Prices are right in the same ball park as other facilities. The units are clean, and the staff and new ownership are very friendly and customer service oriented. Staff was prompt to respond when I reached out. Everyone nicely has outside access, so no long hallways and elevators to deal with. You're able to drive your car right up to your storage door. It's overall been a great and easy experience renting here.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

I called 10 days in advance to reserve a unit. The girl who answered the phone didn't seem too…read moreknowledgeable. She supposedly took my info and claimed there would be a $10 reservation fee that would apply to my first months rent. When I arrived to move in to the unit, there was no record of my reservation and they gave away my requested unit and gave me a horrible unit that had a small door and was in a corner which made it difficult for me to move my large objects. It took almost 45 minutes for the girl to open my account and she kept having to call the manger at home with questions. Then she didn't enter my credit card appropriately and it kept declining and she called the manager again and put her on the phone with me and she talked down to me like I was some low-life and told me that she would allow me to move my belongings into the unit but I needed to bring her cash within 24 hours. I called my bank to find out what the problem was with the credit card and it turned out the clueless girl was not entering the security code for proper authorization. Once she did the card went through. What a joke. By then it was begging to get dark and we had wasted too much time. The next week I stopped in to talk with the manager about my disappointment with the check-in process, and she lied right to my face about the whole thing. Not just once but twice. When I expressed my concern that I had asked for a heated unit, which it clearly states on the website that they have heated units, she said we don't have heated units, but they are kept out of the elements so they are climate controlled. What a joke. She said she couldn't make any monetary adjustments to my account but could give me a 20% discount on a rental truck in the future. Again, what a joke. I could get a coupon for 20%off a Budget truck rental online. I would highly recommend you store your belongings somewhere else. The management at Pacific Storage is awful. I could go on with other problems, but I think this gives you enough of an idea of the poor customer service you should expect.

We have been with this company for 5 yrs plus.... ALWAYS PAID ON TIME!…read more We go to our unit regularly getting stuff out for the business we ran. In the past 3 weeks that we have gone here we started realizing it smelled like mold and mildew. When we confronted Mark "The manager" he told us that somebody had died with wine in their unit and when the kids cleaned the unit out they broke a bottle of wine, but he had somebody come out to "inspect the air filters and everything was fine." We have had NUMEROUS items that we have brought home .... MANY OF THEM BEING FROM YEARS N YEARS PAST GENERATIONS that are growing mold on them.... including pictures of the mild and mildew we took. When I contacted Mark I was told it could be from water damage since we are at a corner unit when water damage can happen, and "He wanted us to move, to check out possible structural damage... and he could comp us two free months in the new unit that is above ground there. When I said we were moving things out and could he refund 2 or months of what we have paid or more considering that allot of our stuff is irreplaceable.... he said No.... not an option! After going there today and showing Mark there is white mold spores on the ceiling and showing more stuff in boxes of the mold growing..... and being upset that I felt he was blowing us off... not his problem as stated in the lease .... he called back 2 HOURS LATER to tell me I'm not allowed on the property anymore because I am not on the lease. Hmmmmmmmm.... wonder why he would be so obstinate about it after over 5 years of ALWAYS PAYING ON TIME N NEVER CAUSING A PROBLEM TILL MY STUFF IS RUINED!! DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS PLACE! I WILL CONTINUE TO BLOW UP MEDIA FOR AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS!! YOU MAKE ME SICK!
