Customer service was really good. They attend you really good. The nail service I received was not the greatest it being my first time there. Looks like I didn't even have a pedicure done. Nails are all misshaped.

Nancy A.

Tammy did a French pedicure for me and Tony did a chrome gel manicure. Both were excellent, kind, professional, and my nails came out beautifully. I come here often with my daughter and we're always

First visit was amazing! Benny did a great job, got me in early, and they offer kids' pedicures starting at just $27!

Monique G.

So I came in for my first time.My appointment was at 1 but I called to come in earlier and they took me right away, which was awesome and my namel tech was Benny, he's such a hoot.I love it and he did a great job.I recommend anybody that has children also to come here because they got the hook up for 27$ dollars for pedicures , starting also, ladies if you like to get a full set done , you get a free mimosa offered if you like to drink and treat yourself while being treated

Second Edit: YOU SOUND RIDICULOUS, YOUR CLEARLY STATING YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR. Your response ACTING AS IF YOU HAVE THE Credentials to diagnose me is even more shameful. The truth is my medical records reads INFECTION. Whether you like it or not I was seen by a doctor at Sutter Medical who has diagnosed me with an infection. Further more sir, I was also put out on medical leave for over 7 days until the infection goes away. Doesn't sound like an allergic reaction to me. Do better! Edited: NOW THE OWNER WANTS TO RESPOND... all of a sudden lol.. CLASSIC - Unfortunately for you Mr. Owner who now wants to actually respond because he is now receiving a bad review, he has a lot to say. Let me educated you, my medical documents states I contracted AN INFECTION, NOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION to your services. There's a huge difference between an allergic reaction and an Infection sir. I am not allergic to anything and have been to many different nails shops as well, this has never happened before. The problem at hand is YOUR LACK of accountability, sympathy, professionalism and very poor customer service! That's the problem. $85.00 plus a tip doesn't break my bank sir. I am VERY successful business owner myself, I make money in my sleep. It's not the money it's the principle! You as a business owner is Morally wrong! My medical records and test results do not lie sir, I guess we will do this the hard way since me just coming to your shop to address the issue professionally and instead I got the worst customer service. You have zero concerns for any issues or concerns, you deflect by making this okay and put blame on my health as if you know my medical history with zero chances of your shop doing anything wrong. Taking yourself out of the equation completely is really sickening. Disinfect and sanitize your equipment and no one else will contract an infection how about that! Review: I want to share my recent experience at NT Nail Spa because it has been extremely painful and concerning. I called in for an appointment on Thursday September 11, 2025 for a full set with a bit of style, expecting a relaxing visit. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. Later on that night, my fingers started to swell, turn red, and became very painful. Within hours, the pain was unbearable (10 out of 10) and I had to go to the emergency room. The ER doctor confirmed that I had developed an infection from the un-sterilized nail equipment used to do my nails. I was prescribed antibiotics right away, given a shot on my arm to stop the infection from spreading. I went back to the nail shop to show the manager what my fingers looked like and requested a refund for this terrible service and sure enough the manager was super rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to call the owner and also took pictures of my hands and sent it to him. To my surprise the owner was even more rude, unprofessional and showed no sympathy for what had happened to my fingers. The manager had the nerve to say that it was an allergic reaction from my end, and nothing they did wrong. Mind you the infection is on all 10 of my fingers, not just one or two fingers but all 10 fingers consistently. I proceeded to ask to speak to the owner but the manger refused to give access to the owner. I asked for a refund, the manager pointed to a sign that said " no refunds" Since then, I've had 2 trips to the ER, I am now unable to go back to work until this infection is gone! I was put on antibiotics, a shot on the arm and another medication to kill the infection. I was recommended by the doctor to get the nails removed but how can I? Having to soak my infected fingers into acetone to remove my nails will cause a bigger infection. I have been to millions of different nails shops all over the Bayarea, Valley Area, LA ect, this has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. To say the infection was caused by me being allergic to their nail supplies, as if the owner knew I had a history of allergies is outrageous!! I am not allergic to anything FYI. Shame on you as a business owner and a service provider to have such poor customer service, zero sympathy or concerns for your clients concerns or health after receiving poor service. I went back to the nail shop With the intentions to 1. Address the concerns and show what happened so they can fix the issue and assure it doesn't happen again to anyone else. 2. Definitely deserving of a refund for what I am going through! Instead I was treated like shit and they kept my money. Please see pictures below for your reference and I hope anyone reading this, if you are planning to go to this place 1. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 2. Please make sure that the equipment being used on you are properly maintained sterilized prior to using. And 3. I will NEVER GO BACK. -ZERO STARS FOR ME.

