Love ordering with Raquel! I come to this location often and Raquel has gone out of her way numerous times to help me! I have a very specific order that she now has memorized! she is absolutely pleasant to chat with! my children also love her! 10/10 recommend this location! read more

I had the Thai spicy curry shrimp noodle bowl it was the bomb . Open atmosphere very friendly staff and very clean. The place has plenty of seating, even though they were very busy. Could have had more help. My Wife had the Spicy Shrimp rice bowl she loved hers too. We will be going back we are from California and don't have this where I come from so glad we are here now. Please don't hate me because of California could not leave because of Grandkids! read more

The food was really good. I can be a little picky with my order but the crew at Noodle Express in Hayden always get it right. It shows that they care about the customer and their dietary needs! Keep up the great work!! read more

Service was fine but the meal was average. Hardly any meat in the rice bowl, heck I've had much better at the Seattle Airport. The 80's style red dinerplastic glasses sure classed up the place too. May go back and try a noodle bowl but they need to add more protein to the dishes. read more

Noodle Express - Asian Fusion Near Me - Hayden, Idaho

Hope you have time to wait .... Not busy and still took 45 min to get two entrees and an order of potstickers.

I had been getting texts for about a week from Noodle Express in Hayden, Idaho, saying that "Noodle Express now offers delivery. Click this link to order." Last night I did just that and was directed to the Noodle Express website, which I ordered from and specified delivery. The website stated that delivery is provided by Door Dash. Waited an hour and food never came so I called the Noodle Express location where I had placed the order and asked about my food. The boy answering the phone said they had a Door Dash he thought about twenty minutes earlier, but he didn't know if that was my order. I live at most 10 minutes from this restaurant. He said there was nothing he could do because they don't have any information on the people who pick up orders and sometimes the drivers steal the food. I asked for a refund and he said they can't do that and it's Door Dashes problem so I should call them. Admittedly, I was upset and at that point spoke rudely to him so he pulled the phone away and I could hear him say to someone else "Can you talk to her? She's yelling at me." At that point a girl came on and said can I help you? I told her I wanted a refund and she also told me to call Door Dash. I told her I would never come back to her restaurant and hung up. I contacted Door Dash and at least their representative was apologetic, he said since I had ordered though the restaurant website the restaurant needs to refund me, which makes total sense. NOODLE EXPRESS Sent me texts saying NOODLE EXPRESS now offers delivery. I ordered off the NOODLE EXPRESS website. I will be disputing this charge with my card, but it makes me sad that this simple thing was not handled better and I have lost a restaurant I enjoyed. read more

Originally i was very happy with this place but it seems like lately they have been slacking off. The last three times they have shorted me on things in my order and/or just ignored my customization requests at all. I have gotten home just to open my order and find that things were missing or my food was wrong multiple times now. Very dissatisfied multiple times in the last few months with this place and to be completely honest I don't think I will spend my money here anymore. Disappointing as a regular customer. Just not willing to spend my money on a company that obviously doesn't care about their customers or the product they are putting out. read more

I had ordered Miso soup and beef noodles. Soup came out first and it was a little salty. Then the beef noodles. All I can taste is soy sauce. So salty it was hard to eat. I could only eat a little bit of it. Definitely will ask for less sauce next time. read more

Always good, fast service and clean. Not traditional, but real good for the inland northwest - Try it

First, it was my fault for thinking this was Noodles & Company. My husband came home with this food tonight for our anniversary we were sharing with our little kids. The food was all the same, just with a changed sauce or meat. And worse, I feel physically sick from the amazing amount of Sodium in the food. Conclusion: Way over priced and Sky High Sodium! Will avoid at all costs! Husband says staff was really nice. read more

Ate here twice. First I had the Thai style chicken rice bowl-- it tasted like someone threw coleslaw and rice and was very skimpy on the chicken. The second time I eat here I had the beef yucky soba. It was the worst beef Yakisoba I've had (I prefer Safeway is Chinese food over this place). I ordered double beef to make my bill about $14 for one Yaki soba plate. To say the least, there was only about 6-7 thin pieces of beef in my bowl. The reason for the one star is poor quality food and high prices. read more

Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl, 1 with double chicken, 1 normal. The double chicken came out and had the amount of chicken on a normal teriyaki bowl at any average joint, the other one had MAYBE 4 pieces of chicken on it. The rice was old and dry. The chicken was slimy. This place is disgusting!!! read more

