They were nice, but told me it would only take an hour to fix my iPhone 4, and ended up taking 4 Hours. What really was the problem is that after they did the Glass repair, every time I would touch the screen the LCD would blotch up white, like the glass was really thin! So I took it to another shop and they said Nova used aftermarket parts and that is why the quality was very poor. Not surprisingly after the other shop repaired it, the white blotchyness stopped! I had a broken power button on a 2 y/o smartphone. After doing some searching online, I found NovaFix's website and shot them an email at around 11 pm during the weekday. They responded within 5 minutes and gave me a quote. After doing comparing their quote to other nearby shops, I chose to go to NovaFix since other shops were significantly more expensive. I head to the shop the next day, hand them my phone, and they take a few hours to see what the problem is, after they determine it, I accept their offer for them to fix it. It'll take more than a day, so they let me borrow one of their smartphones, which is awesome. They also didn't accept payment at the time, saying that "what if we can't fix it?" That surprised me quite a bit, and I really appreciate that. The actual repair took about a day, and they were good with responding to me and letting me know what's up. There were two people at the front working on other tasks, but one of them immediately tended to my concern and promised my phone would be ready between 40 minutes and 1 hour. I only needed my screen replaced because it was fully functional; though, still I was told by competitors it would take hours if not days to complete. My iPhone 3G had a broken charging port, and I took it to another shop for repair. The kid who worked on it swapped out the charging port assembly but did a poor job of it because the speaker didn't work (didn't realize this until the next day). A week later the microphone and home button failed. This place totally screwed me over. I took my iPhone in because its screen was cracked. They fixed only the top layer of the screen, so though it looked fine it still had weird problems that messed up my typing, scrolling etc. The screen they put on was a piece of junk... it slowly started to develop tiny cracks, like it was disintegrating, even though I never dropped it or anything. They charged me $100 bucks which at the time I thought was a good deal but now 3 months later I'm having to get my screen replaced again.
