This is less of a UPS store and more of a bombed out totally dilapidated room that resembles more of a mail hoarders basement. And it's been like this for two years with 0 Improvement . If you want your mail and packages strewn about and misplaced in a disgusting and dirty third world approach to business with rude and miserable employees then this is definitely the place for you. Prime case in point these owners can't even maintain consistency on the address of the actual store as they moved and still don't even know how to update their business address on yelp and google. The new location is also possibly the worst possible location in all of New York in terms of traffic. It only makes sense unless you live literally around the corner from it. Otherwise you should go literally anywhere else. Be prepared to get in stuck in the thickest Holland tunnel traffic as well as you attempt to make your way there at a snails pace crawl. Probably the worst choice to put a store in this specific place a block away from the tunnel. In conclusion this filthy poorly run/managed embarrassment of a UPS store isn't worthy of even storing your trash inside. Much less your mail with your personal information. Be warned this is the bottom of the barrel here. Be forewarned the moment you walk inside you all ask yourself if this is a legitimate business in any capacity.

I've been visiting this store for over 3 years, and usually do Amazon returns. The staff here has always been friendly, knowledgeable and quick!!! I've only ever seen them be very helpful to ppl having an issue and I've never witnessed a rude exchange between staff and customers. I realize that ppl only tend to write a review when something goes wrong (which I gather is the reason for their low rating), so I wanted to share my experiences. I'd also like to give fellow customers a piece of advice, if you leave your home bitter and sour, don't expect ppl to welcome you with flowers. I treat ppl the way I want to be treated, and everyone deserves respect regardless of where they work, and it isn't fair to judge others for actions they cannot control. I went to pick up a print order which was ready for me upon arrival, and was very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of this location. Plus, their pricing is very competitive compared to other print services. Highly recommend!
