We purchased a new couch and needed help bringing it to our home. Suseyi was able to fit us in within two days despite being super busy. Once scheduled, their team was punctual down to the minute, and delivered our big couch through some narrow walkways with ease. I'd recommend Suseyi for furniture moves in the future. Their rates are also reasonable for the quick turnaround they provide. Thanks again! read more

This place is great. They take great care of your belongings and really stand behind their reputation. A small issue came up and the owner, Ibrahim came out and made sure everything was perfect. Would totally go with this company for any move. read more

Excellent job moving high end furniture! Great service and care. Great communication and attention to detail. The best! Thank you so much! read more

Requested a last minute pack and move. The crew did a wonderful job. Looking forward to my next move with them. Great value.

Our experience with Suseyi was exceptional, excellent pre moving communication was greatly appreciated. This was a move back to the peninsula and the crew was right on time which is not an easy task to begin with. The packing was careful and stress free, the crew was both friendly and professional. The move into the new place went just as well. Everything was properly placed with care, and no damage occurred to both the furniture and the home! Additionally, they went above and beyond a week after the move returning upon my request to help reset a small plastic bed frame piece that had slipped out of place. I can highly recommend Suseyi. Thank you to the entire crew for a fantastic moving experience which is quite rare. read more

These guys are amazing! We had an oversized item we weren't able to get upstairs on our own, and they were able to come help us same day for a very reasonable rate. We will definitely be using them for our future moving needs! read more

I've used this moving group TWICE in the last two years. They are prompt, reliable, and fairly priced. I'd never use anyone else. read more

Just had a great experience with this company. I needed a piano moved from Bainbridge to Poulsbo in a hurry. Not only did they fit me in, but the quote was extremely reasonable. The 2 guys that handle the move were friendly, efficient, and professional. Definitely recommend this company. read more

This is the second time we have used Suseyi Pro Moving Company. They are punctual, efficient and took great care of our piano. Thank you, again! read more

We had a great experience with the team from Suseyi! We drove a truck from California to Washington and needed movers to unload it & move heavy pieces to our upstairs - including a piano. Chris, Bradley & Josh were on time and ready to go, with energy and great good humor, which was much appreciated by us weary travelers. They were careful with the furniture and the house, and also accompanied us to our storage unit to unload the rest of the boxes. I recommend them highly! read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VALUABLES!! We were driving on the express lane and two Suseyi moving vans crossed the double lines right in front of me and other cars almost causing an accident. I called the company to let them know and he just hung up on me, called again, someone else answered and he said phone disconnected then hung up on me again. Unprofessional!! read more

Fantastic group of people! Would recommend them to everyone. Worked hard to get everything to our new location in perfect condition, including ferry ride. Personable, professional and very courteous! Thank you for being so kind and treating us like family! read more

I've moved many times, including international moves, and Suseyi is one of the best companies I've ever used! Moved from Colorado and had everything in 3 large storage units while searching for a new home. I vetted a lot of companies, local and national. From my first email conversation with Sara until moving day, the entire process was seamless. She came to the storage facility for an estimate and followed up in a timely fashion for scheduling. Crew showed up right on time and it all went like clockwork. There were many heavy antiques, artwork, and family heirlooms and Ibrahim and his team took exceptional care of everything. Every single one of the crew was outstanding and knew exactly what they were doing. Crew put together furniture, helped lay down large rugs and were very patient as I decided where furniture need to go. Nothing was damaged, broken, or scratched, and Ibrahim oversaw every detail. Crew was so organized that the move took less time than estimated. This family run company delivers on every level, making the entire moving process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend. read more

I used Suseyi Pro last year for a move from Seattle to Bainbridge Island. I wasn't impressed. 1. There was hourly billing for a team of four people. (Different teams at both ends.) They charged for everything, apparently including their lunch breaks. 2. The manager who coordinated the move debated between using a 20' box truck and a 24' box truck. I showed him everything we were moving and told him to use whichever was best. He selected the smaller truck. On the day of the move, one of the movers said that the 20' truck was too small and that fitting everything inside was like a game of Tetris. That slowed the moved and increased our costs. 3. The main person who carried the unloaded furniture up the stairs was a scrawny kid who was perhaps 140 pounds soaking wet. He seemed to be in training. He was totally unsuited for the job and ended up damaging some items. As a result, we ended up paying more than the estimate, even though there we didn't move as much. (We ditched some large items after the estimate but before the move.) We were presented with a "take it or leave it" bill in the late evening, while the truck was still being unloaded. I wanted to complain but didn't because they still had our belongings. I wasn't happy. read more

