I just received a lovely cake delivery. It is a birthday tower. It is not my birthday. One of my neighbors I think. So, I call door dash. Wait 25 minutes and I am told to keep them, eat them or throw them away. "But it is someone's birthday", I say. If you give me the name, it has to be a neighbor, I will take care of the wrongful delivery. "No, just throw them out if you don't want them." I think bummer and call the cake company Even worse there. Nothing, Bundt cake says same thing. Eat them or throw them out. Whoever is supposed to get them will complain and we will send another. "But it's a thoughtful birthday gift", the person receiving them may not know to miss them. The person sending them may wonder why the birthday person didn't say thank you for the kind gift That's the way it works throw them out if you don't want them I ask when they will be redelivered and am told whenever someone complains or they can get their money back we don't care. I said I wanted to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. I expressed my regret at his lack of sensitivity regarding a birthday gift and he said this is the way it works and hung up. In the end I did find a neighbor with a birthday. It may seem like a big deal over not much but with so much unhappiness, fear and general sense of a lack of well being, someone going out of their way for a friend should not be dumped in the "trash" At least that is my opinion and I would think twice before ordering a birthday tower. read more

Love the mini bundts! Perfect size for trying out all the different flavors they offer. Per the store associates recommendation I went with the carrot cake and snickerdoodle flavors this time. I do love the raspberry white chocolate, but wanted to try something new. I'm not a huge carrot cake person, but it turned out to be the favorite of the two! They are super moist and very flavorful. I had a email from Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up my free birthday bundlet, so I went ahead and stopped by the shop to pick it up. The shop is very eye catching as soon as you walk in, and the beautiful ambiance draws you in to walk around and shop around the shop. It is a very cute boutique like store with all kinds of flavors of Bundt cakes displayed in the display case up front, along with speciality items for sale like napkins, hand towels, etc. I went to the front counter and showed the sales associate my email and she told me to pick any flavor of baby buntlet. I decided to go with the white chocolate raspberry. I decided to go ahead and get another baby buntlet for later on, and picked the gluten free lemon raspberry. The sales associate was very helpful and professional, and took very good care of me. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The gluten free lemon raspberry was wonderful and delicious. I ended up giving the white chocolate raspberry away to a friend, but she said it was delicious and loved it. This was my second time visiting a Nothing Bundt Cakes store, and I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience. The buntlets are delicious and any flavor you can imagine, they will have it available at Nothing Bundt Cakes. They make perfect gifts and are great for birthdays or special occasions. I've ordered from numerous Nothing Bundt Cakes for years, but this is my go to location since it's near work. I normally order online and stop in and pick up my cakes and bundtlets. I've never had an issue with my order and service has always been quick and friendly. The store is always very clean and inviting and I love that they also offer cute gifts, cards and even candles for your Bundt's if you need them. I need of a bit of sweet? Nothing Bunt Cakes is the place. My husband is one of those people that is always hungry and he loves chocolate. Today's stop we left with a Snickerdoodle , a Vanilla and two Chocolate Bunt Cakes. Guess who the two chocolate were for. Snickerdoodle was very much like the cookie. The cake was coated in cinnamon and sugar before it was decorated with cream cheese icing. I like that their icing isn't heavy handed with the cream cheese. I'm not really a dessert person but man o man these little small heavenly cakes were everything! Haha. My friend purchased a huge box for her baby sprinkle and I was able to "sample" two of them. I tried the lemon and snickerdoodle.... y'all, get the LEMON! It was so soft, moist (I hate that word), and delicious. The only thing that I would say is that it might be a little too sweet so I didn't eat a whole one by my self but when I say if you're a dessert person .. this would be the place you would want to go!! I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I have tried several flavors of the bundtlets. I stopped in today as I had received a buy 1 get 1 bundlet email coupon and I was in the Keystone shopping area. I chose Red Velvet Cake (delicious and my favorite?) and Strawberries & Cream (also possibly my favorite?). The bundlets are definitely big enough to last two servings, however I usually eat the entire bundtlet in one serving. They are so good it's hard to stop. They are in a pretty convenient location across from Keystone at the Crossing. However there is generally quite a bit of traffic, and parking is limited in front and hard to pull out at times. read more

I popped in last minute to get some bundles and a medium lemon cake. I've tried the few places that offer lemon cake and NBC tops them all. I tried making the order online for same day and was unable to so I stopped in when they opened and they were happy to accommodate the order. It was ready in like 10 minutes. Their recipe is probably one of the best I've ever tasted. Their cakes are delicious, moist and you can get them in several different flavors. The ones I know of are: Lemon Raspberry (I think it's raspberry champagne or raspberry cheesecake) Chocolate and Red velvet (my personal fav). You really can't go wrong with any of them. Even though I don't eat chocolate cake-their chocolate wasn't terrible. And I absolutely loves that their frosting is whipped. Oooo so good! They have coordinated frosting to match the cakes. Not sure if you can change that up. Might be available for special order. There are a variety of sizes also. They actually have full sized Bundt cakes, (8"-10"), bundtlets and bundtinis (only by the dozen). From what I can see, you just grab most and go. Really impressed with my first experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes! My mom requested a Nothing Bundt Cake for her birthday and it was easy to order online and customize it. The 8" cake easily served four people, with half the cake leftover. I chose the Marble cake flavor and it was a hit all around! Like others have mentioned, Nothing Bundt Cakes aren't too sweet, but you get your cake + icing fix. I liked that they offer special add-ons like birthday balloons. I was able to customize a balloon bunch and select the colors. They do not have curbside pick-up that I could see - and the parking is tight - but the store felt safe and clean. All employees wore masks and the store looked spotless. If you're looking for something smaller, they make single serve "Bundtinis" in cupcake size. Really reasonable prices, too! An 8" cake and birthday balloons cost about $30. read more

I picked up a box of a dozen bunt-tinis to take to a party. It was $22 for box of a dozen in four assorted flavors (white chocolate raspberry, chocolate, red velvet, peanut butter chocolate). The cakes were super moist and fresh. Personally I sampled the peanut butter chocolate and it was delicious. It had a very mild peanut butter flavor without being over powering of the cake. The icing is sweet and delicious, but there is a tasteful amount so you don't find yourself leaving a glob of icing on your plate. My only complaint was that parking was kind of a mess! The strip mall was extremely busy and it was hard to find a spot. Also, this is not a place to meet friends for cake, rather it is only for takeout, but with that being said, if you are in need of a great dessert to take to a party or into your office, this is a perfect option! read more
