experience and service. The food is top quality and top notch. The falafel and hummus are always excellent and the garlic sauce is so smooth, creamy, and garlicky that I could almost eat it from the container with a spoon. Almost. The fresh baked pitas are soft and light as a cloud. I was very happy when we got a few Naf Naf locations here, including this one that is close to home for me. I had previously reviewed the IUPUI location and hadn't realized that i had neglected to review this location despite several excellent visits. The app makes it easy to order, and the rewards program is nice. The employees are very friendly, and with parking available directly in front of the store it is a nice place to grab a quick lunch. I noticed on this visit that hummus and baba ghanoush are no longer available as free toppings but as side items with an extra charge. For the sauce, I tried garlic and the s'khug (which is spicy, but not as spicy as the harissa sauce). The toppings were simple yet tasty, and I thought my bowl had a ton of flavor. You could also opt for hummus to be the base of your bowl or go with a wrap. Next time I'll have to try their lentil soup- it looked quite delicious. Then choose from the toppings. 4 stars - Naf fries. Okay, so there's not a lot of love in the reviews for this one. So you're wondering why I think it's four star worthy. Well it's because you just have to know going in, that it's not your standard fry. It's thinly sliced potato rounds, deep fried, with a good sprinkling of salt. It's not crispy, although some bits are. The texture is like they oven baked it, but instead it's flash fried. Anyway, I liked this and would get it again. 3 stars - Food. The rice was dry, the hummus had an odd taste (like it was old?) and the toppings kinda made the bowl too watery. I went with the pickles, pickled onions, and cucumber & tomato options. What saved it was the sauces, which I got on the side. Especially the garlic sauce, zhoug sauce, and harissa. They have meat options too. The vegetarian option is the falafels. Naf Naf is a great place. Essentially it is a Middle Eastern. Chipotle. You can select rice or a salad or a pita base and then add protein and vegetables and sauces. I had a rice bowl and did half and half of chicken and falafel. I added lettuce, cucumber and zucchini mix, onions and harissa hummus and a cilantro sauce. The food was excellent. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed Naf Naf because I go any chance I can get! It is the Chipotle of Meditteranean food.They offer gyro options but I always go for the bowl - half rice and half hummus. You could also get couscous, lettuce, or babganoush as a base. Top it with protein - I've tried both steak and chicken and were both fresh. I lean more to the steak to change it up. Top with a range of veggies - get extra pickle! As we all know, sauce is boss. I get extra garlic sauce. I will note that. Their spicy sauce does indeed have kick so I get that on the side. The billowy pita is an absolute must. It is quick, delicious, lighter than fast food, and affordable for the quality of food you get. read more
