Or at least ask for a time estimate when you first arrive (might vary based on your order). This way you can shop while they cook your dumplings! TIP2: They will let you do a half and half order, as long as they're the same price (we did half and half chicken and pork) so we could try both. Solid dumplings! Great fillings -- in terms of both flavor and texture. They also fry the dumplings on one side so you get a nice variety of dough texture. Tried shrimp (fat/juicy pieces of shrimp inside) as well as chicken and pork. I think shrimp was my favorite, followed by pork. A bit on the pricy side ($13 for 10 chicken or pork dumplings; $15 for 10 shrimp dumplings) but hey, they're delicious and it's a small business. Very friendly service.

I asked the gracious host what she liked and she said in the sweetest tone, "I like cookies and cream" so I ordered some on her recommendation. I watched for a few minutes as the owner started my order and then went to wait in the car. A few minutes later I went back to pick up my order of the best mini doughnuts that I can remember having. I was only going to taste some then eat the rest at home but...... they didn't make it out of the parking lot!! They were soft, sweet and savory with all fresh ingredients. My only regret is I wish I'd bought more and tried multiple other toppings as well. I'll definitely be coming back to support this small business in the future!!!