S A.

She kills it in the nail game every time. I have an idea and she knows exactly whats imagined

Hard to tell in the pic but tons of fuzz and dust from when he filed my nails, so it was kind of clumpy

Rebecca C.

I usually love getting services done here (the CBD pedicure is great!) I went today for a manicure. I waited about half an hour, no biggie, except they took back clients before me who got there after me and did not have appointments. (Though sitting there for so long I did notice a cluster of spiders on the ceiling with missing light fixtures) Tony came to get me. When I sat down I told him I wanted a spa manicure with massage and scrub and wax, but that I cannot have gel polish as I am allergic to the UV light (I'm allergic to the sun hence no UV) he said ok. He proceeds with the usual soak and cuticle trimming. Then he says he'll do the massage after the polish and he proceeds to set up to do gel polish. I remind him, I am allergic to UV so I cannot have gel. So then he slaps some lotion on my arms, barely rubs not even for a minute and wipes off with a towel, never getting any on my hands. Then he sloppily painted my nails (very few color options if I don't get gel apparently) so I just got black, which he applied sloppily. He then wrote out my ticket, told me thank you and proceeded to go on to another client who wanted a pedicure and told me to stay in front of the fan till nails dry (while waiting for my nails to dry, I noticed more missing light fixtures and peeling paint on the ceiling) No massage, no scrub, no paraffin dip. I paid $27 (no tip as it was most definitely not deserved) for something I could have just done at home. I was really looking forward to some pampering as I have been taking care of my parents and working full time. I am very disappointed and hope the salon will redeem themselves if I decide to return

Anayka A.

Thank you to @Roy for always slaying my nail sets. Especially my frenchies Book with him !

Jasmine K.

Roy is the best!!! I highly recommend to book with him. He is very detailed and does the best designs

Frankee S.

Roy Roy Roy !! Book with the best ! Get your nails done right he's got all the talent & the best of the best!

I had both sets photoed done by two males that work in the salon. Amazing work both times. Highly recommend. Very sanitary. I regret that I went elsewhere while out of town. Can't wait to go back and have the staff at NT make me love my nails again.

Nails were very wavy due to filing underneath. Lots of bubbles.

Grace P.

This place is very nice and lots of employees. Very disappointed with the gel nails. Was rushed and couldn't even enjoy or relax. When I went back to get it fixed. They said that I should've told them something every time I asked her to fix something. She gave me a look and started talking in her language to other people. They are the professionals and should always do quality work. I just wanted her to finish so I could leave. Since had a baby at home.

I'm not the type to ever write a bad review after a bad experience somewhere but todayI got HORRIBLE service! decided to come here because I seen it had many good reviews. I asked for a full pink French tip set and a pedicure, these were my results, I had to correct the lady multiple times because she kept leaving them uneven and I honestly am not a fan of the end results, she kept hurting me the whole time with her long nails and she was very very ruff and she left one of my thumbs bleeding, she didn't even shape them how I asked she just shaped them squared, she took 2 and a half hours to finish and I paid $80 for this and didn't get my pedicure done so I ended up going to a different place for it . I will never be going back to NT nails again read more

The salon itself is clean, nice, and presentable. However, the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My first visit for a manicure and pedicure was disappointing. The nail technician was rough and didn't properly clean my nails. He simply removed the nail polish and painted over it. When I asked if he could clean my cuticles, he said they weren't allowed to. I thought this might just be his approach, so I gave the salon another chance. On my second visit, I asked for a manicure with shellac and a regular pedicure. Instead of respecting my choice, the staff kept insisting I get a more expensive pedicure, despite me clearly stating what I wanted. What made things worse was the staff speaking in their language amongst themselves, making it obvious they were talking about me as they looked and gestured towards my nails. The massage offered was far from relaxing--it was rough and uncomfortable. While there might be some good technicians, most of them, especially the men, were extremely rude and unprofessional. During my third visit with my elderly mother, the technician was so rough with her, despite her explaining she had arthritis. He even got frustrated, spoke loudly in his language to the other techs, and continued to handle her hands roughly. This lack of empathy and customer service was appalling. In my experience, the unprofessional behavior seems to be a pattern with different technicians. If you want to feel respected and valued as a customer, I recommend saving your money and going else where. read more

