Tammy did a French pedicure for me and Tony did a chrome gel manicure. Both were excellent, kind, professional, and my nails came out beautifully. I come here often with my daughter and we're always
So I came in for my first time.My appointment was at 1 but I called to come in earlier and they took me right away, which was awesome and my namel tech was Benny, he's such a hoot.I love it and he did a great job.I recommend anybody that has children also to come here because they got the hook up for 27$ dollars for pedicures , starting also, ladies if you like to get a full set done , you get a free mimosa offered if you like to drink and treat yourself while being treated
Second Edit: YOU SOUND RIDICULOUS, YOUR CLEARLY STATING YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR. Your response ACTING AS IF YOU HAVE THE Credentials to diagnose me is even more shameful. The truth is my medical records reads INFECTION. Whether you like it or not I was seen by a doctor at Sutter Medical who has diagnosed me with an infection. Further more sir, I was also put out on medical leave for over 7 days until the infection goes away. Doesn't sound like an allergic reaction to me. Do better! Edited: NOW THE OWNER WANTS TO RESPOND... all of a sudden lol.. CLASSIC - Unfortunately for you Mr. Owner who now wants to actually respond because he is now receiving a bad review, he has a lot to say. Let me educated you, my medical documents states I contracted AN INFECTION, NOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION to your services. There's a huge difference between an allergic reaction and an Infection sir. I am not allergic to anything and have been to many different nails shops as well, this has never happened before. The problem at hand is YOUR LACK of accountability, sympathy, professionalism and very poor customer service! That's the problem. $85.00 plus a tip doesn't break my bank sir. I am VERY successful business owner myself, I make money in my sleep. It's not the money it's the principle! You as a business owner is Morally wrong! My medical records and test results do not lie sir, I guess we will do this the hard way since me just coming to your shop to address the issue professionally and instead I got the worst customer service. You have zero concerns for any issues or concerns, you deflect by making this okay and put blame on my health as if you know my medical history with zero chances of your shop doing anything wrong. Taking yourself out of the equation completely is really sickening. Disinfect and sanitize your equipment and no one else will contract an infection how about that! Review: I want to share my recent experience at NT Nail Spa because it has been extremely painful and concerning. I called in for an appointment on Thursday September 11, 2025 for a full set with a bit of style, expecting a relaxing visit. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. Later on that night, my fingers started to swell, turn red, and became very painful. Within hours, the pain was unbearable (10 out of 10) and I had to go to the emergency room. The ER doctor confirmed that I had developed an infection from the un-sterilized nail equipment used to do my nails. I was prescribed antibiotics right away, given a shot on my arm to stop the infection from spreading. I went back to the nail shop to show the manager what my fingers looked like and requested a refund for this terrible service and sure enough the manager was super rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to call the owner and also took pictures of my hands and sent it to him. To my surprise the owner was even more rude, unprofessional and showed no sympathy for what had happened to my fingers. The manager had the nerve to say that it was an allergic reaction from my end, and nothing they did wrong. Mind you the infection is on all 10 of my fingers, not just one or two fingers but all 10 fingers consistently. I proceeded to ask to speak to the owner but the manger refused to give access to the owner. I asked for a refund, the manager pointed to a sign that said " no refunds" Since then, I've had 2 trips to the ER, I am now unable to go back to work until this infection is gone! I was put on antibiotics, a shot on the arm and another medication to kill the infection. I was recommended by the doctor to get the nails removed but how can I? Having to soak my infected fingers into acetone to remove my nails will cause a bigger infection. I have been to millions of different nails shops all over the Bayarea, Valley Area, LA ect, this has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. To say the infection was caused by me being allergic to their nail supplies, as if the owner knew I had a history of allergies is outrageous!! I am not allergic to anything FYI. Shame on you as a business owner and a service provider to have such poor customer service, zero sympathy or concerns for your clients concerns or health after receiving poor service. I went back to the nail shop With the intentions to 1. Address the concerns and show what happened so they can fix the issue and assure it doesn't happen again to anyone else. 2. Definitely deserving of a refund for what I am going through! Instead I was treated like shit and they kept my money. Please see pictures below for your reference and I hope anyone reading this, if you are planning to go to this place 1. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 2. Please make sure that the equipment being used on you are properly maintained sterilized prior to using. And 3. I will NEVER GO BACK. -ZERO STARS FOR ME.
I usually love getting services done here (the CBD pedicure is great!) I went today for a manicure. I waited about half an hour, no biggie, except they took back clients before me who got there after me and did not have appointments. (Though sitting there for so long I did notice a cluster of spiders on the ceiling with missing light fixtures) Tony came to get me. When I sat down I told him I wanted a spa manicure with massage and scrub and wax, but that I cannot have gel polish as I am allergic to the UV light (I'm allergic to the sun hence no UV) he said ok. He proceeds with the usual soak and cuticle trimming. Then he says he'll do the massage after the polish and he proceeds to set up to do gel polish. I remind him, I am allergic to UV so I cannot have gel. So then he slaps some lotion on my arms, barely rubs not even for a minute and wipes off with a towel, never getting any on my hands. Then he sloppily painted my nails (very few color options if I don't get gel apparently) so I just got black, which he applied sloppily. He then wrote out my ticket, told me thank you and proceeded to go on to another client who wanted a pedicure and told me to stay in front of the fan till nails dry (while waiting for my nails to dry, I noticed more missing light fixtures and peeling paint on the ceiling) No massage, no scrub, no paraffin dip. I paid $27 (no tip as it was most definitely not deserved) for something I could have just done at home. I was really looking forward to some pampering as I have been taking care of my parents and working full time. I am very disappointed and hope the salon will redeem themselves if I decide to return
Roy is the best!!! I highly recommend to book with him. He is very detailed and does the best designs
Roy Roy Roy !! Book with the best ! Get your nails done right he's got all the talent & the best of the best!
This place is very nice and lots of employees. Very disappointed with the gel nails. Was rushed and couldn't even enjoy or relax. When I went back to get it fixed. They said that I should've told them something every time I asked her to fix something. She gave me a look and started talking in her language to other people. They are the professionals and should always do quality work. I just wanted her to finish so I could leave. Since had a baby at home.

