Placed an order for a cheesesteak sandwich online. When I arrived at the shop to pick up my sandwich, I was greeted when I entered with an employee welcoming me and making good eye contact with a smile. My order was on the pick up rack, but they helped me locate among all of the multiple orders that were waiting to be picked up. Great customer service, with a smile. The sandwich was made to order and was simply delicious. I ate the sandwich in my car, so I really can't say much about the ambience of this location other than it was jampacked and everyone seemed to be happy. Bottom line Great sandwich Wonderful, friendly service Competitive price read more

Avoid this Jersey mikes location. I should have listened to the 2.9 reviews. The staff was unfriendly and slow. We made a mobile order thinking it would be faster but it was have been quicker to just go and order on line (we sat in the restaurant and watched the staff make food for other customers while our order waited on the back burner. Jersey mikes quality in general has gone way down since they got bought out. Sandwich sizes are much smaller and not worth the money. Won't come back here. read more

Jersey Mikes in Round Rock (635 University Blvd) simply cannot follow special instructions. Perhaps they will read one if you're lucky but no more. Over half the time, they get it wrong. Their manager called me after my last complaint about not cutting it in half and said come get a free sub. Well, I couldnt go in so I ordered my regular again. They did not cut it in half but omitted lite hot cherry peppers (NONE!) and extra banana peppers (NONE!) I know such workers may not be rocket scientists but how about READING ALL SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS! read more

Absolutely love this store. The employees are always so friendly and welcoming and talkative. Really enjoy our experience every time we go to this Mike's. It's always super clean and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sandwiches. My husband and I each love these subs. I especially like the spices and juice since I'm from the east coast. And let's talk about that relish!!!! Holy Pete is that some good stuff. Wicked good man. Wicked wicked good. We will be back soon enough. We do miss the BOGO coupons but we appreciate that we had them while they were available. Thanks for all you do for the local communities. Bon appetite! read more

Very big and spacious place. I got the giant sub and it was a BIG BOY let me tell you. Everything was delicious as per usual. The staff here is super friendly and all smiles. Lovely place. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Jersey Mike's has a DELICIOUS grilled baby portabella mushrooms, onions, peppers and swiss cheese sandwich that tastes super good on the rosemary parmesan bread! The employees are super kind and courteous also! I love this location. read more

We eat here more than we should. It is the only sandwiches my daughter likes. I am one of those people who does a lot of customizations. Two orders in store and one online and I have never been disappointed. A huge plus .... We have always had extremely good customer service. My daughter loves to watch them slice the meat for her sandwich. read more

I've been a member for years, always enjoy the Italian Mike's way and the Big Kahuna. Service is quick, friendly and most of all ambiance with dining in. read more

The worst Jersey Mike's location anywhere with the most utterly incompetent staff. I've had nothing but issues at this location but have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt until today. I placed an online order. Showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and saw the two sandwiches sitting there half made...So I waited another 10 minutes but nobody would finish them.. I asked the guy at the counter what the deal was he told me that as long as they have people in line in the store they have to tend to them first and can't finish my sandwiches. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my order these lunatics lost it. Avoid this location at all costs it's a circus run by clowns read more

Great service! They guys who serviced my family were all very professional and patient with our order. Would highly recommend this location.

A go to for Mr and Mrs Bagg... it's quick, it's cheap, it's easy and it's delicious. Plus the music is good! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. They obviously were working to fill a big online order, totally cool/fine, and we stood there for 5 minutes without one of the three people acknowledging us. Like, are in person orders/customers not important too? Is customer service not a thing? Like can you not even say "hi, we will be right with you"? Zero acknowledgement. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience at this location. Very quick service and polite staff! They made sure our sandwiches were neatly put together and not just thrown together. We will be back! read more

while waiting for my sandwich , i witnessed an employee filling containers of mayonaise, procede to drop the lid from the large mayo container onto the floor, and then procede to pick up off floor and place lid back on container without any effort to clean it . i mentioned to employe that lid was on the floor and may be unsanitary, and he replied it fell upside down so it was ok. i guess they have a five second rule at that location. read more

