just had a Deluxe Pedi with John and boy was it 100% worth it! I'm visiting family (reside in Bay Area) and stopped by here to give it a try. I am so happy I did! John paid so much attention to detail and made sure my needs were met every step of the way through the pedi! I am a dancer and it shows on my feet, and it's just so nice to have someone really take care of your feet rather than just rush through a pedi. I am so pleased. I will definitely be back to see John for my manis and pedis. Also- they are following all COVID precautions (shields, masks, gloves) so I felt comfortable amid the pandemic. Yay! read more

Went in for manicure. She talked me into a shellac manicure. They looked pretty good but when I left I noticed a bubble on my left middle finger. I went back in for her to redo. She said " you have bump in your nail that is not from the shellac". I do not have a bump on my nail! Then a gentleman at the front counter came by to look and he said the same thing! I will never go back there again. read more

Very clean and excellent service!! While on a girls trip, I chipped a nail and needed to get it fixed ASAP! So the girls and I decided to stop in this gem since it was close to us at the time. We were NOT disappointed. They took me right in, sat me down and gave my nail the TLC it needed. We ended up going back the day before our trip was over for a mani/pedi to come home with. Got my nails done today by a guy. He was wayyy to rough!! Seemed like he was in a rush to finish them. My nails were hurting the whole time. They looked nothing close to the picture i showed. I got charged $80 for something i would normally pay $60. Do not recommend, i wouldn't come here again!!! read more

I get pedicures and Fills on a regular basis. This place has the worst customer service. I happen to have skinny jeans on so they were too tight around the calves for a pedicure so I just asked for a polish change on my toes. I came in with no polish. The woman wouldn't even trim my cuticles or make my toes look cleaned up. $27 for a crappy shellac change. Very very rude people. I have friends in the same complex who are business owners and they won't even go there because they're so rude. Go somewhere else where you'll be appreciated. Btw loc L your hamburger comment is ridiculous. I told your rude employee I would pay extra for the cuticles and she still said no. She said no three times. Rude rude rude. read more

2 stars for effort... I got a gel manicure and a pedicure for my wedding tomorrow. I had to ask the lady who was helping me (I didn't catch her name) to cut my cuticles more... It felt like the service was just for nail polish. She barely cleaned my nails both mani and pedi. The massage wasnt really relaxing as she did the minimum and just stroked my legs with no pressure for a minute.. maybe all salons are different? Won't be coming back. All of this for $52 plus a tip. read more

I have been seeing John for about a year now. He has never failed to amaze me. I am someone who is very extra bud also simple when it comes to nails. John does it all. He is so friendly and kind. This is a busy salon. I requested specific technicians in my online appointment request but didn't get them. So if you have specific people in mind then make sure you get them. They take walk ins. The person that did my manicure was nice. With so many thick coats: bottom coat, 2x polish (the polish was very thick), and top coat, I got an obvious ripple in the polish on my left hand at the end of the manicure. Then I got two chips on other nails the next day. The person who did my pedicure noticed that my manicure was a bit messy and was nice enough to clean up the sides of the nails with acetone. Both technicians were very sweet, but when I splurge on a mani/pedi I want perfection. Nail places always try to convince me to do fake nails/gel nails, but I prefer natural nails. Unfortunately, if you don't opt for shellac and go for regular nail polish it tends to get messed up fast (either by the tech or just from normal use.) read more

Complete waste of money on a citrus pedi. The girl that did my pedicure needs to know the definition of pedi as she hardly touched my feet and spent the majority of her time rubbing my shins! Don't go here. I went in to have a relaxing time with my mom during the holidays. We were rushed from beginning to end. All the mani tables were open and there was no line, just us. Lady took my hand and starting prepping them before I could pick a color and then kept rushing me and asking what color I had picked. Horrible experience from start to finish. At the end of it, the first question from the guy who takes payment was how much we were going to tip. Not even telling us our total yet. So rude! The nails were not even well done and did not last the week. read more

the WORST experience i've ever had at a nail salon in my life. they charged me $85 for a FILL . spent TWO hours on my nails and they were ugly as hell. my middle finger and index finger are literally different lengths the lines are so shaky and ugly. i believe his name was john. if you can't do them just say that. i cannot believe he told me i've been doing this 25 years everytime I'd correct him to make sure the shape was right and it still turned out bad. the nail shapes are different for every finger, they're bumpy and overall the shittiest nails i've ever gotten in my life. read more

New to the area so I decided to try this place, had a great first experience on basic white tip fill set, on my second I decided ( since my first experience was great) to not just get a fill but also a pedicure as well it, they were arguing on to who needs to do it NON seemed to want to and it was HORRIBLE, the pedicure was fast and didn't get main areas (heels) for the fill the guy didnt understand just a fill and clear nail polish, not only was it bad but also was charged more for the fill then the full set. It's been two days and my nails are already lifting. I gave it a chance and won't be going back. read more

I've been to NT nails 3 times since this pandemic, and the sanitation process is pretty good. I've made appointments all 3 times with the type of pedicure I want, yet they still ask when you're there. The girls are friendly and always ensure your nails are how you want them...however the gentleman at the front always comes off as dry. When it came time to pay, I proceeded to walk to the front desk to pay not knowing he wasn't at the desk but rather he was behind me coming from the back room. I'm not sure if he thought I was walking out of the place, but he stated "Hey! Pay me!" Which I found to be quite rude, as paying was definitely my intention. The nail tech I had was great and needed to make change to tip her anyways...just hoping the tip doesn't go to him because he doesn't deserve it. Other than that, I would have rated 5 stars....but his dry personality and rudeness cost them 2. read more

