I strolled around the limited groceries and they had the basics. Then I wandered back toward the meat counter. Dividing the two sections I found precut meats. This is when I decided to do my test on chicken breasts. Couldn't find the full breasts so I went with smaller cut pieces. Just an FYI, you can request any cuts of meats at the counter.
