I had the rice bowl with Bulgogi and gojuchang. It was so good! The service was absolutely incredible. I would go out of my way to eat there again. I lived in Korea for three years and love the food. This was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I have always enjoy coming to Noodle-N-Roll. The family that runs the restaurant is super nice. The food quality is great for food court food. The noodle + cali roll combo is $10. Can't beat that price! We tried the pork ramen & miso ramen and like them both. The cali salad roll is my daughter's favorite. Buying another cali roll is just $5. It's grocery store price and the quality is about the same. Crunch roll was $7 and it's pretty good too. Highly recommended for a quick cheap lunch/dinner place.

Bulgogi beef (HAVE to add the super spicy spice, even if you don't like spice like I don't, at least 1 teaspoon to the entire bowl)

This place has huge reviews, especially about the kindness of the employees, but the guy who took our order acted as if he'd rather be anywhere else but there. This was our first time and he couldn't be bothered to help us understand the menu. Luckily there are pictures of the sushi combos so even if we couldn't decipher what the cooks were saying, at least the photos gave us a good idea of what we'd get. Decent sushi for a food court, fresh fish! The Bulgogi bowl was fresh tasting, but you HAVE to add the sauce (super spicy) for any flavor. I'm not a fan of spice, so I added about a teaspoon to my entire bowl and mixed well. Bumblebee Korean BBQ in Provo is way better (their beef is richly flavored, so you don't have to add anything to it) and has a lot more veggies, but this place isn't bad at all.

Tasty little sushi spot in the mall food court, very good prices and the staff is suuuuper friendly!!! They also have ramen options. Not a lot of good sushi in Utah, but this place was solid and convenient :)

Pork ramen and dumplings - $10 (Awesome!l

Bumping this all the way to a 5 star for 3 reasons. Their food is pretty good, the value is excellent, and lastly.....This is mall food folks but the quality is exemplary. The Pork ramen is a must! Next time you're in the mall, don't forget to stop by here. You will be pleasantly surprised.

You'd be surprised for a ramen place in a mall food court. Pork ramen and crunch roll are very good for the price.

Tamashi Ramen - Orem

Tamashi Ramen - Orem

The food here is alright, however they definitely could do better. The atmosphere of the place is…read morewonderful though. They played really good music, had ambient lights and hanging plants. It was such a vibe. I would go there if I was with a group of friends that wanted to talk. The food was ok, but it definitely doesn't compare to other ramen places in Orem, like Asa ramen. The food here was oddly bland. I'm not sure if the authenticity was there. I personally don't think I would come back, but I'm glad to have tried it once.

I will start off by saying the food was amazing! When we…read moredid not receive our order through Yelp/GrubHub after over an hour (showed "still in process" online), they called us to let us know it was still there. I asked if I should run down to get it and they said yes, not realizing at the time that we ordered for delivery. I ran down to pick it up and they confirmed that it was supposed to be picked up and delivered to our hotel by GrubHub and apologized for it not being brought to us. They also confirmed that the order was READY at 8:41pm, but it was now 10:05pm! They said the sushi had been out for too long and would make us a whole new order, which was ready within 10 minutes, free of charge. My brain had not even processed that my husband ordered sushi and that sushi should always be kept cold, so I really appreciated them being upfront about it! I do not want to know how that would have gone later if my husband did eat the first order... I also appreciated the comfy chairs available while waiting for my order, as we had been driving for 8 hours that day and I was very sore and tired. The restaurant wasn't too loud and looked clean and well-kept from what I could see by the front door. Plenty of parking outside, although I did show up late at night while all the other stores/restaurants in the strip mall were closed. They were not packed at that time, but had a good number of people at tables spread out and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It was a nice atmosphere overall and if my children were not feral 99% of the time, I would have a sit-down meal here sometime! I also love that they are open till 10:30pm every night, which was a lifesaver for us! We got into town late on the Sunday after 4th of July, and most places were closed by 8pm, so it was great that they were open late. Our GrubHub driver showed up while I was waiting and said he had just received the order on his app and apologized for it taking so long, and would cancel it on his end so that I would get refunded. Although the waitress was hard to understand as she spoke very little English, she did find another waiter who was able to explain to me what was going on and they were very quick and polite to fix the issue. My katsu chicken was warm and crispy, just how it should be, and the white rice wasn't soggy or dry and crunchy. It was delicious and you get plenty for $12-ish. I also had enough chicken leftover for a complete meal the following day, which my very picky-eating son devoured! My husband's 2 orders of sushi rolls were perfectly made and delicious too, he said! If we ever come back through this area again on our next road trip (we are from Southern California), we will absolutely be stopping here again. I just wish that when Yelp/GrubHub refunded my order online they could have kept the tip for the staff; I didn't notice until after I got back to our hotel room Thank you so much Tamashi Ramen for excellent customer service and food!

My wife wanted the pork belly pho, which didn't make sense to me. I wasn't sure what I wanted because I wasn't sure what they specialized in and wanted to hear them speak before ordering. When I heard the hostess/waitress speak to me in Mandarin after entering the restaurant, I immediately knew I would order their beef noodle soup. After waiting a few minutes, I paid and left with my food. The noodles were better than I expected for the Orem area. My wife enjoyed her pork belly pho. It was more of a Chinese pork belly rice noodle than a pho like at a Vietnamese restaurant. My beef noodle soup was a hearty beefy bowl of noodles. Both of the noodle soups were perfect for a cold night. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than anything I can get in California. It was a good meal. Brothers Hotpot...I don't think they have hotpot here. But, they make some pretty good noodles at a reasonable prcie.
