    Slurp Up Cilantro Ramen
    Belu C.

Everything here was pretty average. My friends got the Shrimp Ramen and the Slurp Up Cilantro Ramen. Both were just ok. I ordered the Black Tonkotsu Ramen, but I didn't see any black garlic oil, nor did I taste any. Very disappointed. The soup was also very bland for me. Moreover, I had never seen spinach being presented like this in ramen before (as if it's on a salad bowl), which made me have further doubts about how authentic this restaurant was. In addition, I found it funny that $0.30 would be added to the ramen for any soup base, even for the original. Like, if every ramen costs the same amount extra no matter what the soup base is, why don't you just add it to the price instead of making it a separate cost? Is anyone gonna order ramen without the soup? lol I definitely will not be returning to this place for ramen. However, I do remember having a good experience eating sushi here a long time ago, so I might give it another chance; only for the sushi, though. This is a clean place with Chinese music playing in the background.

Tamashi Ramen has a wide variety of options on the menu, from chicken nuggets and fries to boba to ramen, of course. The servers don't come to your table until you let them know you're ready to order, which is pretty nice. I've never felt pressure to pick a dish just because someone was hovering at the table here. A friend introduced me to this place, and I've been back so often with more friends just because of how good the food is. If you're craving something warm on a cold winter day, a bowl of ramen in this cozy restaurant should do the trick!

Inside is nice, I like the hanging plants and art work on the wall. The music was a bit too loud for the size of the space. The server was attentive and quick. The kitchen too. The pork bun was light and fluffy, tender pork but it needs some greens and crunch. Maybe thinly diced cucumber and carrot. The sauce needed a bit more punch to overcome the bun's fluffiness. The lack of those things make it not worth ordering again. Cream cheese wontons were different but ok. The shape made it easier to eat in one bite and not get crumbs everywhere (I have a beard so this is something I think about) but it made the cook less consistent so the tops were crunchy and the bottoms were almost soft. Blue Ocean roll needs a different fish on top and less cream cheese. It has a 1/2 inch square piece down the center. Cream cheese is great in rolls but a little goes a long way... Nigiri was blah. The yellowtail was about room temperature. Definitely a fishy smell though. My wife took one bite and couldn't eat anything else. Tamashi Ramen was tasty at parts while other parts were bland... weird... like it didn't come together into one cohesive dish. The noodles had a layer of oil on them so it coated my mouth after each bite. The bone in shirt rib was difficult to eat... because it's soup. The meat was chewy. The sole fish had some ok flavor but I imagine it is handled the same way as the yellowtail cause there was a taste I couldn't nail down. All and all, it's not our cup of tea. I can see that they are people coming in and take out leaving so maybe we just got unlucky, either way we don't want to tempt fate and try it again. I asked my wife what the silver lining was and she said "the Dr Pepper". 15 minutes later we are at Trader Joe's and almost couldn't keep the food in/down.

This place was great even better it's open on Sunday's! Everybody in Utah county knows finding a good place on the Lords day is hard. This spot will calm the nerves great Ramen. As you can see we absolutely destroyed this delicious food. The service was also great, and the place is small but clean tables and chairs are high quality.

The ramen is fine, nothing to complain there. The ordering system is a little unusual but there is a lot of customization. You choose your ramen flavor first, then you choose what you want in your ramen and they have a lot to choose from. The service was good, the food was hot and flavorful. As far as ramen goes, this is average ramen. I wouldn't say it's bad, I wouldn't say its great, it's just ok.

Our family of 9 dined in for lunch and it was an average meal. Our ramen soup was very bland. You had to add chili oil or soy sauce to give it some flavor. Service was nice and we got our food fairly quickly. I didn't get a picture of the gyoza and that was delicious. My husband enjoyed the sushi and I thought the spicy ahi was too spicy but too each his own I guess. Nice presentations and cute little restaurant.

We stopped in n on a whim and there was no wait so we were seated immediately. The place was clean and modern. The waiter was polite. The food was ok but not something I would go back to have again for the price. We had the Tamashi ramen, seafood ramen, and Honolulu roll. The Tamashi ramen was pretty good but the beef in it tasted spoiled, luckily it was only one piece of short rib. The seafood ramen was quite disappointing because it had no flavor at all. It looked delicious when it was brought out but just didn't have any flavor so my so. The Honolulu roll was good except that the shrimp still has the shell on and I don't eat it that way. My kids didn't care but it's a personal preference. The biggest disappointment was that the waiter knew that the seafood ramen didn't have any flavor and he saw the bowl was still mostly full and saw us trying to add the ramen to the other broth to try to make it better but offered no discount, remake, or even a small discount to use on a future visit.

This is my husband's favorite place to go for ramen so I was excited to try it!! Their interior is inviting and fun - my girls loved the bubbles and fake fish in the entry way. The menu is BIG! Do you want ramen or fried Ramen or sushi? That was a tough call, my friends. I ended up with the shrimp fried Ramen and it was really good and really salty. I did try several of the ramen options and my husband is right - the broth is excellent. My kids also loved the ramen and are begging to go back. Definitely a must-eat restaurant if you're craving delicious ramen or sushi!!

I ordered through Doordash, so I haven't been in person, but I found the ramen super tasty! Satisfied my craving.

When my roommate suggested we go here for dinner though it sounded so good! The food is comforting, the vibes are relaxed and quiet, and that was exactly what I needed after a long week.
