This is less of a UPS store and more of a bombed out totally dilapidated room that resembles more of a mail hoarders basement. And it's been like this for two years with 0 Improvement . Prime case in point these owners can't even maintain consistency on the address of the actual store as they moved and still don't even know how to update their business address on yelp and google. The new location is also possibly the worst possible location in all of New York in terms of traffic. It only makes sense unless you live literally around the corner from it. Otherwise you should go literally anywhere else. Be prepared to get in stuck in the thickest Holland tunnel traffic as well as you attempt to make your way there at a snails pace crawl. Probably the worst choice to put a store in this specific place a block away from the tunnel. In conclusion this filthy poorly run/managed embarrassment of a UPS store isn't worthy of even storing your trash inside. Much less your mail with your personal information.
