After texting back and forth for a little bit, we agreed for him to come out the following morning. My issue was that honey bees had gotten into a section of my roof and had built a bunch of combs. Francisco cleaned them out, replaced the mesh over the holes with something finer, and it has a guarantee of a year. I saw that Nunez Bee Removal were listed as open 24hours (which in itself is very amazing), so I gave them a call directly. Nunez answered the call right away and heard my issue. To get a better understanding, he asked me to take a couple of pictures and send it to him via SMS. I did that immediately and called him back. He reviewed it, understood the problem and mentioned that the wasps had not yet built any nests but were actually congregating on my patio door camera and trying to figure out and built a nest nearby.
