Chili Chicken CHILE VERDE CHICKEN BURRITO
Gilbert R.

Love the taste of the Chili Vetde chicken burrito. It's on the Meal Deal list for $9.99, which is good for Srniors

Water with lemon wedges.

Food ok Good! I had the Cali Cod Benny and Hubby had the new Mediterranean omelette. Best part of our Breakfast was meeting our Server Ms. Wilson!! She is full of Energy and I feel in love when 1. She brought me all the creamer I needed for my coffee the first time I asked. If you're a coffee drinker with creamer you get it. Please take note that if you want to substitute your bacon for turkey they charge almost $6. Be specific on what you want. Place is clean and neat.

Food was served hot, juicy deliciously but the pasta primavera (new item) was not so great (too spicy) for me but of course it depends on the person. We love their steak. I gave 5 stars because the service was amazing. Our server named Alejandro was very welcoming and polite. The ambiance was average but its clean and bright... We definitely will come back in this branch!

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday. Greeted and seated. Ordered a porterhouse steak along with a meat loaf lunch special. Waited a good 15 mins before our food was served. Sipped on some soda and coffee prior. Our food arrived, I could not emphasize how big the steak was. Cooked accordingly to a TEE! The steak was delicious and the meatloaf was fresh! All was good. The ambiance was good. It gets very busy on the weekend. I suggest sitting at the counter for self serve, for faster service. Overall, I would recommend this place. Also used my Valentines day discount. Buy a full size meal, get another free. It worked out well. No complaints.

This was my first time at a norms and it was just fine! The servers and the hostess were super nice and friendly and everyone seemed to get along which was nice. I think overall I do prefer dennys maybe because I grew up with it but this was also perfectly fine. Chocolate chip pancakes saved the day and made it so worth it! It did take a while to pay which was awkward but other than that it was a nice experience

It's been a long time since I visited a Norms. The only reason it came up a few weeks prior is because they offered prepped Thanksgiving meals. We took that route for that holiday, and with the meal came two $15 coupons for use on a future visit. A couple of weeks later, Mom, Hubbers and I decided to put them go good use. We anticipated a wait given it was a Saturday. It wasn't too bad, though, since groups were leaving every few minutes. We were seated in less than 10 minutes. It's different from the old Norms I used to go to, The architecture is more modern and I liked the high ceilings. But they kept counter seating, which is reminiscent of the old style. I already knew what I wanted. Hubbers wanted the same. Mom went for the steak and eggs. CHICKEN FRIED STEAK AND EGGS: My go-to on a first run at any establishment if it's on the menu, and I always get the gravy on the side. The breading was light and crispy. The steak was tender and juicy. All of them seasoned well. I opted for fruit for a side which was fresh! Sourdough was toasted with butter. I enjoyed this meal (see picture as proof!) I got to try Mom's steak (she requested it cooked medium.) That, too, was delish. FOOD: 5. We liked everything! SERVICE: 4. It was clear they were understaffed, so our servers (Ynomee and Genesis) were pulled in many directions. They owned it, though, so kudos to them! VALUE: 5. Even more especially with the discount coupons! PARKING: Private lot shared with many other spots. Not an issue. OVERALL: 4.75. Great first run! There will be future visits!

BLTA and Jamaica

I come in once a week because I appreciate the hospitality and excepectional customer service that Bertha, Julia and the cooks provide. I had the BLTA sandwich with fries and a Jamaica. Everything was perfect! The atmosphere was great! The staff is friendly and warm and always make sure I'm taken care of. Thanks Julia and Bertha! Thanks Norms!

CLASSIC BIGGER BETTER BREAKFAST

Where ever you are, you can always stop at a Norm's in So Cal and know you are going to get great service, delicious food and a good deal. I was near this location and needed to wait for a couple of hours so I stopped for a late breakfast. The Bigger Better Breakfast was enough for me to eat and take half home. The hostess addressed me right away and my waitress was awesome. At one point we all laughed when two people approached me at the same time to refill my coffee cup. Great food, great place!

A friend took me here for breakfast. This is my first time dining at Norm's. There is ample parking in the lot outside and the host immediately seated us. The menu has breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. For those that love coffee the offers refills. I had the California omelet which comes with a side (I chose hash browns) and your choice of toast, biscuits or pancakes. Inside have a 50's diner type feel and it's good for large families as well.

The vibe has shifted toward a more minimalist coffee cafe aesthetic, and the menu has seen a significant overhaul. The Food & Value: I was disappointed to see the old favorites go. The Chicken & Waffles, previously a staple with three wings, has switched to dark meat only (thighs) with zero substitutions. As someone who isn't a fan of dark meat, that was a major letdown. I opted for the Lemon Pancakes ($21), and while the presentation was stunning, the taste was underwhelming and the portion size was surprisingly small--my son's kids' meal actually had more food than mine. The Silver Lining: The service is still the highlight here. Our server, Jorge, was absolutely fantastic--attentive, kind, and professional. The entire staff was very nice, but unfortunately, the price point doesn't quite match the current portion sizes or flavor profile. It's sad to say, but this will likely be our last visit but best wishes to them

At many brunch restaurants, you can sometimes sense when the basics -- like pancakes or French toast -- aren't given the attention they deserve. They may look appealing on the menu but feel rushed or underwhelming when served. Here, however, the fundamentals are done right. There's care in the texture, balance, and execution, and that consistency makes all the difference. Weekend mornings often find us slightly sleepy and very hungry, searching for somewhere comforting to begin the day. What we want is warmth and familiarity -- something that feels almost as cozy as staying in bed. And when the craving for sweet carbohydrates hits, we're not looking for restraint. We're looking for soft, fluffy, fully satisfying bites. If that's what you're after, this location delivers. You'll likely leave in a better mood than when you arrived.

I liked the toasted brown spots on the outside of the burrito. The tiramisu pancakes weren't soggy from the soaked coffee/espresso. It had chunks of torn lady fingers on top. The interior inside is bright and fun with lots of decor items like roosters and "eat good"-type signage. They had TVs inside too but they weren't playing anything on them. The service was prompt and we got seated immediately when we came on a Monday. The bad: The blueberry lavender matcha was $8 and was too sweet. I don't think there was outside seating options. The burrito could have used more pico de gallo. It was a good burrito but not outstanding or something I'd order again. The interesting: They sell lots of drink options and lemonades from a different vendor (?) inside. They even had a mangonada!

Such a beautiful and meaningful gesture. Once seated, drinks came out quickly, and the food followed shortly after.
