The food overall is pretty overpriced, but I got the tonkotsu ramen and my fiancé got the poke bowl. It's honestly very average, nothing special at all. Honestly if you're going for ramen Asa Ramen up the street is better. Poke is alright. Now the boba, worst boba I've had in my life, I got the watermelon boba and my fiancé got the passion fruit boba. The passion fruit boba was average but the watermelon boba was disgusting! At first it tasted like bubble gum but then we realized it tasted like pepto bismal! Literally like pepto and the same color too! So they were nice enough to switch out the watermelon one for a honeydew one but the honeydew tasted just as bad. We will probably never go back and the only reason it's 3 stars is because of the cleanliness and staff and also because they were willing to swap out the boba. This place didn't quite meet my expectations. I got a honeydew milk tea and a ramen, which cost me almost $25. The worker got my order wrong and gave me beef instead of pork (costs 3 more dollars), but I took it as an opportunity to try the more expensive option. The quality of the ramen was nowhere near good enough to be that expensive, nor was it enough food to charge that much. To be honest, the low quality mixed with it coming in a plastic bowl made it feel like they poured water into a pre-made ramen, heated it in a microwave, and charged me $16 plus tax for it. I could go to an all-you-can-eat Korean bbq for a couple bucks more and get triple the quality and quantity. The honeydew tea was pretty good, although the tapioca pearls were flavorless. The person I came with also got a Thai tea and asked for extra tapioca, so they put almost no flavoring into it because of the extra tapioca. She got a new one, which had more flavor, but still not the best Thai tea compared to Thai Hut, for example. Overall, the food should cost a little over half of what they're charging given better alternative restaurants close by. The workers should be consistent about how they make their teas and make sure not to skimp on flavor. If anything, put less milk in if there's no room in the cup. Maybe I'm uncultured, but the noodles in the ramen seemed plastic. I don't think I'll go back unless they change their ingredients and/or cut the price down a generous amount. (The restaurant is new, so the workers must be new too. The service aspect will likely improve with time.) read more
