On the times I've been off factor I've replaced the meal with Clean Eatz and I am truly pleased. The quality and ingredients are fresh so you do need to eat or freeze them. The sodium is much lower in the meals also, that being said they do require some hot sauce/seasoning as I find them much more bland. I love the convenience of being able to come in store and grab some meals or order them days ahead for the week pick up. The price is close but Clean Eatz is cheaper overall. I love all the options you are able to get here as well.

We ordered our drinks and got them a few minutes later. The drawback to this place is the location in a membership gym. I don't think a membership is needed to grab a drink, but it did feel a little weird to be in there in street clothes next to people doing lat pull downs and pumping iron. Also, the hours might not be as expansive as other smoothie shops but this place is worth doing a little planning for.

The owner let me know the drinks I was asking about were actually sugar free, that they were sweetened with like monk fruit and stevia I think she said. I stood there admiring the minimalist sort of boho decor until it was my turn. I ordered 3 drinks on the owners recommendations for what I was looking for and she whipped them up in minutes. She was super sweet! I love that it's family owned and operated.