Update! 4 days out - my cuticles are so high up for no reason. Gel is lifting from the nail folds on top and sides. Bubbles are more prominent on the nail bed. Def won't last 1 or even 2 weeks at that! Did I mention I came in during a really slow period - 2 clients receiving a pedi and myself. Complete silence. Weird vibe. This was around 4pm & a ton of extra employees sitting around with their bare feet on the pedi chairs, on their phones or eating. I am a licensed beauty professional and that is def not sanitary. I could list a ton more if I wanted to, but I'll let you experience it yourself! read more

Minus one star because the gentleman working at the front desk isn't very personable or warm and my male nail tech did a hack job on my manicure that cost me over $50 the first time I came in. If it weren't for Kim, the gal that did my pedi, I wouldn't have returned... Like I said, my pedicure was done by Kim the first time I came so this time I requested that she do both my manicure and pedicure to ensure that I get what I pay for, the quality I expect coming to a "luxury" nail salon is what Kim provides. She is meticulous with her work and IMO, product is flawless and I'm happy with the result every time. I will only come back if she is available. read more

Highly disappointed in the service received today. I was really looking forward to trying their services. For starters the man at the front desk is super rude no customer service whatsoever. And when I was ready to pay he expected me to go to the atm to pull out cash because the "credit card machine was down" please. I told him I have a credit card I am not pulling cash out he then says " okay let me see if it's working" which of course it was! If your machine was "down" that should have been the first thing you told me when I walked in before receiving any services. The pedicure was terrible and uneven, shaped both feet differently and my full set was disappointing . I work entirely to hard and pay way too much to receive Shittyy service! Would not come back. To the owner--- no comment regarding the terrible customer service I see lol and I've had multiple full sets. Thank you very much and my cuticle is normally taken off as complimentary thanks for the suggestion though! read more

The place was big and nice. I looked on Yelp to see what time the store closed on Saturday and it said 7pm but when I went in (5:30ish) the receptionist told me the store closed at 6pm (the window says 7pm) but depending if the worker have time to take me. One lady was nice enough to take me and I requested dip powder nails. After 1 day my 4 nails chipped so I went back to get it fixed. 2 days later it chipped again, at this point I'm so mad. I've always get dip powder and never in my life I have to go back to get it fix so many times. First time trying this place out and I'm not going back. read more

I have been seeing Helen for a long time... I guess you could say it's serious. She is so good at what she does and she is easy to sit with. She's a hoot! And good with all kinds of people, my daughter is super shy and Helen is so sweet to her. And I'm pretty sure she keeps all my secrets. seriously though, great work, quality acrylics, fast fills, fun artwork and all the laughs. read more

