Not even 1 chocolate chip cookie. No part of my order was ready, including the Mothers Day box they advertised. How can you accept pre-orders with pickup times and have nothing two hours after the scheduled pickup time?! Or, if such a mess, contact people to let them know. You expect your cakes to be ready for your celebration, so it's disappointing that you can no longer count on Taylor's.
