The initial assigned person promised how their bait and strategy is advanced and even have a entire village built to test the poison bait, DO NOT TRUST any of that. I paid $100/month not including several hundreds of dollars in the initial service, all they did is come and replace bait station, when asked to do more to put it under control, the only thing they did is to put snap trap inside the station, nothing more after that. they killed probably 6(visible ones) or so rodents through half year of service, i did that myself within a week with snap trap and poison. Then winter came, the rodent activity got worse, got like 8 rat holes and a collapsed stone tiles. And i told them i saw a rat peaking outside the hole the other day, and the onsite dude told me it could be anything, and if i don't take a picture of it, they wouldn't trust what i said. i mean i subscribed them for the exact service and there are holes all over a corner of my fence, do i look like i subscribed and paid $100/month for fun? Most of all, this is no way to talk to a customer, it takes years to build a trust, and only 1 second to destroy. I was willing to give them 1-2 month to give them one more try, but the dude just told me i should cancel it which i did. and the dude ended up taking away all my bait stations, including ones i owned myself, i thought i paid hundred of dollars in the initial service to get those bait station and baits and $100 per month for those. This is a company that you pay money to them for a service, and they spend more time telling you what you need to do than do it them.

Kevin, the owner, was in Chelan at the time but sent his son to take care of the nest. His son showed up, sprayed the nest and that was that. The price was fair and they were very quick to respond. The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

I appreciated that cause my dog goes and does his business outside and I don't want him to get stung. Jereme from Bulwark came and and was friendly and understood the task of getting this huge (basketball size nest) out of the tree. It was toward the top of the tree and he got to down, sprayed the area of the tree and also the bees that fell down. He picked up the nest and took it away. I had a few large European wasp nests inside of my outdoor grill. They were really swarming around…read moremy back door today which made me worried since 1. I'm allergic and 2. I have friends flying in next week. Kim and Ed both came out this afternoon (thanks to a rescheduled appointment) and were able to kill and remove the nests.
