It's great to see that Cava doesn't skimp on servings, so you definitely get your money's worth! Healthy little lunch spot that I will return to when in the area. Loved the freshness and flavors. They only give 2 pieces falafel in the bowl order, which I think is too few. 3-4 would have been perfect. The dollop of hummus is small, too, compared to what Naf Naf and Panera give. I wanted more. Nice flavors, though. My husband built his own bowl with lamb meatballs, which were pretty good, but could have used a bit more spice (flavor, not heat). Friendly and fast staff. So my sister and I tried this place. For starters- I kept reading reviews about how "difficult it was to understand staff" .... It's heaters and music, Karen. I had no issues hearing... also I rather the staff be warm and in good moods so they want to give me bigger scoops. Also it's 22 degrees outside let the staff be warm!?! Tangent over on that end. This food was yummy yummy! I got the colorful bowl and my sister got the less desirable "Cesar salad" with pickles?!?! My sister is a very picky eater so I had to get her on a "good day" to try this place. I asked her just now if she liked the food and She said it was "great, I loved it!" . I asked her again if she liked the steak and she said "it was great, I loved it." Conclusion: CAVA is picky people proof!!! This is a Greek build your own bowl or pita wrap next to a build your own pasta place next to a build your own taco place. I loved the part where they cut an entire avocado up for me, it made me feel special. They do give the staff soup spoons to scoop the veggies indicating they don't want to give you a scoop. . . . Meaning you gotta ask "can I get more tomatoes please" for everything... Pros: PPP (picky people proof), fresh food, avocado just for me, friendly staff! Fresh drinks! The staff ARE fine! --- these reviews how they aren't are WRONG. I'd tell you if staff were rude. They literally let my sister taste one of the dressings lol. Cons: soup spoons :( , you should be allowed to stuff your bowl with 2 mains! I asked if I could have 2 mains in my bowl and she said no. I said I'll pay extra, can I please have veggies and potatoes? And she said no. Silly rule and we should abolish it. read more

This was my first digital drive thru order of 2026. I ordered on the CAVA website for The Farm Zionsville location. Ordering online was smooth. I got the Spicy Lamb meatballs and Sweet Potato bowl, with half power greens/half brown rice. Also I got a side of pita chips, and a Mint Cucumber Lemonade. The bowl was delicious, but my one drawback is that I only got one lamb and a half lamb meatballs within the entire bowl! I definitely feel like more lamb could've been added, at least 4 meatballs. I did not get to enjoy any ambiance because I brought my food home to eat. I will say that it took about 15 minutes from the time I made my order until I picked it up from CAVA location. The staff was so nice and very accommodating to my request of getting another taziki dip sauce for my order. They did not charge me the additional price. I will be back for another visit. read more

We were greeted when walking in. The restaurant was clean for the most part. The guy making my food put on new gloves to make my order. My food was filling but not too heavy if that make sense. I was full but not overly stuffed. My bowl and a drink was about $19. I definitely had leftovers for the next day. So pretty, light, and colorful inside! I immediately loved the vibes. I already love their seed-oil free hummus at Whole Foods so knew it'd be good. CAVA had its Grand Opening today in Zionsville. The event was low key and perfect. Managers welcomed us at the door. This was my first visit to a CAVA. CAVA is an upscale fast food shop that serves Mediterranean style food in bowls or pitas. Entrees start at $11. The staff was patient as we studied the menu. I had a Greek Salad which comes with grilled chicken and choice of greens and toppings. I took the recommended toppings with Greek vinaigrette dressing. The salad ingredients tasted fresh and the chicken was so tender that it melted in my mouth. There was a lot of great flavor. I loved coating the pita bread with the hummus and tzatziki in the salad. I could have made a whole meal on the tzatziki. The vinaigrette was a tad heavy on the vinegar was my only complaint. My husband had the Greek Chicken Pita wrap. He commented on how much he loved the freshness of the pita bread. The fillings were delicious. It was a great wrap! The dining area has a handful of tables indoors and a really nice patio with covered tables outside. The music was a little loud, but I'm sure they will work that out over time. There is plenty of accessible parking in front of the building. I'll be back. read more

Update: this time I tried the new spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl. Delicious. The lamb had a little kick- nothing overwhelming but it was good. The roasted sweet potatoes were lovely. What really makes the dish in my opinion is the pickled onion. I also asked for roasted corn to be added to the bowl which was yummy. Service was excellent. The inside is fine but really seems to have a fast food vibe. I saw a lot of takeout going out the door and they have a drive through which I plan to try next time. read more