This is our first time using Suseyi Pro Moving Company and we highly recommend them. They had to move an upright piano down a treacherous driveway and across a level but dirt covered area (wood planks were needed). No challenge proved too difficult. We were also surprised at how quick we got the move scheduled. Thank you Ibraham and Dunbar!! Awesome job and service. read more

This is the second time Ibrahim and his team have moved me and they just went way above and beyond. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them. Ibrahim genuinely cares about his clients and he and his staff are so committed to ensuring you have a smooth, enjoyable move. They're really careful with your things, fast, thoughtful, and just all around a great team. I will continue to use them (for both large and small jobs) and recommend them to everyone I know who's moving. Lastly, it's FANTASTIC getting to support a local business. read more

We were able to take possession of our new house sooner than anticipated, and Suseyi Pro Moving Company was available on very short notice. Other companies weren't as responsive. The 4-person crew did a full pack & move and was very careful with our belongings. Out of 4 different moves with different companies over the years, Suseyi were the only ones who didn't damage something. They were very personable as well. Definitely would call them first in the future, but hopefully that won't be soon! read more

They are great, my gf was in a bind moving and I was out of town. They came out same day, worked amazingly hard and gave us a good deal. Thanks so much for helping today! read more

These guys were great. Showed up when they said they would, were respectful, professional and COVID compliant. They needed one more guy for my piano than first thought. So they called another guy and then deducted the time it took of him to get her from my bill. Very fair and honest people. I would highly recommend. I felt really taken care of. Thank you!! read more

I had most of my stuff packed & just left big un assembling to do for them with packing of less than 2 rooms which still left me with about 1100 in labor. I don't know how. Also they charge extra to move things where they're not packed lol. I don't recommend them. read more

The good: very flexible with scheduling. The staff is very nice. The bad: they have hourly-based billing so there is really no limit on what they could charge you. In our case the bill was nearly 50% higher than the "estimate." Overall we won't use them again. read more

If you are looking for a very professional, friendly, pro-active, attentive and 'no crazy' moving team, look no further than Suseyi Pro Moving Company. A great team of people showed up at our home on Bainbridge Island early on Friday morning and within hours, the truck was packed and ready to go. They made their way to our new home and within several hours, everything was in place. All of our belongings arrived perfectly and we could not be happier with the service and ease of this entire experience. What I really appreciate is the 'can do and will do' attitude of this company. When I made a request (move this or help with that), they totally stepped up. Thank you, Suseyi Pro Moving Company, for making our move GREAT! read more

We've worked with Suseyi Pro on more than once occasion. The first time they moved us from our rental in Poulsbo into our home on Bainbridge with very short notice, and the day after Christmas. The movers were courteous and hard working. All of our items arrived in one piece and our home was left in pristine condition, including our newly refinished hardwood floors. Yesterday I hired them for a second time, they moved a new treadmill I ordered on Amazon from our garage into a room on the second floor of our house. The two men who showed up were polite and worked fast, they even took away the old treadmill to the dump. On both occasions we found their pricing to be quite reasonable in comparison to larger companies in the area. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again! read more

We had a series of issues and mistakes throughout the day, which started with not having the right size truck (in spite of our providing a detailed list in advance of what would need to be moved). The owner said he would take care of it and not charge us extra for bringing a second truck to pick up the few remaining items. Yet when it came time for the bill to be made out, he not only charged us extra, he even wanted to charge us for the transit time of the second truck getting lost (due to his giving the wrong address to the driver). Overall a very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend them. read more

We used Suseyi Pro Movers to move our piano and some heavy furniture last spring. They were very professional, arrived on time and got the job done fast. They were careful with our stuff and even offered to move a couple additional pieces for free (including a treadmill!) since there was room on the truck. We were very impressed and would definitely use them again. read more

Does not conduct interviews or background checks. Does not treat workers with respect. Will hire anyone to just get a job done.

