These guys are awesome...I am not surprised to log-in and only see 5 star reviews. Given their speedy service and low prices, I won't take a broken phone anywhere else! I actually brought them two phones...they provided estimates and a time frame beforehand, usually they do the work while you wait, but one was pretty bad. One of the phones ended up being beyond repair, and guess what? NO CHARGE for the time and materials they spent trying to fix it. Since that one was beyond repair, I asked them to fix a completely destroyed iphone, cracked screen, no working buttons (on/off, audio jack, etc.) For $80 and an hour later, I have a perfectly working iphone with a beautiful new screen that works better than it did before I broke it! I called numerous places before i found these guys and they were by far the least expensive and provided the quickest turn around. Had issues with a few dead pixels on the screen, the home button was sticky and the face proximity sensor was wonky all the next day. I also needed to get my iphone 4 factory unlocked because i have T mobile. I found Nova Fix on Craigslist an gave them a call. The man i spoke to was real polite and just told me to come in and he would take care of everything. He did an excellent fast job on fixing my phone an it only took 15 minutes for my iphone 4 to get factory unlocked! I was real impressed because other places i called before told me it would take any where from 2-5 days an those places were also charging more. He even backed everything up from my iphone 3GS to my iphone 4 free of charge! Overall i was real satisfied with the experience i had there. I strongly recommend this place. I dropped my IPad 2 and shattered the screen on a Sunday afternoon. Being very upset because I was just visiting and would be leaving the following Wednesday to my next destination I thought I was out of luck to get it fixed. But my sister did her thing and yelped a couple places and found Nova fix. So, as soon as they opened on Monday I called and was able to drop it off right away. I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen :-/ instead of paying the $199 insurance deductible I brought it to them to have the screen replaced. I was in and out within a half hour and my phone was like new. I did have to go back because the vibrate function wasn't working afterwards but Mark fixed it in less than 5 min and apologized for the second trip. It was $100 with the Yelp coupon. Nova Fix deserves a five star rating for the best service and prices in phone repair. I have an older model smartphone that had a broken internal part. Since it was an old model and a complicated repair procedure, everywhere else I called wanted to charge more to repair it than the phone was even worth. Nova Fix quoted a way better price, kept in contact with me while the replacement part was shipped, and fixed it to perfect condition. I saved even more by using a Yelp promotion they had online.