I will NEVER come here again. I usually come to NT Nails because I live close by but today will be my last time. My pedicure was fine but when I went to get my fill, it was horrible. He kept cutting into my cuticles when he was using the electric filer, He kept stepping on my toes while I was getting my nails done even though he was the same person who did my pedicure. He also took so long trying to shape my nails, his hands were shaky.. I would point out what I didn't like and he tried to fix it but it just made it worse. He even tried to file my nails after the Gel polish was on so it messed up the whole nail and he started over and it still looked like crap. & all they did was take $9 off what I had to pay! I already had a 15% off email because of how often I would go there but I didn't even bother to give it because I left so upset. His name was Ben I believe. read more

Not relaxing at all! I went in for a pedicure, and the lady asked me non-stop for upgrades. She asked if I wanted the sea salt. I said no. She asked if I wanted my nails done, too. I said no. Then she told me how terrible my nails looked. She asked if I wanted my eye brows waxed. I said no. She told me they were grown out and I needed it done. I was stressed by the time she was done with my pedicure! They also don't tell you there's a 50 cent charge for using a credit card. read more

Within five days of this pedicure, it started peeling off literally just melting off when I was in the bathtub. The pedicures at the specific salon are very pricey and I pay extra for gel so that they can last month-to-month. This pedicure was about $80. The girl who did my nails wasn't someone I've had in the past and I think she's newer to the salon. She rushed through my pedicure, and I told her twice that she hit my nail with the UV lamp while it was wet and it probably needed to be fixed, she said no, they're fine and when I left, they were super chunky looking and not right and within a few days, just started melting off, like I said. To top it all off they were rushing people through pedicures like crazy and decided to come drop my armrest on my pedicure chair, dropping my phone and shattering my screen. All she did was hand me my phone and say sorry. Again, I've tried to give this salon the benefit of the doubt because it is very aesthetically pleasing, appears clean and usually the staff is so friendly, but this was just such a chop shop experience and I won't be returning. In response to the message from the owner- I was in the pedicure chair for 50 minutes because I was left there with my hands in a bowl. Not my actual pedicure length I'm sure your footage shows me pointing out the issues with the gel as she brushed me off 2x also. Again, I wasn't looking for you to redo them as I'm aware I waited a couple weeks to make the review but like I said it peeled within days. Why would I come back to a place that gave me such an uncomfortable visit? I'm sure you also saw in the footage your employee moved my phone, and was assisting the lady next to me and adjusting her seat and dropped the phone. Nice spin on the truth though My review remains the same, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Well where do I start? Okay I went to get my toes done on March 17, 2013 at N T Nails but was quickly stopped in my tracks. There was an employee and customer argument going on right in front of my face lol WOW .. Apparently two of the nail techs were talking smack about all the customers in their language ( don't know what language) and get this!!! one of the customers knew the language and confronted the nail tech who then got all crazy on the customer calling her names and what not WOW... So do I recommend this place? HELL NO... I called the manager the next day to let him know what happen ..Did I get a satisfying response..NOPE... oh well I know I'm never going back there and neither are any of my friends and hopefully neither of you do. I feel so uncomfortable when im in a place where people are talking in another language. If you are going to have a business I suggest Rosetta Stone or ESL classes. read more

I could not be anymore unsatisfied with a nail salon. I went here to get shellac polish done and as soon as I got home they had already started chipping and the guy that originally did my nails said if they chip within seven days he would gladly fix them. Given I have a busy schedule, I wasn't able to get in until day five, so I called to make sure it was still okay if I go and get them fixed and they said they would. So when I arrived at the salon the lady started fixing the chipped nails and noticed the polish had changed colors,(idk if it was old or what) but instead of fixing all of my nails to match, which she should've done, she accused me of smoking and or putting lotion on my hands and that's why the color had changed. So now, I'm left with these ugly things. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. read more

To the reviewer with the problem with foreign languages being used for what language is used for - to communicate - get over your xenophobia. Ever been to a taco truck? Anyway, I first heard of NT Nails through a friend recommendation. I have to say, my fingers and toes looked pristine on my way out. They also have fantastic massage chairs, and if you ask nicely they'll let you change the TV channels. I was having a particularly bad day the last time I stopped by, so on his way out the door the owner treated me to dinner. What a nice guy! I will definitely be coming back! Not very happy with my experience on Sunday. I called ahead and schedule 2 pedicures for myself and a friend. We showed up on time and there wasn't 1 spot open. They finally seated us in the pedicure chairs and told us it would be another minute until they were ready for us. 20 minutes later our water is freezing cold and we still haven't been helped. I asked one of the ladies to heat my water since I was shivering and she told me that it would be a few minutes. Another 20 minutes passed (40 minutes past our appointment time) and they finally started helping my friend. 50 minutes after our appointment time and they finally helped me. NOT worth the wait....not worth the $$. read more

Not a bad place to get a pedi but it wasn't performed with attention to detail. Plus I was not comfortable with a male employee but my request was not understood, so I tried not to be difficult and agreed to the service. I had to ask for alcohol to disinfect my toes a few times during the process as the tools kept being placed randomly on the side table without sanitation and being used on me again. I went once prior to Covid and never went back--sloppy work rude staff. I'm 55 years old and have been getting my nails done for years. The pedicure they gave me was not worth the money.