The entire team was professional, courteous, and very conscientious. Prompt and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Suseyi Pro Moving again, and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, local mover. Great job! read more

Ibrahim and his helpers saved me on my recent move from Bainbridge Island across country. I thought it would be an adventure and cheaper to rent a big 26 foot U-Haul truck and trailer to move my goods across country than hire a moving company (it was on both counts but definitely not for everyone!). Literally everything I did on this move I underestimated.. from the number of boxes to how much space I'd need in a trailer to how long it would take to get there (please note: an overloaded truck will not do highway speed over Montana mountain passes - either up or down especially in blizzard conditions!). I told the owner I'd need max 3 hours of help to load the truck and also load up at my storage unit - Ha! Two days later I WAS on the road and made it in time for my house closing. Those two days I worked with the team to load and were it not for Suseyi Pro's skills at creating a jigsaw puzzle in my truck to get everything in I would have been forced to jettison stuff. More importantly NOT ONE THING was damaged 3,000 miles later. I could write a book on the trials of these few days loading but just let me say that were it not for Ibrahim and team I would have faced a mountain of downstream complications. He rolled with every challenge, stuck out long days (and nights) and juggled keeping other clients on track while making sure I got though my move. It was hard, long (and rainy of course!) and I paid more than I planned but in the end I got my move completed and have deep respect for Ibrahim's work ethic. Full recommendation here and would definitely hire again! Thank you! read more

Prompt, efficient, skilled, organized, friendly. They moved salvaged kitchen cabinets and appliances like they were new, quickly and with care. read more

Absolutely wonderful moving experience! On time, super easy going and personable, definitely would recommend and use them again! Originally, we were moving into our new home, but a glitch in closing had us moving things into storage. They helped put everything into the storage unit like a Jenga game and we're super professional! read more

Abrahim and his team completed our move from the Camp Union area to Poulsbo in record time. They packed the truck with more than we hoped to get in saving us trips we had planned to make with our car. We were out of the house in an hour and fifteen minutes. Moving things into the tight quarters of the new place took a little more time but they expertly placed everything where we wanted. It wasn't easy but they were able to heft the heaviest pieces without any damage. Can't say enough good things about how quickly and carefully they handled everything. read more

We were very pleased with Ibrahim and his crew. They were all polite, careful and hustled. The final bill was as almost exactly as estimated. Would highly recommend! read more

Won't use again. Lady worked hard while the guy did not appear to want to even be here. Broke a ceramic planter base they gave $5 off for when it's going to be at least $25-30 to replace, if not, more-did not tell me. Only when I decided to get last bit of stuff at apartment did I note the base to my planter was broken on my own & when dropped a couple of items at new place brought wrong appliance to place (wanted a big TV brought over but they brought my dishwasher) I noted they gave a bigger truck that would have served emptying my 3 bedroom apartment all at once, essentially saving me time & cash. Still moving out last bit of stuff myself-there are better companies who will charge a fair price for a fair job-I don't feel I got a fair price & the job was handled well protecting my items but as the woman worked & sweated the guy stood on the other side of a truck-for a bit too cause I'm a believer that actions speak louder than words, yes, inaction too-just be wary. read more

The day he came to move us he said his estimate was wrong and he would need more money. He increased our cost by 34 percent. I have used many moving companies over the years but this one was horrible. Ibrahim did give me a price after looking over my belongings. We agreed on it and I signed the paper. I should of stopped the whole thing when they brought my FIRST item out to the truck. It was a brand new beautiful side table to my living room chair. They did not wrap it to protect it in any way. After they got it up The steel ramp I could hear from my house a huge awful bang. And it was my Lazy Boy table (I still had the receipt in the drawer of the table) it had busted and banged all the way down the ramp. I was mad. I controlled myself and asked what he was going to do about this. He gave me an estimate of $65. I showed him the receipt that the table was close to $400 and was not even 3 weeks old! I just should of stopped there. One truck and three people. He calls in another truck and more people and does not tell me that I am being charged extra for this. He just does it and does not ask me or inform me. I thought this was included and he was trying to make up for the table he ruined. When they got to my new address it was awful. They tried to back the truck up to the steps but were not paying attention and took off part of the awning splitting the wood to the exterior and ruining the gutters. They also split the wood on the porch by not Being careful using the equipment on heavy items. Several places inside the house as they were unloading and wanting to finish fast resulted in the plaster On the drywall in several places on the walls and corners had chipped. Several chips as big as 5 inches. And I am not a fussy customer. When I got my bill at the end of the day- even though they did ALL the damage to the new house I moved Into my bill was almost TRIPLE of what we agreed upon. When I questioned him we both began to get heated. After I was unpacking I found several items "missing". I told him when he fixes the damage in the house and returns my items I will pay the bill. Guess what he never replaced or fixed any of the items I NEVER leave reviews. And if I do it's always from excellent service. This is the first bad review I have ever left for any business but it needs to get out there. Locals on Bainbridge had told me to go with another company but I thought I'd give this guy a chance. I can not even say enough how bad this company is. Yes he is a family man. I'm a family person myself. That should not be the decision for choosing him. I did find another person the same thing happened about the cost. Where he was told a lower price to sign the contract and read more
