It appeared that these may have been freshly made, so giving them an hour or two for the filling to firm up probably would have fixed that very minor issue. Although I didn't think the vanille, chocolat and citron macarons were as close to those same flavors of macarons I sampled in France, they were all good and after sampling them, I wished I had placed an order for all of the flavors they had. It appeared that Union Baking Co. is more of a catering/custom order company, but they were happy to fill my tiny 4-pack order.
