    Stewed Beef Rib Noodle
    Generous Y.

No frills noodle spot in Bellevue Marketplace meaning there's ample parking and good options nearby to digest or snag dessert. That being said, was not very impressed with the noodles despite the name. Biang biang noodles were doughy. Not very QQ or chewy, but they were thick, firm, and gummy. Perhaps undercooked (more doughy) or something else, but would get biang biang noodles elsewhere. Beef rib had nice flavor, but did not fall off the bone. Some parts were more challenging to get off. Soup was light and comforting though.

Parking: free shared retail parking Location: redmond , same complex as Asian family market, sun Sui Wah, 85 degree bakery, ihop, supreme dumpling. Menu and order: scan qr code on your table Restrooms: 3 gender neutral restroom We ordered: Value combo 2ppl $52.89 - spicy beef noddle soup, spiced pickles beef noddle soup, noodles of your choice, with 2 side dish, 1 classic pork sandwich and 2 cans of soda. You can also mix combo with rice dish Single combo: Tomato egg noddle with 1 side dish and a can of soda. Appetizer: stinky tofu We used to like this place. We came and dine at this place a while back few times because we like the hand pulled noddle. We still do, but they made a minor change to my favorite noddle soup, which is the spicy beef ribs noddle. It used to be braised spicy beef soup, not it is more clear. I didn't know notice until they bought the noddle to the table, it was completely different from the picture that I ordered. The waitress told me that they have changed the recipe because ppl doesn't like spicy. Wierd! But ok. At least change or update the menu . And also, their stinky tofu is not even close to the real stinky tofu you eat at any Chinese restaurant. This one just a plain braised tofu, and cold. Very disappointed.

Nuodle is a nice noodle soup spot in the Bel Red area. The interior is pretty clean and you order everything through a QR code at the table then pay up front. It's relatively a good spot, I usually go for noodle soups if I want something more healing for my soul. I would definitely say the flavors lean on the heavier side if you're looking for a cleaner tasting broth. Staff: nice (5/5) Sanitation status: (5/5) Soy Sauce Spiced Chicken Leg (3/5) There wasn't really anything special about this braised chicken leg. I definitely thought there could be more distinct flavors and couldn't really taste additional seasoning besides soy sauce. I would not reccomend getting this dish. Beef Skewers (4/5) The beef skewers will definitely hit the spot if you're craving cumin beef. The spiciness goes well with the cumin spices. It was a little tender and not too chewy. Chicken Skewers(1/5) DO NOT get the chicken skewers unless you really want it. When it came out to us it was really dry and all in one piece. I would've prefered the chicken to be chopped on the skewer cause it basically stuck onto the metal stick it was on. It was very dry and beyond saving and there wasn't enough flavor to compensate. Cumin Beef Burger (4/5) I definitely like to get this item when I come as I'm biased towards cumin spiced meats. It comes with some veggies that were stir fried as well like bell peppers. Overall pretty good as a start to the meal. Spiced Beef Rib Noodles (4/5) Didn't get a picture of this one but it's what I come here for usually. The broth is very herbally but I like it. It's healing, sometimes the bones can have very little meat. The soup gets a healthy heap of leek and cilantro.

Decent noodles but the meat was a bit tough. The service was just a server bringing out food and I had ordered online via scanning a qr code. The ambiance is chill.

Great late night place in Bellevue! They close at 2am which is hard to find in the area. Their noodles are pretty good! Nothing outstanding but decent. Their stinky tofu isn't authentic or even super stinky, so I wouldn't recommend. I got their pork stir fry and it was yummy. Decent amount of meat. They're generally known for their soup noodles. Lots of seating and service is fast and attentive.

Overall, we feel the quality of the food just isn't as good as when we first used to come. The soup is still good but the flavors just don't hit like they used. The pickled greens used to be my favorite here but they changed it up slightly last time we were here and it didn't have that balanced umami that I was craving. The service here is standard. Don't expect traditional American service. Once you're seated if you need something, just simply wave an employee over and they will help. You can pay at the table through the QR code or pay at the counter when done.

We came, we saw, we noodled. Three beef noodle soups entered our table: the OG beef, the bougie beef rib, and the underdog beef flank. Each got a different noodle type -- thin, regular, and thick -- because variety is the spice of life, and also we're terrible at making decisions. The broth? Oh, the broth. It was like a warm hug from a spicy grandma -- comforting, but with a slap of chili oil that said, "Wake up, your taste buds aren't done yet." It was rich, flavorful, and the kind of soup that makes you question why you've ever eaten anything else. We also ordered the pork hock with garlic sauce (highly recommend if you like your pork tender and your breath spicy) and the spicy cucumbers, which were basically a cool cucumber with a hot temper. The vibe? Clean, simple, and no-frills -- just like your friend's apartment who definitely doesn't own throw pillows. The service was fine, though we did spend a good amount of time making awkward eye contact with our empty water glasses. Hydration: room for improvement. But would we come back? Absolutely. This place served us soup that soothed the soul and carbs that hugged our intestines like an old friend. Bring an appetite. Maybe bring your own water. But definitely bring a love for beef, broth, and a good noodle chew.

Decent noodles, fast service. Good soup. Skewers weren't bad! The food overall was good enough but not entirely memorable. Good spot to check out if you're in the area though!

