    Whipped Feta Spread
    Aurora A.

HIGHLY recommend!! We stopped here before a show at the Fillmore. The service was so friendly and helpful. We ordered a few appetizers. The whipped feta spread is a MUST. We also really enjoyed the roasted vegetables. The salmon rice bowl was enough for two and hit the spot. The beer selection was amazing. Everything inside was so bright and clean. What a great spot for good food and good vibes.

Cute vibe, but very loud so hard to have a conversation at your table. Due to noise level we only stayed for a drink and appetizer. Blackened tenderloin tips were good as a shared appetizer, but on the pricier side. I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Nolo's is always such a fun place to go! This was my second time getting the rigatoni and I would definitely continue to order again. Our handful of people at my table got the ahi tuna bowl, and they loved that too. Our waitress was so nice and friendly!

Nolo's food did not disappoint. I had the brussel sprouts and cauliflower with the rigatoni bolognese. Both dishes were delicious. We had a great server who checked in with us frequently even with a packed restaurant. The atmosphere was great and I will definitely be coming back again.

Nolos was a great experience-- from the food to the atmosphere/service, all was very enjoyable. I'd come back with friends, family, or visitors to MPLS. FOOD: I got their scramble and an iced tea. Portion size, flavor, and quality was all high. Tater tots in a scramble was odd, but they were good. I couldn't tell if the tater tots were homemade though. SERVICE: professional, friendly, and attentive ATMOSPHERE: upscale and comfortable PARKING: difficult... there is street parking, but very limited

Such a fun spot in the North Loop! Plenty of options for any pallet, and everything was delicious. Went for my birthday and everyone was so kind, got a complimentary drink too!

The service was top-notch--our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. I went with a friend who is celiac and they put in the extra work and time to make her feel heard and cared about! Now, the burger. WOW. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and stacked just right--not overdone, just classic and satisfying. One of the best I've had in a while! Between the great atmosphere, excellent service, and that unforgettable burger, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving something solid and satisfying.

I've been to Nolo's a few times now, usually for celebrations, and noted it consistently delivers quality food. The vibe is slightly upscale, but still comfortable, and the service is always friendly. Drinks here are solidly strong, which I appreciate. You're definitely getting what you pay for. Anytime we come here with a group everyone always seems to enjoy their pasta the most. Super buttery, oily, and garlicy in the best way! I've noticed the pasta options seem to rotate, so I'm not sure the one I ordered during my first visit is still on the menu. I've also tried the ravioli, which was decent, but not as flavorful as some of the other pasta dishes I've had here. A few appetizers have really surprised me, especially the whipped feta. I wasn't expecting the honey drizzle that made it that much more irresistible. The spring rolls were just okay for me. They didn't stand out as much compared to everything else. The walleye sandwich was a hit, and the Seafood Stew was incredible. It had a depth of flavor that reminded me of one of my favorite curry places in the city. The only downside is parking. It's not the easiest area to park in, and you'll probably have to walk a bit and pay, so I'd recommend carpooling or grabbing an Uber if that's an option. Overall, Nolo's is a great spot for a celebratory night out with strong drinks and consistently good food. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to.

We stopped into NOLO's last weekend for a late dinner per my cousin's recommendation (March Madness was in full swing everywhere else) and I was immediately taken with the interior. I loved the soft, warm lighting and it felt comfortable despite being busy. Our server was my cousin, so I might be biased but she was bubbly, welcoming, and more than accommodating. The rest of the staff took great care of us as well and we had a really fun experience! Our table ordered the kale salad, dry rub wings, avocado fries, a chicken bowl, and drinks. The drinks were well made (so tasty) and the food was even better. I had heard about NOLO's but was unfamiliar with their food game and I'm wondering how I never ended up there. The chicken bowl was reported to be so amazing that a to-go box was unnecessary, and I love a chunky French fry. No complaints from me about the wings or salad either. Consider me impressed! NOLO's seems to have mastered the balance between comfortable and elevated. I would've assumed it was much more expensive than it was, and I'm so glad I finally made my way there!

Great place for an early happy hour! Highly recommend. Drink prices are cheap ($6 cosmos, $5 glasses of wine) and the food is good! We both ended up ordering the beef rice bowl -- very tasty and I wished I had a second one! We also ordered sides of fries, which are off menu ($6 for fries). Big portion and great for sharing with the table over drinks! Service was quick and friendly, and overall a very lively atmosphere. Check it out!

Turkey Burger, tomato soup, Thai chicken pizza
    Avery E.

Nolo's turkey burger is the best in the business. It is my favorite one in the entire world! I crave it routinely every 3 months and have to visit to enjoy it again. My mom and I tried their Thai chicken pizza with our beloved turkey burger, and it was good. I think we both agreed the one from papa murpheys was better... but it was still a great experience because we had our turkey burger!!! Our server, Hannah, was lovely and responsive! Sunday evening ambiance was nice and chill! Thanks Nolo's!!!

We chose Nolo's kitchen and Bar because it was near a hotel we were staying at. We made a reservation. We were really glad to have a reservation because they were busy at 5:00 on a Friday. We were seated and our waitress came right by to get our drink order. We asked her about an appetizer because two looked really good. She said the whipped feta was very popular. After getting it we understood why with the salty cheese and sweet hot honey and texture from the pistachios. We would definitely recommend it. We ordered Basil ravioli and a Sprouts and cauliflower bowl to share. The ravioli definitely had a basil flavor which we liked. It had an open layout with a bar in the center fully seated. Everyone seemed to be having a good time.

Wasn't too sure if I should add my rooftop experience to this yelp or this other one that didn't have any reviews yet. (It will now when I add this one haha) I got super lucky and was able to experience this place before it got so crowded that there was no seats. Just a quick elevator ride you are able to see such gorgeous views of the area. There is a nice variety of drinks and food to eat. Ultimately it is such an amazing vibe. It is a great spot to wind down after a day of work, great place to catch up with some friends, and maybe even use it as a way to enjoy before you go out for the night. Ben from out of town I definitely see myself wanting to come back to the spot again if I'm ever visiting.

Yuca fries ($12). Yuca, chicken seasoning, avocado aioli, queso fresco, cilantro, and scallions.

The restaurant is quite large and super cute. We were greeted and seated right away. The walls have fun little things written in chalk and it is very bright and cheery inside. We received the menu and waited a bit before our order was taken. We did not need to wait long for our food to arrive. My daughter and I ordered the same thing with slight variations--Two Eggs, Potatoes, and Toast. I chose the Hen Potatoes which were amazing! Tender on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside--not greasy at all. My daughter had the hash browns, which were just as good--not greasy, but perfectly crisp and flavorful. The seven grain toast and jam were great and our scrambled eggs were cooked just how we like. My daughter also ordered a fruit cup, which was filled with a bigger variety of fruit than she expected and she loved it. I ordered a side of bacon and it was delicious. While the food wowed us, our service was just okay. She was polite enough, but did not check on us until we were well into our meal. Thankfully, we didn't need anything. Our check and my payment were dealt with promptly, which we appreciated. We also ordered a caramel roll to go and were very glad we did. Super tasty and not overly sweet. If you are in the area, stop in. You will not regret it. The prices are higher, but it is worth every penny. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area.
