I had another fantastic dinner experience here! My girlfriends and I picked this place for our annual Christmas dinner this year... To start, one of my friends and I shared the tuna tartare while the rest of the group had salads. The tuna by itself was great but the fried wontons that were served with it, took it to another level!! I could eat that combo everyday, that's how good it was! For my entree, I ordered the filet mignon. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and had a nice juicy flavor. Our shared sides were also fantastic; mac & cheese, asparagus and mashed potatoes. The creamy and dreamy mac & cheese was my favorite! I would definitely recommend checking this place out for a fancy dinner :)

Decent but average experience all around. A first glance at the menu might confuse you -- how do sushi and Mediterranean flavors mix. Perhaps they do, but we didn't try the sushi this night. I take it as more of an indication of a place that is trying to please everyone. The variety of attentive servers certainly did. Unfortunately for us, though that also meant, dishes were cooked well but under seasoned. Is there anything wrong with being average? Some say the key is being average at most things, as long as you find the thing you excel at. Here the standout was the chocolate cake for two -- many layers of rich chocolate, still moist but not too dense. Wonderful flavor. All of these words for someone who is not even a dessert guy at heart. Would I like to see more traditional Albanian dishes? Of course. In the meantime, I know where to end the evening (or start the evening if I am venturing for a "backwards dinner.")

Great food, great service, great vibe. Want to try their other cocktails next time. Bf got the braised short rib gnocchi which was excellent.

I think the service and food presentation could be improved a bit to truly match the standard of a high-end restaurant.

Been here a few times. The ambiance is warm and inviting. Fairly loud though. The service is good, no real complaints. The food is a bit hit or miss. The gnocchi was too salty this time. The grilled octopus had a fishy smell. Prices are steep for most entrees. $37 for a Caesar salad with strips of steak. $42 for the lamb. For those prices, the quality should be consistently good. Street parking can be a challenge depending on when. They have valet for $8. There's also a garage nearby that's very affordable.

We came for a girls night on a Friday and we were seated right away in the dining room. We ordered the local oysters, braised short rib gnocchi, macaroni and cheese (side) and crispy brussel sprouts (side). I also got the Winter in Italy. Oysters came in 6 and they were fresh. The short rib gnocchi was very good, rich, filling and I would recommend it. The brussel sprouts were delicious and definitely crispy which I liked. The macaroni and cheese was good but it didn't stand out. Drinks were also good. My friend got the espresso martini and it was great. Service was good but our waiter wasn't very personable and cold. The dining room is quite formal. They offer $8 valet parking and there is a nearby garage that is $1/hr ($12 max). They have a dining room, lounge and rooftop patio (not covered).

I came here with my family for my aunt's birthday. For appetizers, we tried the meatballs, calamari, and clam chowder. My cousins loved the calamari and I loved the meatballs - very filling with a great, rich sauce. I didn't love the bread they provided with the dish but I used the starter bread basket to soak up more delicious sauce. My aunts felt as if the chowder was missing something - maybe pepper /spice? I tried the short rib gnocchi with a side of asparagus. It was very rich and filling! I ended up taking home most of the dish home as leftovers. One of my cousins had the lobster ravioli - she say it tastes very good but the portion size was small. My other cousin has a steak and the seafood pasta - he enjoyed both! My nephew ate the entire swordfish with risotto and left no crumbs behind! Our sever was very kind but when we needed her, it felt as if she was no where to be found. Maybe the other side of the restaurant was busy. Street parking is very difficult to find but there's a nearby relatively cheap parking garage - $1 per hour. I don't come out to Quincy often but I'd be willing to come back to Alba for a special occasion!

The food was amazing but the drinks are little too strong for me . The atmosphere and staff were very nice. I would definitely come back here again.

We had a reservation and were seated right away on a nice large table for the five of us. Nice brick interior, a bit dark for my taste but I am old and couldn't see the menu too well, needed a cell light but super friendly server which always is a plus. Chose the Philly Cheese Steak and got the arugula salad which was fairly large for a side. Sandwich was also good-sized and I only could eat half but the other half made for a nice lunch the next day. Others were happy with their meals, I honestly forget what everyone ordered. The draft beers and other drinks came quickly and waitress was good about keeping our glasses full. Very responsive. Was sort of loud place is my only complaint. Plenty of parking behind the restaurant or on-street.