I have been going to Helen for 15+ years and she truly is amazing! Always taking care of me and making her best efforts to get me in with my crazy schedule! I was excited to walk in to a new place and see her and be somewhere clean, classy, updated.. so awesome. The rest of the staff were polite & helpful. All around great experience at this shop! I came to the salon as a first timer, I literally left another Nail salon because I couldn't seem to get a good nail tech. I saw photos of Kim's work and decided to give her a shot. Well she did not disappoint! You have a returning customer. Finally I found a good nail tech who listens to what I want, she even had a length and shape chart at her desk and was excited to create something simple and fun with me. Thanks Kim! read more

Second time going there, and very disappointed. I get a dip fill and they always file your nails down until your aching in pain because they don't have the patience to soak. My first set last me not even 3 weeks before they broke and cracked. But I literally went yesterday and while I waited for the nail tech to finish my sisters nail, noticed the guy smudged my thumb nail and had it fixed. Then I go home, wash dishes and my nail is already cracked. Worst nail techs ever. Mostly because it's rushed with no patience. Also, cuticles are never cleaned up, they just use the drill for everything and don't consider nail health. read more

Less is more, at least for me. Lol My girl/nail expert does it again. Been living in Manteca for 3 years, needed to find my new person when I moved here and I have found her. 3 years and going strong with my girl, Helen!! I'm more of a simple girl but she does it all! She makes you feel so welcome when you walk through those doors, like we been friends since high school. She will do exactly what you want or gives you the best recommendations of what she thinks is best based off your interests. She's amazing yall!!! The salon is nice and has so many color selections. I feel that some of these reviews are far off and sound like anomalies. Some times you just need the right person for the best experience. I definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend booking with Helen! One tip: don't wait til last minute to book because she does get booked very often. I booked today's appointment a month ago just ensure I secured a spot before my girl's trip!! Lol read more

I usually come for just full sets or fills for my nails but I decided to do a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure by far. I got a gel pedicure and little to no cuticle care and when I left my toenails were not filed evenly and barely filed. My pinky toe had half the polish on the nail and dead skin visible. There is no way as the person providing the service you look at this and say okay, you're all done and then charge $48 for this. read more

I came to this new location asking who works on dipped nails. I tried to explain how I wanted the same color as last time light pink and that it took more applications to make the color the same as the sample. Did not listen as you can see it's white color, not pink. Not only am I not happy with the color, but when he went to remove the previous dip, he wanted to put my fingers in a bowl of acetone. I asked him not to do that to please wrap them in foil, and he stuck my fingers in it anyways. I had to pull my fingers out because they were burning and then I had to wait for him to get off his phone to come back for me to tell him again to wrap my nails in foil instead. At check out I tried to explain the color was not to my liking pretty much ignored my request just stated that was the color I picked. I'm upset with having to go elsewhere as I can't get past the color. To response below: Like stated above it was the same color I had last visit. I just needed more dip to make it the color I wanted or should I say that matched the color strip you provided. I just wished that everyone listened instead of being stern and not wanting to make it right for what I was asking. If it cost more than I would have been happy to pay just not happy to pay $50 and not happy with color, would you? read more

I got dip powder with a French tip on Friday 05/10/24 and two of my nails cracked and I called the nail salon and told them what happened and they said they would fix it. I told him I think it was a pink powder but I wasn't sure what one is exactly was and he said yes it's pink. He rushed fixing them and didn't even try to blend it. I wanted to really love this place! It's new and they claim to be a little more expensive but worth it. I'm always down to pay a little more and get an excellent job done. First visit two weeks ago. In a week 1 nail came off so I go back in to have it fixed. As Helen is working on my nails I'm thinking omg this is terrible. I didn't say anything because , first of all she didn't think a nail coming off in a week was a big deal. She insinuated it was my fault. So I knew I was dealing with an unreasonable person. Customer service terrible ! Price not worth it! They really aren't very talented and could use a few weeks back in school. I'm on a budget and I plan for trips to the salon. I don't think I should have had to pay to fix my nails that weren't done right to begin with. They charged $60 for a fill a week later and to fix the nail that came off. STAY AWAY!! EDIT- after owner commented- Great example of the lack of good customer service !! They can't fix the problem if they can't see a problem. So many other nail salons that are much better and better managed. Go anywhere else! This place is garbage!! read more

I did not get any skin reaction or bumps from her threading. I am so impressed! There was only the typical temporary minor redness that lasted less than an hour. This is the cleanest threading experience I've ever had because my skin did not have any kind of irritation at all. My eyebrows are cleaned up and my skin was fine like nothing happened. Usually at other places, I would break out and have angry inflammation akin to folliculitis that takes a few weeks to heal but somehow that didn't happen here. It was quite magical. Completely unexpected and pleasant surprise! I came here on a whim after perusing Yelp reviews and I'm glad it worked out so well. She's really good! And she keeps the space and tools (her hands and thread) so clean and sanitary. I think that's why I didn't have any infection at all. I didn't know that was even possible (for me not to get a skin infection after threading). The best part was that she listened to my concerns and executed the request well.

