It was cooked exactly how you'd want it to be for your bowl of ramen. The place was pretty good, I'd definitely come back again and try new items. It closes at 8 but I guess they stop ordered at 7:15, so don't try to stop in super late. Also, the parking lot has signs that say no backing in. That's how I like to park so I parked nearby.
