Decided to give this spot a try based on reviews but I'm kind of torn. It sits in a residential area and parking can be a little tight depending on the day, thankfully it wasn't too busy when I went. This is definitely a grab and go kind of place, there no seating areas really or anything nearby so if you're expecting a place to chill then it might end up being in the car. Otherwise I think everything was refreshing for the price, their costa smoothie was good and their protein bowl was fine but id probably get something different next time. Overall I wasn't blown away but for what was offered it definitely got the job done. Id be open to swinging by again. read more

Finally got to try North End Juice company! at first I had no idea this is a only a store front situation. So you basically take your order to go. The customer service was pretty good and helpful. My cashier was nice to offer some suggestions. Either way, they have a pretty decent menu. A lot of the smoothies have peanut butter though. I ended up getting "the Don" smoothie . The ingredients sound egregious but I swear you don't taste the spinach or avocado. It has an acai base which dominates the overall taste. The ingredients were fresh. I really liked it a lot! So I'd definitely get it again. I also god the medicine man wellness short since I was just getting over a stomach bug. Definitely was good. I'd definitely return! read more

This is my favorite spot for a juice or smoothie, I come almost once a week. I think the prices are fair. My favorite smoothie is the don. Recently tried their east side wrap as well-- it was AMAZING, I loved the miso ginger sauce. I recommend getting north end and then walking to the VMFA for a little picnic! read more

I got the protein bowl and it came with banana, peanut butter, chocolate whey, almond milk, and a bunch of fruits. It was thick with the peanut butter, but eventually after letting it mix and melt a little bit it became easier to eat. Definitely felt very fresh!! Great for breakfast or post workout meal. I ordered the Blue Suede Shoes after a mile walk down, SO refreshing! The banana and blueberry were well blended with the peanut butter and none of the ingredients overpowered the other. Love that I don't have to worry about parking, as there is a residential neighborhood right next to it with plenty of parking. There were a variety of options on the menu that were also new and different - using ashwagandha for example and you can pick and choose what you'd like. I got the incredibowl which was delicious and there was a right amount too. Not too much. Not to sweet either, and the toppings were great! My cousin ordered the awaken drink and trust that it does wake you up I was kind of disappointed that there was no where to sit inside, it was just a little stand. It was super hot outside today too! The hubs and I ordered: The Mutt (which was the Greengo & The Shaolin mixed together - cucumber, spinach, apple, celery, lemon, and ginger with the beet, carrot, apple, orange, and ginger), and The Rookie (with pear, orange, and apple). I was pretty disappointed with the beverages, as they seemed to be water heavy/watered down. There wasn't much ice in the drink, even with a request of having it iced, so the drink itself was lukewarm and not as refreshing as we both would have wanted. The Mutt was the most unappetizing of the two, as it was cucumber- and celery-focused. The Rookie had more apple, but I would have loved to taste more pear and the orange/citrus taste to it. It was also sad that they didn't have any of the stuffed croissants left, as I would have loved to try them! It would have been great if there was a little note or an update to their menus. Staff were friendly, and there are a couple of patio tables where you can eat/drink; however, it is mostly to-go. Since moving to RVA, North End Juice Co. has been a staple of mine for a healthy, sweet, and delicious treat. I do not get it as often as I want however when I do get it, it always hits the spot. The amount of options on the menu is ridiculous and very diverse. I haven't stepped out of my comfort zone because my go to is just that good- the Ernie McCracken açaí bowl. All the flavors just play off one another and it is a delicious rollercoaster ride all the way to the bottom of the bowl. The staff are amazing and super friendly.
