Dropped my iPhone 5 straight down on the cold Chicago concrete and shattered the glass and the LCD. I called and got an estimated time (20 mins) with no appointment. They also fixed the aux jack for no extra charge. Was $100 even for all that with the Yelp coupon. It even came with a 90 day warranty on anything on the phone. Cracked LG G2 screen...checked yelp, NovaFix had amazing reviews. Went in, phone fixed, although a couple days later I noticed the screen was loose and I could see light from under the case. Then few days later case started flickering and died (this was on a saturday and I work past their closing time so I had to get it fixed) Went to the store 10 min before they close, initially they said I would have to come back, after explaining my predicament one of the associates sat down, and worked past closing to fix it. NovaFix was able to fix my cracked Windows 8X phone. Albeit, I had to return a couple times and there is light that shines through the sides where the new "screen" sits that are only visible in the dark. At the very least, I was offered a better price for the inconvenience. read more
