I went for brunch for my friend's birthday and had a delightful time! For starters, we went in early March, so it was still a bit chilly when there was no sun, and Nudy's had a covered tent outside, so that was awesome. The food was great - I had a southwestern chicken omelet with bacon and toast on the side. They kept the cranberry juice flowing! Every staff member there was really nice, and I appreciated that we were not rushed out of our seats. They didn't seem to mind that we chatted a bit after finishing brunch. If your looking for a decent brunch spot, I definitely recommend this place! The pancake portions were huge! I got it with the two eggs and corned beef hash. Everything came out hot and steamy. Pancakes had a lunch of flavor with the icing and syrup and all of its goodness. The corned beef hash was nicely cooked, decent chunks of potatoes and corned beef. I went there for lunch with a friend on a sweltering August weekday, the kind of day that has you soaking through your shirt walking from the car to the door, and saps you of ambition. I got a roast beef sandwich. Two dollars worth of food for nine dollars, but that's typical in restaurants, I guess. Friendly server, good, fast service. They have a nice outdoor dining area but there's a major construction project going on across a narrow street, kicking up all kinds of dust. And it was so hot outside. My complaints: 1) So ... many ... flies. The kind that land on your face and have to be shooed away with your hand. A lot of flies means there are a lot of maggots. Where? Someplace. 2) They have big AC units, but if they were on at all they must have been set to .5 out of 10. Don't they know that if you keep it cool people eat more and order things like soup? Also, cooler air makes the flies a little less active. 3) Every surface in the main dining area is designed to reflect as much sound as possible. This is unfathomable and true of most restaurants, but Nudy's was the most severe example of this I've ever seen. You will have to shout to be heard and you'll have to lean over your food to hear your dining companion. If I ran the place I'd cover the ceiling with sound-absorbing tiles and get some fabric on the walls within a week. read more

Nice place for brunch. It was a beautiful day outside and we were lucky to get outdoor seating. All the servers were very friendly, and service was prompt. There were many delicious things to choose from on the menu, I wished I could order many of them. The fresh fruit was delicious as well as the steel cut oats. Others at the table ordered club sandwich that looked amazing, seafood omelet and lobster Benedict. Although it looked great, I was told that the lobster didn't have too much flavor and tasted like it was previously frozen. All other orders at other tables looked so good as well. Eating inside is sometimes cramped and noisy, although the seating has gotten better. Outside on the porch is a nice spot to eat - temperature controlled. Food was excellent if you aren't on a diet. Atmosphere takes away the star. We sat outside in 88 degree weather because it was hotter inside. And flies become a problem. This place is amazing I had the lox and bagel platter oh my god no where else gives you so much lox more than enough for two bagels. Had so much left with tomato, onion and cucumber to continue eating after bagels were done. I had to leave some because I was so full. Worth the trip and the 5 stars. Keeping in mind this is the burbs, Nudy's is a great little place for brunch on the weekends. Its small and the interior isn't the best, however the food was excellent, came out ultra-fast (great when you have little kids) and the price was about average for the area. Servers were friendly college kids. Just remember the seating is really tight so if you don't like small places, eat outside on the patio. Wife and kids will be going back to Nudy's often. read more

I love Nudy's. It's my favorite place to get breakfast in the wayne area, but I keep coming back for the same thing. I get the banana walnut pancakes and have them add chocolate chips (and a side of bacon). They are the best, THE BEST! Their granny smith pita pocket is also good and my parents like their omelets. I only give it 4 stars because there are a number of items on the menu that really aren't very good, which is one of the reasons I just stick to my favorite every time. read more

Mmmm! Love the breakfast at Nudys! Their french toast is delicious with the yougurt and fruit compote. French toast and pancakes are my "go to" choice for breakfast when dining out, but I never get full off of them. The stuffed french toast at Nudy's does the trick though. The servers are always friendly and personable. I had a few bite's of my daughter's Tuscan omelette too which had great flavor. Only complaint is that our coffee could have been filled more often since they weren't that busy either. The french toast overrides the coffee issues though. read more

The food was good but the worst service I have had on the mainline! Our server Zoe didn't know the menu. I asked if there was onions on the house salad and she said "I don't know" didn't offer to find out or anything. Then when she brought the food out she randomly placed the plates wherever including ON my flat wear. She never returned to ask how our food was, then dropped the bill on the table when everyone was still eating. Never refilled drinks either! I think this place is really an amazing value. When you compare the quality of the food to what you would get for the same price at a diner, there is actually no comparison. This Update is for the lunch only. To put it simply, the lunch options at Nudy's are just not as good as the breakfast options. Nonetheless they are decent. I recently had the ham and cheese on marble rye, really tasty! However, today I just had the Italian Panini, which sounded excellent on the menu, but I was misled. It lacked in the flavor department and the focaccia bread was a joke and an absolute waste of calories. The prosciutto on it was good, but that was about it. I'll of course keep coming back here b/c I love this place, but I think I'm sticking to the breakfast options. read more

We stopped in for Breakfast the other day. Was very crowded but the wait itself was not that bad. Gotta say I've become a fan. I had the Belgian Waffle which was light and fluffy, side of sausage and coffee, my GF had the Greek Omelet. Both were outstanding and the coffee wasn't bad either. Prices were reasonable no complaints. Only negative were the annoying Flies!! They really have got to so something about them. There are several Nudys cafes around but this is by far the best I have visited. They have outside seating available which is nice on a good weather day. Excellent breakfast food!! Pancakes, omelets, etc are all delicious and the wait staff is very friendly. It can get very crowded on the weekends, but it is well worth the wait, and you can often be seated very quickly if you don't mind sitting at the counter. Yesterday my Husband and I took a random morning trip to Phoenixville originally to bike ride (we ended up walking up to town after we ate because it was way too cold to ride). We decided to stop for breakfast first, and I found Nudy's through a google search. I ordered eggs, toast, corned beef hash and home fries, my Husband ordered the Farmers omelette, and we shared a chocolate chip pecan pancake. The food was seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and everything was absolutely delicious. As a photographer I appreciated all of the natural light that flowed in the Cafe. The staff was working hard to keep the customers happy that were waiting to be seated and that were already eating. Prices were great, and we will definitely be returning :) read more

We are regular at this place but today was disappointing. I had ordered a southwest omelet with egg white and they served be some weird scramble and probably wasn't even egg white.
