However, not even a minute later, the tech stated he "had an appointment" & left me to soak while he moved to another customer. Then new ownership came. The good techs left after being treated poorly & I cancelled my membership. Fast forward to a year later, they started billing me again. $50 a month for 3 months when I finally noticed. When I called and emailed they said they would resolve and refund. This never happened. After several weeks I got $50 back, and finally emailed them that I was going to have my mom go in and use the remaining $100 just to not have to deal with this any longer. They let her use $50. And said that's all there was. So they're still hanging on to $50 with no sign of a resolution. Not to mention, my mom said the atmosphere was completely unprofessional- with some techs just doing each other's nails and not servicing their customers.