First & last time coming to this location. The wait was ridiculous..took over an hour..for sandwiches?? On top of the wait the sandwiches weren't even good. I've had Jersey Mike's numerous times at other locations and I always get the same sandwich the chicken bacon ranch but this one just didn't hit the spot. read more

Having been Jersey Mike's customers for twelve-thirteen years, we were disappointed to find the new University Boulevard/Round Rock location closest to us is not up to par. When they first opened, we ordered online and found that after spending almost $36 for two giant sandwiches, the ingredients were rather skimpy. We chalked it off to them being new, so last night we ordered again only to find the same problem. We don't mind paying extra for good quality sandwiches, but these were just way too skimpy to warrant that kind of money. Today we took the remainder of the two large sandwiches back for credit or replacement. The manager (Tina??), who proudly stated she has been with Jersey Mike's for 10 years, had an attitude and discounted our concerns, saying "we have to watch our food costs." Is that something you really want to say to your customers? Rather than offering to remake the sandwiches, she was condescending and only offered a refund, which we accepted. After leaving, we noticed she only gave us credit for one large sandwich and one regular sandwich, even though we had purchased two large ones. Not only did she NOT know how to deal with disappointed customers, she couldn't even get our refund right! In the future, we'll be going to other locations and passing on this one. read more

I have ordered Jersey Mike's many times, at many different locations (and in different states). I think they are the best sandwich place, with the hand cut meats, the "philly" and chicken hot sandwiches. Only wish they had other sides besides chips...like potato salad or cole slaw. But, I have been to this location twice, and have got this same woman twice. I wish I caught her name. She usually is the one who takes over after the meat is sliced, and not very pleasant. I don't all the stuff on "Mike's Way", so when she asks if I want it that way, I go and tell her "No. I just wanted lettuce, pickles, seasoning, oil and vinegar, and the red chili paste (*best thing on any sandwhich)". She replies back (not so nicely), "So, you want it Mike's Way, No onion and tomato". In my opinion, I don't think so, as I add pickle and the chili paste too, and state that back to her. She just looks at me, and says, "In the future, just say "Mike's Way No onion or Tomato". Like I stated in the beginning, I have been to many Jersey Mike's and never have I been instructed to order this way. I love their sandwhiches, just not this lady handling it. read more

Have always been a huge fan of jersey mikes but this location is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Waited over an hour for one sandwich and they got my order wrong and had attitude about their own mistake with no apology. Avoid this location at all cost. read more

Didn't open until noon on Sunday February 21st. The hours say 10 am. I walked up to the door at 1120 and a guy came out and said "we don't open until 12". My turkey sandwich was absolutely disgusting. The guy that sliced my sandwich sliced the meat so thick and it tasted old. The bread was so dry and falling apart before I could even take a bite. I couldn't eat it after 3 bites and left starving. Being a previous Jersey Mikes employee for years and to have eaten Jersey Mikes since I was a kid, I know what the standards are and they were clearly unmet. I won't be eating here again because I unfortunately wasted $15 to have only enjoyed my chips and drink. read more

I like JM and nearly all the employees in this location are nice and friendly. There is one guy however who seems to have a big chip on his shoulder. Or he has just not been socialized. He has been rude nearly every time I have been in. I saw a Facebook post today describing an unpleasant encounter with the same rude employee. Thank goodness there is a location in Round Rock now with all friendly employees! read more

If you don't mind wasting money or your time with incompetent staffs and inconsistent sandwiches each time, this is the place..

How the hell do you order a BLT sandwich and get a sandwich with no tomato, lettuce, or mayo??? Tuna sandwich had zero veggies!! I ordered via Favor and I like Jersey Mike's, but it was a huge fail today! How do you eff up a BLT??? I will never order from this location again! read more

My family LOVES Jersey Mikes. We were so excited for them to come to our neighborhood. This location is the worst I've ever been to, by far. I ordered online, and went to pick up and got home to our sandwiches being different sizes, different bread, and no lettuce. How can you Mike's Way without lettuce. I called the store... and no answer. I drove back to have the sandwiches fixed, only to find out that they were out of lettuce and out of the bread I asked for. The person in charge did not care that my order was wrong or that I had driven all the way back. I asked for a refund. He was unable to refund my card because I paid with Apple Pay on the app, so he asked me to write my card number and leave it there. I ended up asking for cash instead. I asked for the manager's card and he flat out refused to give me the information. Can't they update the app with ingredients being out of stock? Couldn't they let me know when I picked up the order? Had they answered the phone and saved me the second trip, maybe I would have understood. I really love Jersey Mikes. I will probably try them again, but I wanted to let someone know of this far less than satisfactory experience. read more

