We pulled up to a brightly colored yellow cottage looking house. As I'm walking in with my wife who was quite hesitant, stating if I say leave we leave before we walked in. The food was over the top delicious, better than any sushi I've had in Boise or Connecticut. This place is a must if you like. Sushi just call ahead and make sure they're open.

Even my city, at California, I can't find a katsu like this. The closest taste is at Tokyo called Niigata Katsu. It's that good. I just found out about this place and I'm almost done with my 3 weeks trip in this city and I'm kinda sad thinking about it but I'll probably come here everyday till then especially with the competition lacking in the area. If you're visiting or you live here and you haven't tried it out yet, please visit. As someone who travels to Japan frequently, this is by far one of the best katsu I have ever tasted in the entirety of USA. This is peak Japanese food.

I usually order a Caesar salad, but ironically I don't like their Caesar dressing, so I usually just eat it without dressing. Today I decided to try the Greek Salad with modifications (removed the olives and added croutons, pickled onions, papadew peppers and corn). I ordered the dressing on the side as I'm super picky when it comes to dressing. My salad was ready within 5 minutes and was very fresh and vibrant. The Greek dressing was actually really good, so I'm glad I have a new go-to here!

I guess the prices were OK and the ambience was all right also.

We live 45 mins away but was in town running some errands when I realized I was starving and craving a hot meal. We arrived right before the dinner rush too. When we walked in were greeted and sat immediately. Laura, our server, introduced herself and took our drink order. She returned with drinks and breadsticks, which I appreciated snacking on while looking over the menu. I ordered the Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea and it was delicious and hit the spot. For an appetizer, we ordered the new Stuffed Ziti Fritta--which was crispy fried ziti pasta stuffed with 5 different cheeses and served with marinara and Alfredo dipping sauces. Let me tell you, it was so scrumptious and flavorful and creamy good! Definite winner and would order it again. As for my entree, I ordered from the "lighter portion" section and went with the Eggplant Parmigiana. It comes with 2 portions of eggplant and a side of spaghetti and opted for the salad as my side. The salad is always a fav with it's fresh crisp greens, tomato, red onion, peppers, olives, and their signature dressing. I love how they let you put as much fresh grated Parmesan as you want in pretty much anything lol. Though it was from the "lighter portion," it was more than enough. It came piping hot off the broiler and tasted awesome. My roommate ordered the Tour of Italy and was happy with his choice. He said everything tasted really good. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and shout out to Laura for being a fantastic server.

Panda Express' franchise needs to be alerted that this location is failing in customer care,…read morecustomer service, and standard soundness, with paid employees lacking prioritization of the restaurant's cleanliness. This particular Panda Express is one of two in the area I'd frequented. Typically, I visited this location more often than the other. I believe between the two in CdA, the one on Wilbu Ave. is the absolute worst. For starters, my family and I really enjoy the concept of Panda Express. The theme appears family-friendly and is a good spot to go to for any single or group of people. This location has a consistent employee roster of individuals who clearly hate their employer and seem to want to scare off all of their good clientele. I have come here on multiple occasions with my family, every time hoping, praying, and wishing for a better outcome and overall performance than the last, and, like clockwork, it does not fail that the Panda Express staff is determined to prove me wrong. Every time, there is always a struggle to get fresh food, a lack of accuracy regarding quantity, quality, and temperature. The food is most often dry, old, and lackluster (no curb appeal). Panda Express employees look physically pained or become combative over simple questions and reasonable requests when operating within their business infrastructure as a customer. The dining area and bathroom are filthy on a bad day and grossly unkempt on most. The indoor seating is not tended to as much as it should, especially since they tend to have high turnover in customers. A lot of their management team consists of unnecessarily argumentative and combative team members who seek to do the least amount of genuine, authentic work, therefore quite blatantly passing it on to the guest to self-service and tip (despite the poor performance and warped professional behavior). If you essentially ask them to do anything related to their job you are officially labeled as a customer who is problematic. Another thing that stands out at this location is the constant overcharging or not honoring the coupons, codes, and Panda Express membership. Panda Express needs to clear out the employees who are not passionate about the Panda Express franchise and their customers and get some fresh faces and good attitudes in their ranks. Teach some quality mannerisms that can be applicable to staff not only at work but in their personal lives so that they can get full-time practice on how to apply this behavior in the real world. Lastly, there are a few questionable characters hosted in this location that are racist. They are a liability to Panda Express not worth keeping as they do not abide by the morals and ethics that Panda Express practices. As for the food, it was a hit or miss when it came to the quality of the product. Finally, I believe with a deep clean in the store physically and an update on releasing staff that is not serving consistent quality performance this Panda Express can begin to operate properly with the right team. Panda Express is responsible and accountable for making sure that its company is operating smoothly and most importantly honestly. I know that Panda Express will take care of this problematic staff immediately and restore business practices to an upstanding space and place.
