Made reservations for a Wednesday night and it was fairly busy. Love that they offer complimentary valet in the back lot. The restaurant is an open space with high ceilings great for casual dinner but also for celebrations. Loved the lamb lollipops and their fig & prosciutto pizza. Nice spot for dinner in east Milton.

I've been here several times and I always come back because of the service and giant TVs. It's a slightly upscale place with an extensive menu. My favorite dish is the crusted cod and their pastas are pretty tasty. It's a little on the pricey side but service is excellent. I also recently tried the lemon cake and it was so good. Portions are big and the tables/seats are comfy. There's limited parking but they recently added free valet.

I like the vibe, it's a nice spot. It can get really loud but it has character. The food was good ever had good flavor. I am glad I didn't know what was on the wings I would have probably asked for it on the side but they were good just as they come. The service was good, especially for a Friday night.

Great place at all times. A little loud but great food and great times. Great service, and friendly staff.

My two friends wanted to eat here and so we went up today with a reservation. I was pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant was so beautiful as I was expecting a smaller bistro. It's an interesting space, and I found that it was not too loud, even though the ceilings are high. It has an open kitchen and it's just a beautiful spot. Our meals were absolutely delicious. My friend had the chicken Saltimbocca , I had the eggplant Napolitano and our other friend had the chicken and broccoli Alfredo. Everyone absolutely loved their meals and took half home because the portions were so big. We got the focaccia bread appetizer and I did think it would've been nice for the bread to be warm and for the tomato dipping sauce to be warm, but it was cold. Our waiter was excellent. The host stand folks were very accommodating and friendly. Easy enough to get to will definitely be back.

Easter lunch at 1pm reservation. Valet parking was convenient. Lively atmosphere but not too loud. Seated quickly by friendly hostess. She sat us at a high top near the bar but was able to move us to a table for 2 when we asked. Our waitress was over quick and happy to serve us. We got our drinks right away, Hugo spritz and vesper martini were excellent. Appetizers of focaccia bread w tomato marmalade and chicken meatballs were delicious. Very tasty and tomato sauce sweet. We ordered side salads of garden and Caesar. Very good but could have used a bit more Caesar dressing. Salmon piccata w mashed and asparagus and ribeye w mashed was divine. Couldn't ask for a better meal. Excellent quality fish and meat and cooked perfectly. Lemon cake was ok, it was more of a pound cake as opposed to a layer cake. The blueberry cheesecake was delicious. Overall wonderful experience, our waitress checked in w us regularly and our dishes cleared promptly. Highly recommended! And enjoyed getting a pic w the Easter bunny!

Novara is pretty decent restaurant for the most part however they have changed the way they make their Alfredo chicken & broccoli dish and I'm not a fan... however their red sangria, crispy cauliflower, and wings were pretty good

Had a decent experience here recently. The space is inviting, high ceilings, nice touch of spring with the tulips on the tables. The service was good. Waitress was attentive and checked on us at least once. The presentation of the food was good but the flavor and quality were average. The chicken wings smelled slightly stale, which was disappointing. If you know me, you know that is my quality barometer. Menu prices were typical compared to similar restaurants. They have a free parking lot in the back.

Definitely a great restaurant! Starting from the wait staff to the food, amazing the entire way. We sat at the bar and were served very quickly. I got the lobster roll and I think hands down the best I've ever had. A very large portion of lobster and cooked to perfection. Will be coming back to try more when I get up to Boston.

My friends and I came for a girls dinner, but there were plenty of business types there, given it was a weeknight. When we went, they had a special menu with the option for an appetizer, entrée, and dessert for a set price. Of course, I had to go with that selection! The food itself was solid - no real complaints there. The space was really nice as well, very modern and open. My only real issue was the service. I'm not sure if we just had bad luck, but our waitress was fairly impatient and not especially helpful with allergies. The rest of the staff we interacted with seemed great, so hopefully that was just a one-off. Not sure I'd go out of my way to come back. If I'm going somewhere nice, I'd at least expect respectful service. Can't say I've encountered that kind of issue anywhere else in Boston lately.

Came in late afternoon on a Saturday, no reservations! The manager was kind enough to find seating for us! The environment was open and chill, the food came out fast and our waitress was great! The food was yummy and hot! My drink was soooo good! I'll definitely be visiting again.

I really love this place! The Italian food is is on the B+/A- side - especially for the area. What I really love about this place is the vibe. It's hopping several nights a week and the servers/bartenders are always great. I usually get some sort of martini and I have consistently had amazing drinks. I've brought so many friends here and they've always had a great time. Going back to the food - you can't go wrong with staples like pizza or the chicken parm, but my absolute favorite is the lobster fra diavolo. They give you so much lobster and the sauce has just the right amount of kick. I always have leftovers when I come here, but only because the portions are large. A tip: make reservations or come early - especially on a Friday. Even single bar seats are hard to find!

Where best to park for 12:30 lunch?

There is a small lot on the East side of the restaurant on a one way street. There is very little street parking, but at lunch time you can get lucky.

Wondering if NOVARA 'dresses up' the restaurant for the Christmas holidays? Looking to dine out with some friends at a fun and festively decorated restaurant on the South Shore this December. Could this be the place?

Yes! They do, it's very beautiful at night and they present an Intimate vibe with low lighting and candle accents.

How noisy is it? So many tables....

Depending on the day (weekends I'm sure are busy), it's fairly okay in terms of volume. I think they do play music in there as well.

It ended up being one of the best choices of our trip. Pros: The atmosphere is intimate in the best way, and the staff was incredibly attentive from start to finish. The price point was great, especially considering that the food was absolutely phenomenal--truly the best meal we had in Boston. The place was packed for a random Wednesday night, which says a lot. Cons: There honestly aren't many. If I had to pick one, it would be that the restaurant is definitely on the smaller side, so seating can feel a bit tight. Also, watching people attempt parallel parking outside was unintentionally hilarious--not a complaint about the restaurant, just free entertainment. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend giving Molinari's a try. They were amazing, and if (or really, when) we come back to Boston, we'll definitely be visiting again.

Pros: great size, fair price, really cool flavor combinations. Cons: not generous with the "fancier" toppings (like the meatballs on my pizza), flavorless crust, too floppy, overwhelming garlic on mine. I think we would give them another chance because I really haven't found any pizza places that impress me here and they are great price and size for sharing.

However, I don't know that it lived up to the hype that I anticipated. We got the pizza Bianca with ricotta with hot honey, which was basically just like plain toasted focaccia and ricotta (wasn't anything to write home about). The taleggio was 100% our least favorite and we didn't even finish half. We had asked the waiter to describe taste profile, which they said was a "little funky" and had asked for clarification if it was closer to blue cheese. Once it arrived, it was like a verrrrrry strong/stinky Brie on the inside. The balsamic didn't really contribute to the taste at all. Sad that we didn't like this/kinda made me feel yucky after eating. The cavatelli was very good- nice light creamy sauce with the sausage and bitter broccolini. Very well balanced. Forgot to take a pic of the tiramisu but it was good, too! It's kinda salty (they add sea salt to the top). Drink menu was limited. Had two different glasses of red wine but wish they had something more full bodied on the menu!