However, each of my last few visits have had small issues that, if they happened only once, I could have ignored. But, I can't really ignore the small issues anymore. I am not a confrontational person, so no, I did not say anything each time something happened because it felt nitpicky, until I realized that something was happening during every recent visit consistently. And overall, my experiences were still pretty good. One of the first times there was an issue with unprofessionalism it was something that made me uncomfortable. I once overheard the blonde lady, that's worked there for a long time, talking badly about someone's body that she had just given a Brazilian wax to. So, I noted to myself, to never get waxed there. The last several massages I've had there have been with the same person. And she's actually great. But some things have happened during my massages that have cut into my ability to relax. Every single massage for at least the last year, she has brought in what sounded like a metal container with iced water? And she repeatedly will refill a water bottle loudly during my massage with iced water and then constantly stop the massage to loudly drink from it with the ice in the metal bottle or cup clinking around. I have never seen what it is, because I am face down during the massage but that's what it sounds like. Multiple times I can hear this masseuse and have also caught other masseuses here texting or doing things on their phones during my massage. Let me preface this next one with, I am actually 420 friendly.... However, I am 99% sure during my most recent massage, she was hitting a vape. I smelled it MULTIPLE times during my massage. Normally doesn't bother me out in the real world... but during my massage??!! Also, when I walked in for my most recent massage, the owner, was who let me in. I said Hello, good morning to her. No response. Another thing worth noting is, their neighbors have LOUD barking dogs. I understand the spa cannot help this. But you can and will hear it during your massage. Something changed here. I am sad to have to go elsewhere.

My spas packages are usually a hour each service so I should have ask ahead of time. The bathroom and waiting area is outdated and not an actually lounge area to get ready for your services like other spas it's just a big room with some chairs to fill out the 100 questioned paperwork and the bathroom had items stored in the shower area and was very dusty. My real issue was with my facial, I did tell her I have sensitive acne prone skin and she said she was using products for sensitive skin but I did break out after, and while I was have my massage and facial at the same time she was going from my feet to then rubbing my face. I thought that was very weird and gross. So idk if I broke out because of her going from my feet to face or the products. I think if I ever book again it would only be for a massage because she did have a nice touch and all around nice lady.

She is an extremely talented brow artist and an absolute sweetheart! I've been getting my full face, brows, and underarms waxed for almost 6 years now. For the past 9 months I've been looking for a new esthetician. I have rosacea, my skin is extremely sensitive, and prone to ingrown hair. I only see practitioners that use hard wax because my skin is far less reactive to it. It's been tough finding someone who uses hard wax and is a talented brow artist. When I stumbled upon Necesse Aesthetics page on Instagram, I knew that I had to schedule an appointment. The photos and videos of Vanessa's work grabbed my attention immediately! Upon further investigation, I discovered she uses hard wax, and not just any hard wax, Nova hard wax. Nova wax is the gentlest hard wax I've ever experienced. So I booked that appointment, and I was not disappointed in the least. Vanessa provides an amazing, virtually painless, waxing experience. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Her bed is cozy and well padded, with a knee/leg bolster if needed. Vanessa pays close attention to details and listens to what you want in terms of brow shaping and color(if you have tinting done). She goes above and beyond to ensure that she is giving you the shape you want. Her keen eye and attention to detail will have your brows looking snatched in no time! Another important detail to mention is that Vanessa provides great aftercare to reduce irritation and reactivity risk. As someone who has a history of highly reactive skin, you wouldn't be able to tell I had waxing done immediately after. So if reactivity is a concern for you, Vanessa might just be the practitioner for you! If you have sensitive skin, are looking for a fantastic brow artist, or just plain don't like waxing because of the pain, you need to book that appointment with Vanessa ASAP!! I want to take a moment to truly recognize how amazing Diana is at what she does. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can feel her professionalism, care, and genuine passion for her work. Her manicures and pedicures are consistently outstanding, and she always takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect. Diana doesn't rush her services--she focuses on quality, comfort, and cleanliness, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Her manicure work is flawless. She pays close attention to shaping, cuticle care, and polish application, leaving nails looking clean, healthy, and beautifully finished every single time. The results last, and you can tell she takes pride in making sure her clients leave feeling confident and happy with their nails. She listens carefully to what you want and offers helpful suggestions when needed, making sure the final look is exactly what you had in mind--or even better. Diana's pedicures are just as impressive. She is gentle yet thorough, making the experience relaxing while still delivering excellent results. Your feet feel refreshed, soft, and well cared for after every visit. She maintains high standards of hygiene and professionalism, which gives complete peace of mind and adds to the comfort of the service. It's not just a pedicure--it's a moment of relaxation and self-care that she executes beautifully. What truly sets Diana apart is her attitude and dedication to her clients. She is kind, attentive, and always welcoming, creating an environment where you feel valued and appreciated. Her consistency, skill, and positive energy keep clients coming back again and again. It's clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and that passion shows in every service she provides. On a special note, I'd also like to wish Diana a very Happy Birthday on December 21st . May your day be filled with joy, appreciation, and all the love you give to others throughout the year. Thank you, Diana, for your incredible work, your dedication, and for always delivering such exceptional manicures and pedicures. You are truly one of a kind, and we're so lucky to have you! read more