I'm a fan of the fast and efficient service that you get when you eat at Nuodle. There's a large touchscreen used just for ordering to go, so skip that if you are looking to sit down and eat. You can just walk right in and sit down pretty much anywhere that is open and the employees will bring you water right away which is nice. It's a QR code menu but one that actually serves a purpose and allows you to place and order directly from your phone and the food is brought out pretty fast after. The original beef noodle soup is warm and cozy, I liked the flavor and I opted for extra greens and thick noodle option. I think that the thick noodles were nice and chewy and balanced out the broth better than thinner noodles would. It was a little on the saltier end, but I enjoyed it. If I'm craving beef noodle soup, I know I can get a solid bowl here.

Clean and spacious store front QR code order or ask for menu There are different sizes of noodles to choose from. My fave is small (next to normal). The beef noodle is Al Dante and broth is clear, not too salty and yummy. However, the aftertaste of MSG is very noticeable. Too bad.... I would return for the yummy noodle but will not sip too much soap and drink lots of water cause of msg. Note: Their bathrooms cleaningness is their weakest link.

I haven't been back here since 2022 when quality of this place dropped compared to what it was back in 2019. Fast forward to 2024, and I'm happy to say I love it again! I came here more as an afterthought during a Monday holiday noon after failing to get a reservation at a very popular restaurant not too far from here; the restaurant was empty when my party of 4 came in but became a full house within half an hour, so get here early if you want their food. Inside has a lot of tables and big windows, and you can see the kitchen near the cashier. You order by scanning a QR code and putting down what you want. I used my phone to place the orders, though I'm not sure if multiple phones for the same table placing orders is allowed. I got the beef flank noodle soup with angel hair pasta, along with non-spicy BBQ lamb skewers. The noodle soup was VERY salty and carried tons of flavor, and I didn't mind this; the lamb was tender, the angel hair pasta soaked in the taste of the soup, and the portion was pretty big and more than justified its price of about ~$16 per bowl compared to some other places. Other dishes we got included the marinated pork stir noodle with angel hair pasta (surprisingly tasty), and another beef flank noodle soup as me albeit with normal pasta (which wasn't the best combo according to my friend). The prices overall were all right for this place, and I got very full from eating here. Looking forward to coming back!

One of the only hand pulled noodle places in the area. Noodles themselves are pretty good, cooked al dente. You can choose one of the 6 types of cuts for noodle. soup is alright. The other dishes like the meat skewers or the meat hamburger are both very average and slightly on the saltier side. Overall, I would say it's just okay, not really the best but for the price, it's edible. It does have huge parking lot, next to Asian family market and multiple other restaurants.

Consistent hot beef noodles soup hand-pulled, which is super authentic and delicious! This is Chinese comfort fast food at its finest. You can get a plate of (lamb or beef) skewers for the extra protein if you're craving a heavy cumin-pepper-fennel-spice flavor. You order by scanning a QR code on the table and the staff are verrrrry fast and polite. The vibe is always casual and chill because the booths are perfect for groups, or it can be spacious if you're there on a date with one other person. Haven't had a bad item on the menu yet. Their sliced potato is crunchy and spicy! Their celery is sour and spicy! Their seaweed is savory and spicy! Their cucumber salad is refreshing and spicy! Always love coming here at 10PM because I just crave a big hot soup noodle that I just can't get anywhere else!

The space is small and a little narrow, so seating can be pretty limited. My parents and I were lucky enough to grab the last table, and we ordered 4 items: the dry noodle with scallion oil and braised pork chop, the secret dumplings, large wonton, and salty soy milk (dumplings and wonton aren't pictured). I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

It's always busy around mealtimes, but luckily there are plenty of seats, and we rarely have to wait. We also order takeout from here pretty often. For our most recent order, we got two personal combos (main + appetizer + drink) through a Chinese app, which frequently has discounts. I'm a big fan of their takeout containers--they keep the noodles and soup nicely separated. The takeout bag is super sturdy, and the popcorn chicken has just the right amount of spice to really hit the spot. That said, I'd still recommend dining in, because the food is easily about three times better. I also think the portion of popcorn chicken is more generous when you dine in. Plus, if you finish the soup, you'll be very full. My go-to order is the fatty beef tomato soup with rice (I know, I know--it's a noodle place, but I like it better with rice). I'm also a fan of the 沸腾鱼 here (not sure what the English name is), which was one of my favorite dishes from childhood that is really, really hard to find done right outside of the Bay Area. For such an authentic restaurant, I'm also impressed with their high-end decor, quick service, and cleanliness. You definitely wouldn't expect it to be so good walking in! Continues to be one of my regular stops.

This is seriously a hole in the wall place. It's right next to YGF but it seems like no one knows…read moreabout it. There's only a few seatings here so mostly people do take out. We came during lunch and was the only people there. We got: Mongolian beef lunch specials -- came with fried rice and egg drop soup A dry noodle dish with minced beef and veggie Pan fried dumplings Honestly they weren't the best but they weren't bad either. It was actually nostalgic of home cooking. Portions was really good considering the price. You can't really get an entree with fried rice and soup for $10-12 these days...but this place has it and good portions Dumplings could have gotten more flavors but not bad. Noodle was my favorite hands down. My little boys love them too. I hope this place gets a little more business as I can see myself coming here often when I'm lazy of cooking but want something like a home cook meal

This is a no-frills kind of restaurant with 3 kiosks to order from before you sit down. You can…read morealso order from a QR code on the table but it didn't work when we went in. The food overall is average, quite oily and salty overall. The garlic green beans were REALLY oily, don't recommend. Their portion sizes are very generous for the price though! An okay spot, but one of the worse restaurants in a plaza of great restaurants.