First off. Easily the best sandwich I have had in a while. The food was ready quickly and I honestly would like to thank the guy or gal who made my sandwich. I tried to call the store and thank them but they are busy making other peoples day better. Thank you for the awesome sub! We ordered 5 of them and will definitely be back again. 5 stars is not enough. read more

Went here around 5:25pm on 6/12/23 wanting to try the new #64 Portabello sandwich. The store was not busy this afternoon. It was just 1 customer in front of me. When it finally was my turn, an older tall man behind the counter asked for my order. I began to tell him my order and changed some items on the way the sandwich originally came, when I began to tell this man I wanted to add avocado he gave me a weird face and questioned my ingredient choice in this sandwich. When I asked him again if he would add this ingredient to my sandwich he shrugged his shoulders and said "I guess". This took me off guard as I have ordered different sandwiches at many different places and not once had someone make me feel uneasy about the way I've ordered a sandwich. I simply stopped ordering and told the man nevermind and told the man he was very rude and walked out of the store. I should have known as this man was going to be rude due to the way he was speaking to his 2 younger male co-workers as I was waiting to order. I definitely won't come here again. I'll stick to the Georgetown location instead. read more

Ordered online. 45 minutes to pick up and it was not even started. Staff was surly and unpleasant. The sub is fine the staff not so much.

Ordered for pickup. I'd never had Jersey Mike's subs before and not sure I'll go back. They texted the food was ready One HOUR before I had scheduled pickup. I had an appointment and was trying to schedule for pick up on the way home. Result : cold soggy subs which were so salty they were practically inedible. Ugh. I would give them another try because with quarantine pick ups are difficult BUT the salty factor makes me think NO WAY. read more

Love their subs but the customer service was very unpleasant especially in these times I ordered a tuna sandwich with pickles only to get jalapeños on it to my surprise. I am so impressed and appreciative of the care and attention to the details the Jersey Mike's Georgetown meticulously orchestrated to accommodate all of the COVID-19 CDC recommended guidelines! I felt so confident about coming in the store and picking up my order everything was immaculate and done so safely and sanitarily and the food was fabulously delicious! It was simply stated: big-time visible attention paid to protecting their employees and creating that safe space for their clients to come in and pick up carry out orders! Awesome awesome job! Went to New Jersey Mike's on University Blvd in Round Rock. The worst customer service. I will not go back to this location ever again. The Manager was the worst. She was dry and didn't seem to care about me or making sure my order was being taken care of. This is a new restaurant you would think they would want to build their customer base. I could tell she must not be that great to work for because the employees looked miserable. Do better. read more

The place was great when it opened and now it's already dirty and the bread is like bricks really sad

Manager was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a restaurant. And she still got my order wrong twice

Order is always ready for pick up. They always greet me. Sandwiches are always perfect. Great social distancing practices too.

Yalls employees are not enforcing the mask mandate. Walked in for a door dash pick up and customers weren't wearing masks and employees were happily taking their orders. Enforce the mask mandate or don't remain open. I expect better from a food establishment. read more

Place an online order for one sandwich and was going in to order five more because they were custom and I could not do it online. After 45 minutes I received a phone call telling me they were out of bread and it would take another 45 minutes. This is extremely poor planning and poor management by the staff at Jersey Mike's. How does a sandwich shop not realize they are running low on bread and they need to make more? The girl was very polite on the phone but absolutely clueless about calling people in advance when they recognized no problem. I went inside because when they called I was two minutes away. Once inside I told them I wanted a refund. I also reiterated the point of how sub shop run out of bread? One of the employees told me it's not their fault which may be a bit irate because clearly it is their fault and if they are not smart enough to understand that they should be working somewhere else. I told them their problem should not become my problem as a customer and the point was argued with me as well. This used to be my favorite sandwich shop chain. I waited for months for them to open in Georgetown. Now I'm not sure I will ever go back.
