It's especially enraging when a sales person completely disregards your clearly posted signage and disrupts your day. Even more enraging when they get their feelings hurt because you let them know how utterly disrespectful their behavior is. What value is there in hiring anyone who cannot read or follow directions? Brandon came 7/12 and sealed off the holes and placed traps in the crawl space and outside the house. He said they would send someone to follow up in 6-10 days and then again another 6-10 days after that. About 4 days later we smelled nasty stuff coming from the crawl space and figured someone had been caught and they would find it with the follow up check. On 7/25 nobody had come for a follow up and I'd heard nothing so I called to see who could come check the traps before we left town on 7/29. Jordan came on 7/28 but arrived just as I had to leave for an appt so he was only able to check the outdoor traps. Today it's 8/5 and there's still a nasty smell coming from the crawl space. I called again today to see if someone could come for the 2nd follow up (that is already paid for). I was told that we had already had our two follow ups and our contract was expiring and they would come to collect their equipment next month. The lady I spoke to (can't remember her name) told me that someone had come on 7/22 but nobody was home and my phone was disconnected and then the 7/28 appt they counted as our 2nd follow up. She told me that they had called me and scheduled both of those follow ups and I had approved them. I told her I most certainly did not schedule those and that my phone is obviously not disconnected. She was snarky but agreed to send someone back out next Monday 8/8 so I will be home waiting to see if someone actually comes to check inside the crawlspace. Overall communication has been horrible and customer service less than optimal. I DO NOT Recommend them.

I wish i can put 0* here. I have rodent issue in my backyard and i found out this company on google…read morereview, wish i would have checked yelp before hand. The initial assigned person promised how their bait and strategy is advanced and even have a entire village built to test the poison bait, DO NOT TRUST any of that. I paid $100/month not including several hundreds of dollars in the initial service, all they did is come and replace bait station, when asked to do more to put it under control, the only thing they did is to put snap trap inside the station, nothing more after that. they killed probably 6(visible ones) or so rodents through half year of service, i did that myself within a week with snap trap and poison. Then winter came, the rodent activity got worse, got like 8 rat holes and a collapsed stone tiles. And i told them i saw a rat peaking outside the hole the other day, and the onsite dude told me it could be anything, and if i don't take a picture of it, they wouldn't trust what i said. i mean i subscribed them for the exact service and there are holes all over a corner of my fence, do i look like i subscribed and paid $100/month for fun? Most of all, this is no way to talk to a customer, it takes years to build a trust, and only 1 second to destroy. I was willing to give them 1-2 month to give them one more try, but the dude just told me i should cancel it which i did. and the dude ended up taking away all my bait stations, including ones i owned myself, i thought i paid hundred of dollars in the initial service to get those bait station and baits and $100 per month for those. This is a company that you pay money to them for a service, and they spend more time telling you what you need to do than do it them.

Very poor company not in operation anymore, it now is Fikes. I booked services through Sound Pest…read more Spoke to the GM through yelp who described the service. Charged me $300+ for Flea control. The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.
