The worker said aim for getting at least a pound but she said there is flexibility. She let my friend pay with only 800g so that was nice. The broth selection was organized on large signs for several levels of spice and several non-spicy options. I was impressed with the amount of unique food selections like frog legs! And a few other things I haven't seen before. The bowls seem slightly deeper so you will tend to fill it a bit more. They have a rewards system similar to Big Way where you put your phone number. At the sauce bar I qas impressed and excited to see orange slices! It was helpful to have this free addition to cool down my mouth down when the spice was too much :p.
