On a recent trip through the Carson Valley, our tire completely shredded. We were lucky to get Jerod from D &S tow to come out and rescue us. He was quick, efficient, and extremely pleasant. He picked up our car and drove us home so we could change the tire. I hope you don't need them, but if you do, I highly recommend Jerod and D & S towing.

I am reporting this to roadside assistance programs, irresponsible company like this one should NOT be part of the emergency system. Our car broke down while we were on vacation, roadside assistance assigned this company to our case. The driver, apparently the owner "Mike", kept saying he will arrive in 2 hours, and then several more additional 2 hours, and then say his truck broke down and promise he'll come early next morning. The second day we called him early morning to check on status. Mike said he'll arrive in 30 minutes and then ghosted us and stopped picking up the phone. If you don't want to do business, just say so. Why kept lying and kept people hanging for more than 36 hours in cold snowy weather?

Our Suburban wouldn't start this past week after taking it in to Champion Chevrolet for the same…read moreproblem 2 weeks ago (see my negative review for them) despite a brand-new battery. We knew we'd have to get it towed to a different shop (not going back to Champion - they didn't fix our problem the first time). The Suburban was stuck in our garage at the bottom of a steep driveway. We explained this to the tow company receptionist and she said she'd get her best guy on it. She was very professional and helpful. Zach came was also very professional and friendly. Despite a challenging situation, Zach got the surburban out of the garage and up the driveway with no damage to the vehicle or garage! Charges were totally reasonable also! Had a great experience. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
