BYU Roll and really fresh ginger

The inside is really nice and well themed. The service was good. The sushi all tasted really fresh. The BYU roll was my favorite. Very flavorful and good ratio of protein to everything else inside and out. The fire dragon had an amazing texture and was a close second favorite. The crunch roll was great too. Good prices especially right now to celebrate their grand opening a week ago.

Solid offerings with good prices. Sushi in the middle of Utah county can be scary, it's not super high quality caught that day kind of fish but it's solid

    Creamy Chicken Ramen

I love it here!! My husband and I often go for date night or for late night ramen. They are sooo kind and the creamy chicken ramen is chefs kiss!

Eimi Sushi & Ramen just opened up not that long ago and I would say our experience was an overall very pleasant visit. Food- I had ordered the Fried Rice house special, along with the spicy yellowfin roll and the spicy California roll. My wife had their miso soup and pork gyoza's. The fried rice is a dish I would recommend getting here and actually, better than most that I have had around in the Provo area. The sushi was alright, nothing too unique. The Californian roll was good and so was the spicy Tuna, though the spicy tuna roll seemed to fall apart with actually once piece almost coming completely apart when I dipped it in soy sauce. The taste for the sushi was still good overall. Service- The service was great. Our waiters were very attentive and making sure our water glasses were filled when they seemed low, while also ensuring everything came out fine. The staff were friendly and a definite perk of this restaurant. Ambiance- I really loved the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Very clean, but the decor and paintings were amazing to look at while eating. It was both a relaxing and fun atmosphere.

Good food I love ittttt yum yum and beautiful. Ppl were nice and friendly. They have nice and pretty wallpaper, nice background music.

    Takoyaki and Spicy Miso Ramen

The spicy miso ramen had a nice heat and strong miso flavor. On the bottom of the bowl, there was clumps of miso. The noodle was thin but some of them still clump together. Beansprout was cooked but still had crunch. I got nice mixture of fat and meat on charsiu pork. When i got tonkotsu ramen a month ago, their noodle was thicker and i got leaner cut of pork. I dont know if they change the noodle for all the ramen or just for certain type. Takoyaki was chruncy and the inside was soft with a little pice of octopus. They subs the katsuobushi with nori strip. There was not a lot of takoyaki sauce on it. Service was good. The ramen came first then the takoyaki.

    Tonkatsu ramen

Food is great! Staff is great! I feel that the price has gone up almost everywhere for ramen but definitely large filling portions. I love coming in for lunch and it has always been a great experience.

Food was great! Good selection and great service! Restaurant looks really clean and well taken care of.

went to Eimi Sushi based on previously visiting their ramen location in salt lake, and wow was I impressed, the moment you walk in you're greeted by kind staff and everybody is always quick to help with anything you may need. Now in regards to the food, I love the concept of being able to Ramen noodles and sushi in the same place! I tried about five different rolls and every single one of them was good, I also got the traditional tonkatsu ramen with hand pulled noodles and again it didn't disappoint. I also wanted to talk about how beautiful this restaurant is from the inside and how clean and maintained it is!! Definitely recommend

I thought it would be more complex but literally tasted like my bottle of sauce at home. The vegetables were just steamed and lacked flavor depth. Heavenly Mango Drink: I was happy to see that it included real mango chunks. It was pretty good, but was nothing special. Popcorn Chicken: The Taiwanese popcorn chicken, which I heard was what this restaurant was popular for, was disappointingly simple in flavor. I only taste 1 flavor profile throughout and was expecting to it to have more of a mixture of five spice, garlic and basil flavors. I recommend paying the extra $0.25 for basil if you decide to try it. P.S. Use your starving student card when you come eat here! You can get food for BOGO

First of all, the bowl was very cute and made it a more fun eating experience. I was very impressed by their popcorn chicken. It was cooked to perfection--crispy and flavorful. I liked the Chinese vegetables that came with the bento box. The egg with a runny egg yolk was good, but it could be marinated longer to have a stronger taste. I also got the Shhh! Sunset drink with a peach base and fresh mango and strawberry. It was so good! It was very refreshing, and I liked it better than other boba drinks. I will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends!

It was such a vibe. I would go there if I was with a group of friends that wanted to talk. The food was ok, but it definitely doesn't compare to other ramen places in Orem, like Asa ramen. The food here was oddly bland. I'm not sure if the authenticity was there. I personally don't think I would come back, but I'm glad to have tried it once.

I will start off by saying the food was amazing! When we…read moredid not receive our order through Yelp/GrubHub after over an hour (showed "still in process" online), they called us to let us know it was still there. I asked if I should run down to get it and they said yes, not realizing at the time that we ordered for delivery. I ran down to pick it up and they confirmed that it was supposed to be picked up and delivered to our hotel by GrubHub and apologized for it not being brought to us. They also confirmed that the order was READY at 8:41pm, but it was now 10:05pm! They said the sushi had been out for too long and would make us a whole new order, which was ready within 10 minutes, free of charge. My brain had not even processed that my husband ordered sushi and that sushi should always be kept cold, so I really appreciated them being upfront about it! I do not want to know how that would have gone later if my husband did eat the first order... I also appreciated the comfy chairs available while waiting for my order, as we had been driving for 8 hours that day and I was very sore and tired. The restaurant wasn't too loud and looked clean and well-kept from what I could see by the front door. Plenty of parking outside, although I did show up late at night while all the other stores/restaurants in the strip mall were closed. They were not packed at that time, but had a good number of people at tables spread out and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It was a nice atmosphere overall and if my children were not feral 99% of the time, I would have a sit-down meal here sometime! I also love that they are open till 10:30pm every night, which was a lifesaver for us! We got into town late on the Sunday after 4th of July, and most places were closed by 8pm, so it was great that they were open late. Our GrubHub driver showed up while I was waiting and said he had just received the order on his app and apologized for it taking so long, and would cancel it on his end so that I would get refunded. Although the waitress was hard to understand as she spoke very little English, she did find another waiter who was able to explain to me what was going on and they were very quick and polite to fix the issue. My katsu chicken was warm and crispy, just how it should be, and the white rice wasn't soggy or dry and crunchy. It was delicious and you get plenty for $12-ish. I also had enough chicken leftover for a complete meal the following day, which my very picky-eating son devoured! My husband's 2 orders of sushi rolls were perfectly made and delicious too, he said! If we ever come back through this area again on our next road trip (we are from Southern California), we will absolutely be stopping here again. I just wish that when Yelp/GrubHub refunded my order online they could have kept the tip for the staff; I didn't notice until after I got back to our hotel room Thank you so much Tamashi Ramen for excellent customer service and food!

While I'm not planning to go 100% vegan, I still love restaurants like this that offer so much variety. Everything is meatless which is hard to find in Utah county. We repeatedly said how delicious it was throughout the meal and talked about coming back and bringing other people with us. You could tell it's family run and everyone was really kind.
