We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. David was flexible & quick to meet up with me & helped by suggesting different sign options. He helped me to make quick decisions that looked great. They also took care of all permitting with the city and communication with the landlord to ensure signs met all spec requirements. Overall David & his team made it a pretty easy process. Josue came to install the first sign today & did an amazing job. He was prompt, quick with his work without sacrificing quality of install, ensured the decal was in the proper location and looked good, even cleaned my whole window inside & out. Overall, great experience so far. I have 2 more signs they are installing soon, but so far, great service! I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever needed anything.

The carpet in the main shopping area was visibly dirty and worn, and the overall condition of the store gave the impression that basic cleaning and maintenance were being neglected. The restrooms were especially bad and were not in a condition I would expect from a major retail store. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the store was bad enough that I did not even want to shop there. I hope management takes this seriously. A clean, well-maintained environment should be the bare minimum for customers.

Once a customer doesn't like what they hear they decide to criticize the employee.