I'm a huge fan of the NT Nail Spa chain. I typically go to their Modesto locations but realized the Manteca location is a shorter commute for me. I recently got a full set at the oakdale location but soaked them off at home before I was due for a fill as I wanted them longer. So this morning I booked a full set appointment on their website for their last availability around 5pm and was instantly seated when I came in. The Manteca location is aesthetically beautiful as their others but damn this one was gorgeous!! I got sat with Pham, who I told that my nail beds are extremely sensitive due to other nail shops outside of NT ripping my nails off with fake nails or over drilling. Pham was really gentle and asked for a reference photo and started away. We sampled 3 different powders and I chose the 172 powder as base, he chose an aqua pink (hot clear pink) to go on top, and he freehanded the tips with a baby pink gel including the heart design! I screamed inside when I saw the final result, the tips were done perfectly, the shape is bomb and he's the only nail tech I've found that didn't make my crooked nail beds look crooked!!! I told Pham he earned a client for life and will come back for a fill but he reassured me that all the nail techs there are just as great and that I'm in good hands no matter what at their location. A+ for the set he did, A+ for the customer service! Thanks NT, you guys really make a girl happy. read more

Came in today as a walk-in and requested a gel fill. I was immediately sat with Pham and I was blown away! The vibe was really nice, I loved the music and they were actively cleaning while getting my nails done. Pham listened to what I was looking for, gave suggestions and I am so happy with the result. Pham was super funny, nice and clearly knew what he was doing! He even went out of his way to airbrush the black onto the nails. It was the coolest nail experience and again, I am so happy with the result! He even fixed the shape of my nails! read more

Absolutely the best in Manteca! It's a lovely facility and everyone is so friendly! The nail techs laugh and it really shows that they love what they do and they like working there. Brittney is my girl and I'll follow her wherever she goes! I've seen some pretty awesome nails on customers which is nice to see. If you're in Manteca - give em a try! read more

I'm highly disappointed in the service I received today. I should have known with my experience at their Modesto location. I really tried to like this place since one of my good friends recommended this place but I can't say the same for myself. My first experience was when they first opened in January, I only got a pedicure and the gel polish was actually decent but they rushed my pedicure and I did not get the services I chose. Fast forward almost a year later, I came back because of a set I got done at another nail salon and wasn't satisfied with it and was hoping NT could fix it. The guy at the front suggested I go back to the original place and have them fix it because the original place would need to fix my nails at no cost versus NT having to charge me for fixing another salons mistake. I did what the guy told me and got my nails fixed for free. Which is why I decided to give NT another shot because the guy was nice enough to save me some money buuuuuut.....I was highly disappointed in the outcome of my visit. The lady's gloves kept getting stuck to my nails and skin with the nail glue so you can imagine it hurt when she tried to rip & file the pieces of her glove off my skin. I asked nicely multiple times to fix certain things about my nails (length, lumpiness, dipped powder on my skin, etc) and she was getting frustrated. After multiple attempts, I just gave up because I already warned them I have sensitivities to certain products and was afraid the more products she used, my skin was get inflamed. I left dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails, my finger tips were cracked and raw, and my cuticles are sore from her drill (which nicked my skin) and the dipped powder I'm having to remove from my skin. I cannot recommend this place nor will I be returning. read more

FIRST off ... Shout out to ROY @ NT Nails in Manteca! He does such an AMAZING job and is VERY detailed. Every time I need a New Set or Fill will go to him because of his amazing work! Never disappointed! Used to go to the NT Nails in Modesto, but found out he moved to Manteca Salon so I followed him over. A bit further, but so worth it. I used to go all the way to the Bay when I moved out here.(I couldn't find a good nail tech that did a good job.) Once I found him wouldn't go anywhere else or any other tech. The Salon in Manteca is super Nice, & clean. Have had nothing but positive, friendly vibes since I started going here. Will definitely keep going here to get pampered! THANK YOU ROY!!! read more

Third time coming here. This was the most expensive set and the most disappointing set I've ever gotten here. First 2 times were much better. I asked the nail tech to please remove the pink nail polish completely, she assured me she would, but as you can see, didn't happen. Also, didn't get a cuticle trim and this way done right before my birthday trip yesterday. Two of the rhinestones fell off within hours. Sad, but lesson learned. read more

Roy is so sweet and nice. He hand painted everything. He takes his time and he does quality work. I was in and out in one hour 15! He lays down the acrylic seamlessly and basically they are already shaped with just some filing after. Anything you show him he is determined to do. I usually do something more simple but I wanted to do something fun for Halloween. I love the shape of my nails and my artwork. Thank you Roy!!! read more