Bay Pointe removes both claws from the lobster which I appreciate and puts the whole claw meat under the stuffing mix. On this particular day only 1 claw was found. When I inquired about the missing claw I was told it was cut up in the stuffing mix. First of all, I have been to this restaurant many times ordering this same dish. So, tell me why 1 claw meat would be cut up and not the other one. Once the explanation was given it was utterly bull. I've never had the claw meat cut up and mixed in with the stuffing and as far as I'm concerned it should never be an option to do that. If so, I probably would not order this dish anymore. I want to see my claws in it's entirety and not cut up. Bottom line lobsters have 2 claws not 1. Both should have been in the dish and basically it wasn't. This will not deter me from coming to this establishment, but please think about your response before providing an answer that doesn't make any sense. After putting our names on the waitlist for an outdoor table, we hoped to wait near the outdoor bar in case seats opened up. We were told by the veteran short brown-haired bartender to move elsewhere, which we did. Later, when I returned to close our tab, I noticed several other guests standing in the exact same area where we had been told we could not wait. What bothered us most was not the wait, but the inconsistent treatment and dismissive attitude we encountered. When I mentioned the situation to the hostess as we were leaving, she immediately seemed to know which bartender I was referring to and apologized for our experience. We understand busy restaurants have policies to manage crowds, but after years of enjoying Bay Point, this interaction left us feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, we do not plan to return.

The drinks menu has so much variety for margs, espresso martinis, sangrias and more. I got a tavern burger and it did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly medium and the toppings were just enough, not too over the top. Good flavor and juicyyy too. The only thing that personally wasn't up my alley was the garlic parm fries, I should had stuck with plain ol fries. They were cooked well and were seasoned well but something made them a little on the greasy side. The aioli or truffle sauce was super bland and tasted like mayo (maybe it was mayo). I'd still keep my review at five stars though and this may just be a preference thing! Our server was great too and service was very friendly, prompt, with good conversation. The outdoor area is inviting, and inside there's a great mix of low-top tables, high-tops, bar seating, and cozy spots to settle into. The space also has a bit of a bakery/café vibe, making it feel like a place where you could stop in for a quick grab-and-go item or stay awhile for a full meal. The staff made a great impression too. The people at the front were incredibly helpful to my guest, who was having some trouble with their phone. I also ordered one of the specialty drinks but asked for it without alcohol. The bartender absolutely nailed it--it was so good that my only complaint was that it didn't come in a bigger glass. For food, I had the grass-fed burger and fries (see photo), and it exceeded my expectations. The burger was so juicy and flavorful that I ended up cutting it into pieces just to make it manageable. Every bite was delicious. What I appreciate most is that I left feeling like I hadn't even experienced everything the restaurant has to offer. I already want to go back, choose a different seat, and enjoy a completely different perspective of the space. Honestly, it feels like the perfect place to spend a rainy afternoon. The Fours was good once, but not this time. We went on a Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar. It was not crowded at all which we liked. Our bartender Brian did not seem to be happy at all when he greeted us, but that was ok. Sometimes even servers have bad days and we just let it go. After ordering drinks we shared their Buffalo Fingers appetizer. I always loved this appetizer. It was still good but felt the chicken was a bit on the chewy side. Then, for entrees, I always get their Chopped Salad with Salmon on it. Their Chopped salad always tastes so good and with a big portion I usually bring the rest home. First off, the Salmon was overcooked and dry and I was so upset since I was craving a good piece of Salmon. The salad was still decent. My husband had their Hot Pastrami sandwich and this was excellent. His order always comes out perfect LOL! The good thing is when I told Brian about my fish he felt bad and compted the whole salad which was very nice of him. I will say I do like sitting on their patio when the warmer weather is here with a glass of wine, an app and people watch. Not sure if the food has gone down but I will say this place usually had better food and service than our last experience! Cheers~
