Service was quick and easy and the workers were nice. They have a wide variety of menu options for food and drink which was nice. The interior had a cute aesthetic and plenty of seating. I love poke, and being from Southern California I've tried numerous amounts of poke spots there and in Hawaii. For the portion size and quality of the bowl I ordered, I don't think the price point was worth it. My bowl was overly sauce-y (ordered 2 sauces), and my friend who I went with expressed the same comment. The salmon texture was mushy and the imitation crab was just the stick that I had to mostly break apart myself. The portion size was small (mainly the amount of rice and protein given), even though I had ordered the largest size, and left me still hungry. I ordered a Thai tea as well, which was alright. From the texture and taste of it, it seemed like it was from a pre-made mix rather than made fresh. It also felt a bit overpriced for the size and quality. read more

Boba is terrible. All my Asian friends warned me not to go, but we just tried it. Boba is too mushy and we got a taro drink. The taro tasted like it was mixed with sewage water, so my husband and I couldn't even finish it. Barely drank some and just threw it away. Utah doesn't have the best boba, but there are still way better places to get boba that have higher quality boba for cheaper. read more

This review is solely for their green thai tea. I'm not in Provo often, but I saw this place while in the area and decided to give it a try. Upon walking in you're welcomed with a lot of Asian plushies, I did like the interior of this place as it was very bubbly and fun. They have a massive menu ranging from drinks to snacks to meals. Green thai tea is one of my favorite drinks and a lot of places usually don't have it or don't make it well. I ordered the green thai tea and it unfortunately tasted nothing like green thai tea. It had a weird aftertaste and after a few sips I unfortunately had to throw it away. I had already started driving and decided it was too far to go back to say something, but if I'm in the area again I will definitely try a different drink and also try out their food. They offer ramen and poke and seems to have some good feedback on it. I did like that they had a lot of cute trinkets for sale (pins, keychains, jewelry). read more

Ambiance is fun. But so confusing for first time ordering. And I kept telling the workers this was my first time and they would just giggle. We figured it out on our own. But there definitely could be a little more organization to the ordering. The Ramen isn't anything special. My kids loved the sushi. One if the better boba tea places in Provo. The flavors and ingredients are good, and the tapioca pearls are the right texture and freshness. The only way they could be better is if they were cooked in a honey or simple syrup. I tried the ramen here too and it was pretty good actually! The noodles were not overcooked, the broth was complex, and all the toppings were good. Everything is served in takeout style containers though, so don't expect a sit down dining experience. No high chairs here! Or booster seats. So if you bring little little kids, you will need to hold them on your lap. The staff were very sweet and gave good recommendations. It was a bit confusing on how to order items. Lots of scribbles and erases on my order form. Not much help from staff either in explaining the different entrees and drinks. Sadly they changed their taro pancakes. They used to be flat like the scallion pancakes, which also aren't as good anymore, now they are more like taro buns. They are good but too rich for my liking. Scallion pancakes are still good but extremely overpriced. The sizzling pork rice box is good but not as good as I remember. Their boba is good but I know where to find better. It makes me sad because I liked this place a few months ago and now I don't feel like I have a reason to go back. The service has been great 3/4 times I went. Maybe I will try something else on their menu. My friend said that the ramen is good but the sushi burrito was not. The ambiance is great I love all the japanese toys and snacks they have to buy. I've been ordering food from TaiChi for the last year. They deserve wayyy more than 4 stars. The food quality is top notch. You're getting some really authentic stuff smack dab in front of campus. This is a family run restaurant, so you'll always get the best customer service. They are always kind, on time and courteous, even in the long night at 10PM, they are consistently fresh, delicious and solid and nice. This is more than any customer can ask for. I order the Grilled Eel and Rice dish a lot, and haven't been able to find anyone in Salt Lake Valley, or even on the East Coast to have such fresh tasting eel. The rice is also consistently fluffy throughout the day, which is really hard to do and keep fresh when I order late at night. Most places have mushy rice at this time at night. As an Asian person, I don't usually finish all the rice or get impressed by average rice, but this is rice good enough to finish all the way through.Great job guys.. I've also tried the ramen, and they do a great job here as well. The noodles have a great bite to them, and don't just fall apart. Again, the ramen tastes pretty and the broth is pretty nice too. I've had the InfruiTea, and it's absolutely bomb and refreshing full of real fruit flavor. Never have had a fruit based drink that I continually order again and again. It's like a Starbucks refresher but with real fruit and real fruit flavor. Once you have one of these Teas, you'll drop your Starbucks habit, it's really that good. If you're wondering whether or not to take a date here, I'd say go for it.. It's beautifully decorated, and you get privacy with the booths they have set up. I love supporting local when I can, and it's obvious these guys are better than Panda Express or Chipotle. They've got some Asian food to rival what you'd get in New York City. read more

Stopped in for some ramen because I'd been outside all day and needed something to warm up. They were surprisingly quick and the ramen had the perfect spice. I could tell that all the ingredients were fresh and good quality. It was about $12-$13 for the ramen, which was a little more than I am used to paying for ramen, which was my only complaint.