I placed my order over the phone, I go in 20 minutes later when they said it'd be ready. They told me they never got my order, told me I called the wrong store which I showed they I didn't. Customer service was terrible as I then waited 30 minutes for an order that should've been ready when I got there. I don't recommend until they get a better staff! read more

Good service and great food, usually they're always fast even when it's busy. I hear awesome conversations between coworkers that keeps them lively and fun. Myles is amazing and you can tell he really cares about his store and employees. read more

4/13/2020 A one star is not even worthy of this location after what I witnessed and experienced. First of all, this is not a Covid issue, but a standard issue of protocol in proper food handling. My husband and I went to grab a quick bite to eat as we were needing to run a couple of errands as we take the stay at home mandate seriously. It does not appear that is of any importance at this location. As my husband was placing his order I noticed one person in the back who was also the manager(as someone that has been in leadership positions in the customer/patient service industry of over 30 years I use the term manager loosely)I observed this person named Cody literally grab frozen rolls from a freezer...WITHOUT GLOVES...and throw them in the fryer. When I mentioned that to the very rude Ashley, a person that has no business as the face of any business reply with, "Well he just washed his hands and the heat will kill anything anyway" WHAT?! I responded by telling this idiot that was completely unacceptable and her response..."Well if it's such a problem then you shouldn't be out" WHAT??!! At that time she very rudely turned to this other person and said with what I could tell was attitude that he put on gloves. WHAT??!! Now with all my years of experience I should have known that people like those two unfortunates running that store will only ever understand mediocrity and it's a moot point. At that point, things with this moron began to escalate as she suddenly became concerned with public safety and asked that I stay away from the door with a very snarky demeanor. Now no one is practicing safe distance like I am so I didn't need her to tell me that I needed to stay in the corner for any other customers that come in. I told her I did not need her sudden concern for safety and that when and if someone came in the door I would move. Yeah, that's the problem right? Not the fact that YOU PEOPLE DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHILE PREPARING FOOD! I had refused to order once I witnessed that despicable act and told my husband that I wasn't comfortable with him ordering but he is diabetic and needed to eat something. As if they were punishing us refunded my money and asked that we leave. Are you kidding?? My husband and I had already decided then and there we would never set foot in that location and was going to make sure anyone we knew was aware of how disgusting this place is. Mind you this is not a Covid issue. If this is how they handle themselves during a pandemic we need to be concerned with the running of this place prior to it. Stay away from the Hayden Noodle Express if you wish to remain safe and healthy. read more

This spot is horrible, I ordered a teriyaki chicken rice bowl and half of it came with nasty vegetables! I didn't ask for vegetables, and it didn't say comes with veggies, the rice was over cooked chicken was super dry and noodles were over cooked and my chicken and noodle bowl was the same dried and over cooked pot stickers weren't even cooked raw had to put them in a frying pan to cook them fully, serving raw and over and under cooked food nasty! I will never order from any noodle express ever again if I could give this restaurant a negative 5 stars I would don't eat at the noodle express off prairie. Also staff was not friendly gave me dirty looks. This stores needs to be re trained. And the manager of the store has no clue on how to run a store they need to get fired read more

So the service was ok. While we did show up close to closing and the person was nice and did take care of she seemed like thought we were more a bother then valued customers they also felt more interested in talking to co-workers then listening and answering our questions. The food was ok I got the Sweet and Sour chicken on rice there was an add on of some vetables but the chicken and sauced seemed more pre packaged and thrown together. Try my bf food as well and while he did get something a little to spicy for me it was fine. He got the thai curry noodles. read more

Great noodles and Asian style food. Good prices and food in a casual fast-food environment. The Osaka chicken is a personal favorite. Order it with double meat, extra sauce, no slaw and brown rice. I would drink their Osaka sauce if they sold it by the glass. It's good! read more

Do not flip attitude for customers coming in 15 minutes before closing. It could have been worse and been the entire Shock football team.

I literally cannot believe how amazing the service was! These people went above and beyond to make sure I had everything EXACTLY the way I wanted it! (I have allergies and can't have certain things) All of the staff were very friendly, which is rare to find these days! I was greeted as I walked in the door. They had a line but service was still quick and efficient! I get worried sometimes because of my food allergies, that I'll go somewhere and people won't be cautious of cross-contamination. The people handling my order put on fresh gloves just to be sure nothing was spread! I know I can go to this place anytime and trust I won't have an allergic reaction and I'll get treated with great customer service! read more

First time here. Great lunch spot. Convenient with good parking. Food was good. Comparisons. Other reviewers comparisons to places in China or Klamath Falls are irrelevant. If you want a good alternative to burgers and Mexican food, try this. read more

