    Grilled Pork Banh Mi
    Phoebe C.

Pretty solid food and bahn mi was yummy! Not super authentic and more americanized but great option when you're craving Vietnamese food. They give you a good amount of food and filled with lots of toppings for the price. The grilled pork was flavorful and their aioli was like a green goddess type of sauce which I liked (but again not authentic). The salted foam vietnamese coffee was delicious and sweet! You can do order chipotle style or with everything "the nom way." Inside was clean and the workers were nice.

Great place to get Vietnamese food in Issaquah. The service here was amazing, the owner was so friendly. I love the story behind this restaurant, the restaurant is clean, modern, large. They have a wide selection of different Vietnamese items. My favorite was the rice plate. Everything was juicy, flavorful, and plentiful. Overall, I highly recommend and I would come back.

There is nothing boastful about it, the owner can be a little militant and he might have intimidated me the first time I went in, but I'm sure he is a softie at heart. The rest of the staff is sweet. And one thing is for sure they work hard and really make delightful Asian fusion mostly Vietnamese inspired dishes. I love the matcha with boba milk tea. I find it so refreshing and almost a meal in itself. I am also partial to the Banh mi and pork belly bun sandwiches. The sandwiches are perfectly seasoned and their pickled ingredients give it the right tang. The bread on the Banh mi is light, crispy and fresh. I actually haven't tried anything else because I'm always needing something quick to go. Next time I may have to sit and enjoy a meal and boba. And I'll add photos next time.

There was a period when they did some remodeling--maybe it coincided with a change in ownership?--and since then the quality has dipped slightly, but not enough for us to stop going. * The pho is good, clean, and fresh. I always order a large now because the portions seem a bit smaller, and unfortunately the broth is more watered down compared to before. There were even a couple of times when the soup tasted completely off--they probably ran out and had to make a rushed batch, and it definitely tasted like it. After two bad experiences in a row, I stopped going for a little while, but recently returned and it was back to normal (though still more diluted than it used to be). * The pork banh mi is one of the best we've had. * We occasionally order vermicelli or rice dishes, but the amount of meat is pretty small. * Their egg rolls and spring rolls are perfect! Just always double-check your order to make sure you get peanut sauce instead of fish sauce for the spring rolls.

The last place I went to had clouds of fruit flies, the floor was sticky and the table looked like a science experiment (the Pho was good though, but ewww). But this isn't about Pho places in Covington. This is about Happy Autumn in Renton. I needed to be in Renton along 4th Ave and since I don't get to eat good Pho much anymore, I saw that Happy Autumn was along the route I'd be driving. My first impression. The food handling rating is EXCELLENT and the restaurant looked clean. The staff was delightful, professional, full of smiles, and had my order ready for pick-up right on time. I got the grilled chicken Pho to go, which is risky because 'to-go' meals can be skimped on since people don't tend to complain on meals to go from their house. I was NOT disappointed. They piled up all the goodies. Extra Sriracha, jalapenos, cilantro and basil. Lots of chicken and noodles and just a touch of sprouts (they are my least favorite Pho item). The broth was fragrant, flavorful and by the time I got home 45 minutes later, still hot. I put it all together and enjoyed some of the best Pho I've ever eaten locally. HIGHLY recommend.

Staff was nice, attentive and the tables and restaurant seemed very clean. We ordered pho, chicken summer rolls and a grilled chicken rice plate. The broth didn't have a lot of depth. It was fine but not enough to warrant a return. The grilled chicken was not exactly grilled. It tasted more like boiled chicken in a sauce and it was very sweet. I will keep looking for other pho restaurants to try. We have visited I Love Pho and Square Lotus in the Factoria area for probably 2 decades so need a change sometimes.

Square Lotus offers an extensive choice of dishes. This visit we ordered the tropical fresh rolls and the pork on skewers, along with banh xeo The banh xeo was really nice and crispy. The only 2 drawbacks. for me was ... instead of pork belly, they use chicken, i think white meat cause the meat is very dry. The second is they don't offer a lot of fresh herbs with this dish. Just some cilantro and one small branch of Thai basil Next time i order this i will definitely ask for pork belly instead of chicken in my banh xeo. Definitely recommend you trying this restaurant. I went with their Classsic Vermicilli bowl which comes with pork, shrimp, a tiny egg rolls, noodles and cucumbers. It was delicious the pork was very tasty and the shrimp were seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is large and definitely a spot for families both small and big. I only noticed a few to go orders. Great spot for Vietnamese food if you happen to find yourself in Bellevue.

I've always been a big fan of Vietnamese food, and this place caught my attention right away. I even noticed egg coffee on the menu, which is something I don't see very often at Vietnamese restaurants around here. But the real surprise was the pho. I noticed a special pho dish on the menu that, for some reason, I can't find on their online menu. I decided to try it, and it was the best pho I've ever had. Just look at the picture. This isn't your typical bowl of pho. The enormous pieces of bone-in beef make it something completely different from what I've had at other Vietnamese restaurants. The broth was excellent, and the whole dish was impressive. My wife and I liked it so much that we tried to order another one to take home to our daughter. Unfortunately, they told us they couldn't prepare this particular dish to go because they didn't have a container large enough to accommodate it. I've eaten a lot of pho over the years, but I've never seen anything quite like this. This was easily the most impressive bowl of pho I've ever been served. I'll definitely be back.
