I initiated the job at another location on the West Coast, it was sent to this location for print. I should say as an aside this was for a Celebration of Life for two very beloved people in my family who passed very suddenly, so the need to have these photos to fill the gallery where we were holding the event was central to everything we were doing. Marta, the manager, from beginning to end was kind, caring, detail oriented and took such good care of me and my project. Literally in that order! When we discovered that the West Coast location had accidentally left out nine photos, Marta and her team got right on it, getting them all printed up same day. Some of these photos were huge, some of them were tiny, and there was every size in between. There ended up being three large boxes, and my plan was to wait the several hours for them and bring them back to the hotel where I was staying for the event by Uber. Marta could tell that I was definitely going through some feels and offered to drive them to me herself so that I wouldn't have to wait. I don't even have the words. As I said to her, kindness is in such short supply these days, I was so touched. You can trust this location with any kind of job and I have no doubt they will do it to perfection.