If you're looking for a nail salon that truly stands out, look no further this place is unmatched. I've been coming here for over couple years, and now it's become a favorite for my mom, best friends, and coworkers as well. It's that good. Whether you're in Manteca California, visiting a friend who simply needs a luxurious services.this salon has you covered. I love that no appointment is necessary. You can just walk in, and the longest I've ever waited was about 5 minutes, which is amazing considering the quality of service they offer. The staffs is efficient, offering both quick services for those in a hurry and relaxing options if you want to unwind and take your time. They offer complimentary drinks, Whether you're a regular or just passing through, this salon will make sure you leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Lately though I find it extremely odd. Why the staffs is yelling and screaming across the room just for conversation. They speak in loud tone like they arguing. My relaxation is not enjoyable. Even though it's in English I don't want to hear it. Another complaint is When I go to the restroom. Ít seems like they cooking food somewhere around there. I can really smell it the Asian Market type of Scent. I love coming here. I been here probably 40 times. I'm just letting it out because if nothing changes. I won't return. I also drive 40 mins away. Please fix my concerns if not you will lose me, my family, friends. Thank you! I really appreciate the quick response and I'm happy to upgrade the stars. Thank you !!! read more

It's 9pm, stop replying to the review. It's over and done with. Why are you still online harassing me. You tried harassing me in the shop now you are trying to harass me online because you refused to stop assassinating my character. You've said that I am not smart, I'm shady, I'm a bad customer, and your employees commenting on my race. Do you want to throw in any other insults. Like I said before you don't know anything about me. I normally don't have fake tips so I get a fresh new set each time I go to my nail lady. Please let this go it's getting quite annoying. As a matter fact, everyone reading this, please run to the shop and get your nails done so the owner can actually have something to do and he can stop posting on yelp. Maybe he can treat another group of people horribly and then they can post a yelp review and he can harass them. You're a joke. And saying that someone is not smart and typing your reply the way that you did shows which one of us is not the smart one. You're still showing everyone here how unprofessional you are. I feel sorry for anyone who visits your business because like I said you're a horrible business owner and that has not changed. I was actually considering taking down my post because I know it could be damaging to your business, but at this point expect a couple more because I have a couple more sites that I'm going to post reviews on....now you have yourself a good night read more

Today was my second visit to this shop & have an appointment with Roy. I am really happy with his work. He gave me a fill 2 weeks prior & I was quite happy with the results. I ask for a new set. to my surprise the process of removing the old set did not HURT at all unlike other nail shops. He soaked my nails in a solution and carefully sand off the old set layer by layer. Other nail shops opt the short cut route by force peeling off the old set from my natural nails. (Going to a nail salon should not be painful.) He took his time to apply the new set on and matched each nail length with the other hand. I am really satisfied with his service, attention to detail and how my nails look perfect. read more

I used to love NT Nails--they had great service, talented nail techs, and a welcoming atmosphere. But after a complete staff turnover, the quality has plummeted. I took a break, hoping they'd hire skilled techs and improve, but it's only gotten worse. The work is rushed, uneven, and just plain sloppy. My nails were lumpy, polish was streaky, and when they asked to fix it, I declined and I got attitude instead of solutions. The vibe? Uninviting. And the signs? "Help us fight inflation--use the ATM." Umm... what? Why not accept Zelle? It's tacky and inconvenient. At this point, it's just not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. read more

I got charged extra for something that always comes with the service I get and the price was ridiculous. Since they updated pricing what they didn't upgrade was the quality. Before they would take their time now everything is rushed. Manager called me to offer me a discount next time I go, sorry there will not be a next time. And now it's been 48 hours since and I have a whole infection on my toes. Never in my life have I had a nail or toes related issue . Says a lot about their sanitation . GROSS.
