Egg Tomato Handcut Noodles is my absolute favorite! I always get this with a watermelon juice when I'm in town
Winnie L.

This is still my favorite go to noodle place. I always order the egg and tomato knife cut noodles. The peach black tea tastes just like Snapple back in the 90s. So nostalgic. The green onion pancake is 5/5. I can munch on these as snack all day. DD loves her dry noodles with minced meat and watermelon juice which can now be sweetened. Came here for an early dinner. No wait. Great service.

This is the second time that I have eaten here, coming on a Saturday with a beautiful sunny day, and meeting up with a couple of girlfriends, one of whom I hadn't seen in eight years! We cheerfully ordered several dishes to share, it was plenty enough food for us. There was enough parking spaces at the Arcadia Westfield Mall, especially if you drive to the first or second level down below street level. The Noodle Street menu has a good selection of noodle dishes and delicious side dishes, the wait staff are nice and friendly, and there was no waiting time for our party of three when we arrived separately. The noodles are cooked freshly upping your order, and you can see one of the chefs shaving the block of dough for the knife cut noodles, he was slicing the noodles pieces into long strips 3" to 4" by 3/8" long. The noodles are nice, thick, and chewy, and I ordered the beef noodle with some tendons, asking for less spiciness for the soup that we shared, each person with our own bowl. The steamed wontons in chili sauce were also nice and chewy with a nice chili oil, yummy. We had the traditional beef rolls, I adored for extra housin sauce, plus we ordered a glass noodle dish that was lightly spicy, and quite delicious. This is a good place to walk around the mall after your meal while you're digesting the food, then we headed to the outside part of the mall to a boba shop called 3Cat, which I heard is famous. Check out the restaurant, you won't be disappointed with the variety of tasty dishes, then you can go walking to the various shops, hang out with your friends while catching up on your lives after that good meal, and then you can sit at the 3Cat place for a milk tea with panne cotta. All in all, the food is good, the atmosphere is good, the staff are nice, and it's a good place to socialize. Enjoy your meal!

Came here bc like was very long at DTF and we were cold and hungry. We were seated right away on a weekend evening after 7p. This was super chill and casual sit down out in the mall. Ordered the signature beef middle soup -- food came out decently fast: noodles and beef were good. Not too salty. If you share it they even give you scissors to cut the noodles and beef too. There wasn't any veggies at all. The beef roll was a bit disappointing -- it's a 3 out of 5 for me. Flavors are ok. Overall service was prompt, though pretty pricey for noodles and beef imho, but it's a decent alternative when you have Live action noodles in the making that you can see through the window :)

After a day of shopping at the mall, we went to noodle st. We ordered the bone in rib knife cut noodle soup and the clear (but not actually clear) cold noodles. Service was quick and I loved my noodle soup and especially the clear noodle!!! Beware of the chili ooo splatters but they do offer a bib if you want. The wait was not too long and not too loud even though it's at the mall. This is the 3rd location I tried. First was in Pasadena and then Monrovia.

Noodle St is a popular chain established in 2017, while they have many Southern California spots, their original location is in Fullerton, CA. They're known for making hand-pulled noodles in-house in various textures and shapes, including round, flat, triangular, and knife-cut noodles. Service was decent. The restaurant is located in a mall next to Din Tai Fung and Uncle Tetsu in an open space. It's a casual dining area. Their scallion pancakes were crispy and flaky, it's phenomenal! We had 3 orders of them! The spicy beef noodle soup was rich and flavorful. The beef was tender and the hand-pulled noodles have a wonderful chewy texture. The braised chicken knife noodles were very savory. It's big enough for two people to share! The cucumber salad, garlic string beans, and beef rolls pancakes were all delicious as well. Haven't had anything bad here and I've been here quite a few times. We enjoyed every dish down to the last bite :)

I've been here probably 20+ times and I always order the Egg with Tomato Noodle. The knife cut noodles are consistently cooked perfectly with that satisfying QQ texture, and the broth is balanced between umami and subtle sweetness. The portions are filling without being too heavy, and the price is good. This is my go to comfort meal on a cold day. I usually order for takeout, but the interior seems clean and the staff is always kind!

Had a great experience here. No wait Sunday night and we were sat immediately. The food came out fast and had so much good flavor for a decent price. The noodle quality is rlly good too!! Only downside is they ran out of calamari and fried tofu which were 2 items we rlly wanted lol

My family and I went to the Shops at Santa Anita (Arcadia Mall) to find a good location to eat, but most of the restaurants were packed and had long waits on Saturday night. The only restaurant where we discovered no need to wait is Noodle St. Restaurant. We ordered Cucumber Salad, Chicken Noodle Soup, Beef Fried Rice, Beef Roll Pancake, and Qinghai Clear Cold Noodles. All of the foods we ordered were great with the exception of the Cucumber Salad, which was not marinated long enough and had no taste, and the Beef Fried Rice, which was on the sweet side. But, overall, the dinner is good.

I came here for lunch with my co worker. It was a rainy afternoon. I ordered the signature beef noodle soup in knife cut noodles. The service was great and the food came quickly. The broth is amazingly satisfying with beef flavor and the fragrance of green onions and cilantro. The beef is deliciously tender. The knife cut noodles are very chewy. When I crave for a good bowl of noodles, Noodles Street is around the corner.

Celine C.

Walked around the mall and had cravings for noodles. Didn't want to wait in line for DTF and decided to try Noodle Street. Service is prompt. The signature beef noodle with knife cut noodles was so good! I liked the flavors of the broth and the chewiness of the noodles. The green beans were super garlicky while the scallion pancakes were a bit doughy but still crispy. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal and would come back again.