This place has the potential to be great but needs work in a couple of areas. I arrived on a Monday a little before the dinner rush. There was one girl who appeared to be relatively new, but really trying to do her best managing a growing line of customers. Meanwhile, there was a young man who seemed to only be responsible for ringing up orders, and just kind of stood there, watching her struggle through refilling ingredients while also taking orders. I wondered why he never stepped into help. Other women working there were filling online orders or cooking the food and they were all working very diligently. Brought our meal home and was a little underwhelmed. My daughter's chicken had several pieces of gristle and the falafel's were not crispy at all. I also tried to sign up for the rewards program, but found that process to be clunky and so I ended up not enrolling. The vibe of this place is clean and airy which aligns with the brand. I have tried CAVA multiple times. I think this location is lacking something. The employees aren't very helpful or kind, and it seems like stuff is always out or not refilled, including the drinks. I have learned to look at what is available before adding a drink to my order. The food is not consistent and I feel like it should be for a chain restaurant. I have continued to give it another chance, I am hoping it's just because they are new and trying to iron out the details. I would highly suggest doing a build your own, instead of one of their already put together entrees, you save money. A Mediterranean version of Chipotle with fresh ingredients offering a family friendly environment. There is a limited amount of indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff was extremely patient with people deciding what they wanted as the line kept growing longer.I opted to create my own bowl. I started with a base of romaine and basmatii rice. For dips I chose 2 scoops of tzatziki and a scoop of roasted eggplant. Mains i opted for grilled chicken. Toppings i chose fire roasted corn,tomato + onion, and Persian cucumbers. We've tried this restaurant twice now, and unfortunately the service has been consistently subpar. I understand that new restaurants can have some growing pains, but at this point they've been open for a couple of months and things still feel very disorganized. The overall experience inside the restaurant comes across as a bit chaotic, with staff not seeming fully coordinated. This was our first dining order placed at Cava. While my bowl was good, my wife's bowl was not good at all. In fact, the part that she was looking forward to, the black grains (lentils), were horrible. They were likely not cooked. They were extremely small and extremely hard. Not cooked. We called back to the store location and the staff member who we spoke to said to reply to our email'd invoice we receive thru email, and file a compliant. We would appreciate a credit on this order for the greens and grain bowl portion of the order. So after repeated attempts to get this resolved, it remains unresolved. Zionsville The Farm location referred us to CAVA customer service. They initially said that couldn't see our account. We had to have a CAVA account to place the online order. I can log on to it and see it but yet CAVA customer service says that I don't have an account to credit an entree to. Hmm? Since that response of theirs, there have been 4-5 other responses of varying levels of incompetence and corporate shuffling ... all for just one bad entree due to their kitchen not properly cooking the entire bowl that was served to us. All that to say, beware of your order. We want to like Cava. We gave it a shot. They provided one bad bowl. We gave them the opportunity to do the right thing. They chose not to. So, we will move on to much better dining opportunities in the quick/casual Carmel/Zionsville area. Hope your experience is much better than ours. If not, there isn't much hope for any resolution. I was excited to try this as it just opened by my house. Food was ok but service was not. I ordered a kids meal to go. First she asked what kind of grain I wanted and I said brown rice and she gave me white rice but I just let it go, then she asked me to pick my main and I chose chicken shawarma. She failed to tell me it was a 2 dollar upcharge. Which on a kids meal is only about three pieces of chicken. She gave me hummus as my dip in a cup and then dropped it on the floor and then still put it in my meal which really grossed me out because the cup touched the other food in my meal. At check out when it was more expensive than I expected I asked why and she said that's just the price of the kids meal plus tax. It wasn't until I got the receipt that I saw the up charge for the chicken shawarma. Over all, disappointed with first experience. read more

I ordered online for PU in 30 min. I arrived 30 min later, walked over to the PU shelves, and waited as there were no orders out. After 5 minutes someone finally came to see what I needed. I was handed my food bag which was waiting on the counter behind the prep area. They seemed to have no clue what was going on. The cucumber mint lemonade was undrinkable. No ice, warm (not room temp even). It literally tasted like cucumber had been added to sewer water. No sugar, no mint no lemon. At $4, I expected more and it went in the trash. The other lemonade I ordered was also warm, no ice and overly sweet. I'm vegetarian. I ordered the harissa avocado bowl, deselected chicken and selected falafel (picture showed 4 balls). When I got home with my bowl, it was covered in chicken and had two falafel balls. The steak harissa bowl I ordered for my companion was "edible" they said. The side of eggplant was watery and oddly green in color, more like a pesto vinaigrette with mushy eggplant. I was expecting something more like baba ghanoush. No. The harissa avo bowl, once I picked off what seemed like 8 oz of chicken, was essentially a white rice bowl with bits of shredded kale. The whole thing was virtually mushy and unflavored aside from an ok harissa. Pickled onions would seem like an obvious flavor choice to zest this otherwise unremarkable prison food bowl up. There were about a dozen people working, all teens/young adults and one middle aged cook with missing teeth being grumpy with the young workers. $40 bucks for 2x bowls and 2x drinks. Nah, I'm good. I went to the pre-opening night and it was great! The food was so fresh and delicious and the staff was so nice. There was a young guy named Thomas working the line that was super nice and asked how our day was going and if we had been to Cava before. The restaurant is very nice inside as well. I have been to all 3 Indiana locations and this one is my favorite! read more
