I told him I wanted glasses and contacts so he gave me a prescription for glasses and is now requiring another $60 for the same exam that he has already done but will not give me a prescription for contacts without paying more for it . This should be explained at the appointment I have never had to pay more for another prescription for contacts or glasses. Terrible experience and no taking any accountable I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN

He went as far as writing our number down to let us know as soon as the store received another pair. Two days later we get a call they are there. He was kind and patient with us bringing in our toddler into a delicate store. We valued his willingness to help and optimism throughout our entire experience from phone to store. He even let our daughter scan the glasses at the end which made her day and of course ours. A smooth service credited to an amazing employee, thank you Kevin! We will be back again.

I will only get glasses from the optical department at Costco because the value is so good. I really like my eye doctor, but the frames are so incredibly expensive. I can get two or three pair pairs of glasses from Costco for the same price as the glasses through my optometrist. I really like the sale where you get $50 off additional pairs and I've always been pretty satisfied with the different selections of frames. They have luxury frames in the glass case and some funky or unusual colors and shapes that are really fun. There's always staff available and I usually get seen very quickly. They usually have the glasses ready for pick up within a week if not earlier. It's really smooth operations where you get a phone call or voicemail to let you know that they're ready for pick up. I'm very satisfied with the optical department.

I was expecting to pay full price for the replacement even when the staff informed me that she will see what can be done. To my surprise, I was informed that the lens was still under warranty and would be replaced without additional cost. He was also kind enough to ask his manager if I could swap out lenses in one of the frames to a polarized lens. The manager agreed at a discounted price provided I agreed to a final sale. That was an unexpected surprise as that customizing option isn't even available on their website yet due to how new the frame style is. I wound up buying a pair of sunglasses (Fingerprint Slivers) but leaving the stock lenses in. I have worn nothing but Oakleys for the better part of 15 years now. I haven't purchased a pair in over a year however. After telling this to the employee he introduced me to the Oakley Type O club. It rewards customers with points and special sales / events. Great perk for faithful customers like me.