[July 27, 7:50PM] One of my go-to restaurants at Santa Anita Mall. Prices are fair for the portion and quality. The space is limited and can be crowded during busy hours. My order: - Egg with Tomato Noodle ($14.80): Flavorful with perfect balance between the sour and sweet. Every strand is coated with rich tomato juice, satisfying to slurp up. Not a fan of knife cut noodles, so I requested standard round instead. - Oolong milk tea ($5.80): Surprisingly fragrant. The cup is large size (see photo for cup comparison). Downside: no topping. Final thought: Not the type of restaurant I'd go out of my way for. Generic menu item, nothing groundbreaking, just a reliable option when I am in the mall.

KOREAN BBQ WITH RICE

Noodle st has always been one of our go to quick and easy choices for Chinese dining. My fiancé and I were seated extremely fast and received amazing service from the time we sat. The food also came out so quick and fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed each and every bite. The star of the show was the beef roll pancake, and I suggest you order two because it is just delicious! The Korean bbq was also great, but I wish there was just a little more meat on the dish itself. The location in the mall is also very quaint and chill, but it can get especially busy on the weekends so be prepared. Love this spot and cannot wait to order more food next visit to the mall!

SIGNATURE BEEF NOODLE SOUP! ( ^_^)b
Kevin M.

First off, shout outs to the staff for letting us dine in right around closing time. We really appreciated the gesture since we were walking around the mall we decided on a late night bite to eat. Our server Jason was professional and attentive. We decided to share the Signature Beef Noodle Soup with standard round noodles. The price was $15.50. The order was taken and the soup came out fast! The location is right by Din Tai Fung and there's a lot of seating. The soup was really good! They have chili oil and vinegar to adjust your spice levels and taste. The broth was very light and packed with major flavor. The bowl is good enough to share and they give you scissors to cut your noodles. We enjoyed the beef noodle soup immensely. We'd definitely come back to try some other options. Thank you Noodle St for the great dining experience!

You walk in thinking, "I'll just grab a quick bowl," and suddenly there's a noodle master stretching dough like he's training for the Olympics. Their Lanzhou-style noodles? Fresh, chewy, and honestly a little too good--they'll ruin instant ramen for you forever. The Lan noodle soup is so rich and savory. The died mixed noodle feels like a warm hug... if hugs came with chili oil and a kick that sneaks up on you. It's a small, busy spot, so yeah, you might wait--but don't worry, the line moves fast. Plus, it gives you time to emotionally prepare for choosing your noodle shape. Thin? Wide? Triangle? This is not a decision to take lightly. They have a small and large sweet and sour chicken rice plate. I had gotten the small size just to try it out, but it was surprisingly good (5/5). The pork sandwich bun was decent (4/5) since the beef was tasty but the sandwich bun could be better. We also had the traditional beef noodle soups with either the wide flat and triangle ones. You can't go wrong with these freshly made pulled noodles, and they are very hearty portions. Flavor is good and the beef is very tender. The smashed cucumbers were decent also (4/5), but nothing spectacular about them. Service is very quick, attentive and pleasant. This is a good go to spot for a quick meal. The dining room doesn't seat a lot of people so try not to come during busy dining hours on weekends to avoid a long wait.

For him he thinks that was a good enough portion because it tasted a bit too creamy for him. For me it wasn't enough! It was soooo deliciousssss. Dry noodles here for the win! Worth the $18! Was scrolling through Yelp for a place to try in Arcadia and this one caught our eyes…read more I've had Mazesoba before in ramen spots, but never at a Mazesoba-specific spot. Worried about dry noodles? Don't fret, as they truly pile on the sauce that is both tasty and addictive! Service was satisfactory. There wasn't much to do as we order our own food, but they give you your cutlery and a jug of water at the start so there wasn't a need to ask for anything anyway. The setup was okay. It felt a little cramped and waiting for the toilet while staring at a dirty trash bin wasn't the best start to the meal, but given the space it's understandable. I got the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba and my wife got the Original Mazesoba. The original is great but I specifically wanted the seaweed and soft-boiled egg. After a fun mix, I took my first bite and did not stop stuffing myself until the last noodle strand was gone. Seriously, I don't know what they add to it that makes it so addicting but I could not stop eating it. I'm a fast eater usually but even my wife was surprised with my remaining half after her first 2 bites. The sauce would usually be too heavy, but the accompaniments allows the dish to balance itself. It was also not too dry, which is a common worry I have for mixed noodles. At the end of the meal they offer a complimentary rice to mix in with the sauce, though personally I would have preferred a broth as I didn't need the extra carb, but a light broth would have been a great finish. I can see this being a craving, so beware, try it at your own risk... but also run there now!

Everything was tender, aromatic, and clearly prepared with great care and attention to flavor and ingredients. Spice lovers will definitely be happy here, but even if you normally don't eat spicy food, you'll still find yourself going back for bite after bite. Overall, most of the dishes were solid. The only one I could have skipped was the chicken and potato dish...it just didn't stand out compared to everything else. I think this was the dish that we took leftovers since everyone else also felt a similar way regarding that dish. The skewers were well-cooked, but the cumin flavor was a bit overpowering for my taste, and it lingered longer than I would've liked. With that said, there were definitely some highlights. I really loved the shrimp fried rice and the beef dumplings, but my favorite was the wide noodle dish with mixed meats. It was incredibly flavorful and hit all the right notes. I actually ordered it after noticing another table enjoying the same dish. Honestly, their reactions said everything and it absolutely lived up to the expectation. The owner was warm and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. The restaurant itself is very clean, with bright lighting and a modern aesthetic that makes it feel inviting. Parking is also convenient, with plenty of space available in the back garage. All in all, it's a spot I'd recommend for anyone looking to try authentic flavors from the Xi'an region.