This noodle has zero customer service skills. We had to sit and wait for 30 minutes for to rice bowls! Than four other people were complaining about waiting for 45 minutes. Maybe if the cooks werent back there talking about there weekend plans maybe they could have better service. Why is it the younger people have no customer service read more

by far the worst meal I have ever ordered. Chicken Teriyaki that had only four small chicken pieces in rice that was cold. Never again will I order from here. read more

First time here and I ordered the beef and rice bowl. It was very flavorful and the "slaw" that they used is delicious! I also ordered the miso soup with noodles. It was a little plain but good. Will be back again. Good food for a decent price! read more

My order had to be redone and the staff handled it so beautifully. The front staff apologized and quickly said they'd remake my order. Then after returning to my seat, I was brought over a gift card! The chef brought my order himself and apologized again. I've eaten at this restaurant many times and have always loved the food. This time, I was so overwhelmed with gratitude at how awesome the staff was. Customer service is obviously important. Great food and even better customer service! read more

I love Noodle express but our food last night was nothing to get excited about. 2 of us ordered Orange chicken rice bowls and 4 of us had chicken noodle bowls, 3 of the Noodle bowls had plenty of flavor and sauce and 1 had no sauce at all and our veggies were not cooked enough at all. The Orange chicken was super yummy but there was not enough of it compared to how much rice their was. The Asian slaw was the best part of this meal! Overall we were not impressed maybe it was just an off night. Staff was super nice though!! read more

I have to say I was pretty disappointed with this place. The portions were tiny. My chicken had maybe 2 bites total. The Mac and cheese was tiny. The choices seemed pretty limited. Just left me wanting more all around. read more

The chicken osaka bowl is all I have ever had and I absolutely love it. I would venture out, but why change when you've found something so good?!?! read more

We live close by so it is convenient for us to pop-in when we want something fast, but not as unhealthy as fast food. Their meat to rice/slaw to price portion is rather disappointing. The rice portion is quite generous, but their meat portion is tiny....maybe 3 oz? I usually order my entree half rice and half slaw so that I can get a decent portion of slaw; otherwise, the portion is tiny as well. The food comes out hot and I can always order an extra side of sauce as needed, which is nice. Although the restaurant is clean and welcoming, the food portions are just too small for the price. read more

Was staying in Couer D'alene, was out shopping and needed a quick lunch to bring back to hotel to have lunch with family. This I guess is a part of the Mustard Seed restaurants. We had the noodles and the chicken osaka. It wasn't like WOW gotta have more, but it was decent and we were hungry enough that we ate all our lunch. Would come back if ever in the area. read more

The yakisoba barely had any meat. The dish was too salty and the veggies looked old. Potstickers were terrible

Went there on a whim and it was still just as I remember it. I got the chicken osaka bowl and while the osaka sauce was just as great as ever their meat to rice to price ratio was way off. I got a giant bowl of rice with a cucumber slaw on the side and a little bit of meat for almost $9. If I wanted that much rice I would have stayed home and made it myself but I hadn't been here in years (I just moved back from Seattle after 10 years) and I wanted to see if it was as I remember. It was, which is disappointing. I liked the sauce so it gets 2 stars instead of 1. read more

Good flavor sauces. Noodles could be flash boiled first to soften them up more. Little pricey. Ordered egg rolls, they were not ready until after we finished our meal. Had to take them to go : ( and 'guest' wifi is really not for guests, they won't give you the password. They should change the name of their wifi so that people won't ask read more

This place is a long time favorite of mine - I love the chicken Osaka, and the Thai curry noodles are good too. Pro tip, ask for extra sauce because it is delicious. read more

BRRRR it's cold in here. Great food & service but it's extremely cold. When we mentioned it to the manager she had a very very dismissive attitude. read more

We go every once in awhile but won't be back now. We ordered two sweet and sour bowls to go - I live 5 minutes away...once we got home and opened them the chicken was soggy...almost as if it had just been warmed up and not cooked recently. We each ate about 3 bites and then threw them away. The reason for three stars is that it was clean inside and the people working were all very friendly. We've eaten here in the past and the food was good but the past two times totally ruined it. read more

Quick, OK food. We ordered a few teriyaki rice bowls with chicken, one with noodles, and a sweet Thai curry with shrimp bowl. The teriyaki was salty, and tasted like it had too much soy in it. There was no coconut flavor in the Sweet Thai Sauce, and the heat was very mild. The rice was cooked well, and the fresh salad included was nice. The steamed potstickers were fine. Overall, it was ok. read more
