I couldn't find anything wrong during my visit. We arrived closer to closing time and they serviced us as if they just opened. We were greeted at the door by such a polite young man. We sat at the bar and the bartender was giving the best service, he was attentive, kind, and made us feel welcome eventhough we were there ordering drinks and food so close to closing. We offered to take our meal to go because of closing time and he said no, take our time and enjoy our meal there. We Old Fashioned and Moscow Mule, both great!!! We ate Lobster Roll, fries, asparagus, and Ribeye. Everything delicious!!! The owner happen to be there this night, he was so nice and made us feel so comfortable, being that we were now there after business hours. He talked us about his Infinity Bottle and offered us a taste and surprisingly good, after learning how the Bottle comes about. The space is nice. They have a self-pour wine area. The wine and liquor selection was looking real top tier. The atmosphere is dem lighting, with a good amount of seating, there was a area that looks like you can close off for a private party. There is some really great artwork throughout the restaurant. We I return back to Savannah I surly will be making a stop.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. Great ambiance with such a cool soulful vibe. The food was absolutely delicious. Starting with the Wisconsin cheese curds which were perfectly seasoned. My husband and I had the Stone Mountain burger- hands down the best vegan burger I've ever eaten, and I've eaten plenty of them! My sons had the pesto fried oysters and fried half chicken. They both loved their meals. Service was great albeit a little slow due to a large birthday party. We had no complaints and would happily return the next time we visit the Savannah area.

Server was friendly and the food was great. Recommend the lobster roll, grouper, and osso bucco. The sandwiches & fries came out kind of cold and everything did take long. But nonetheless, good food.

First time here and on a colleague's recommendation. WOW is my first impression and experience. Patrick, the owner immediately introduced himself on my arrival and a delight to chat with. The interior is beautifully decorated and obviously well thought out. Tried a variety of drinks and all tasty. Ordered a small charcuterie board that was outstanding. Fried calamari is delicious and sauce served with it even better! The location of restaurant is a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and go!

I had been hearing so many great reviews about Noble Roots, I made my way in last night to experience ultimate dining. We arrived right after they opened and seated immediately. The service was amazing. What I heard about the entire crew greeting you and just an overall pleasantness about the restaurant was absolutely true. The ambiance was everything you want on a Saturday evening, it was giving wine bar, chill, lounge vibes. The cocktails were so wonderfully crafted and cute too! I'll return soon for the wine bar experience. I ordered the signature burger and fries, delish! Served on a toasted ciabatta bun, oh my! The fries were giving best fries I've ever had. They were crispy, seasoned, and you just gotta taste them to understand the goodness factor. See you there!

I have been to Noble Roots a few times and on my recent visit I guess I was hoping for somewhat of a better experience. I will say overall the food and the drinks are really good. Everything is really fresh and flavorful. One thing that I always find really confusing about restaurants is that they don't allow reservations, yet they allow a waitlist prior to your arrival. You can literally be waiting for hours, depending on the time of day or the day of the week. Myself and my party were told recently on a Friday that we could call 15 minutes before arrival to be added to the waitlist, unfortunately no one ever answered the phone so we just had to wing it and hope that we were able to get a table upon arrival. Luckily we were able to get a table. There was literally two tables left for myself and another party behind us. Again the food and drinks were really really good. I have no complaints there, but sometimes I do feel like the customer service could be somewhat better. I always feel so rushed when I come here, whether it's a party or whether just an intimate dinner with a friend. Literally as I was handing over my menu, the waitress instantly grabbed everything out of our hands. Once our food came, it was as if she didn't have enough time to check on us because she was catering to the party that was in the party room. Super cute spot overall and a nice place grab drinks and food.

We went to Noble Roots for my Wife's birthday. We had such a great time! We met the receptionist, the Chef, and the owner. We really enjoyed visiting with them. The wine bar was awesome, the food was delicious, and the service was great. We look forward to our next visit. read more

Nice bourbon list and delicious-serve wine by the glass. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions for us while in town. The asparagus was so good, as was the lobster ravioli and grilled mahi. Broad menu for varied tastes. Good location with plenty of parking. RV/Camper parking at the Publix next door. read more

Absolutely delicious! Every dish we had was on point. The Calamari starter had so much flavor! I had the New Orleans Pasta and for the price it is a large portion. My favorite was the Noble Wedge Salad, I couldn't stop eating it. To end the meal I had the Biscoff Crème Brûlée and it had to be the best dessert I've had. My fiancé got the Strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwich and he wanted to order another. Great experience, we will be back! read more

Noble Roots... so many ways to run with this, but all in the right direction. This little gem popped up when I was searching for a middle ground to visit with family. Between Macon and Charleston lies Pooler. Location can be everything for some. So, here we go... the restaurant had fa few good reviews. Reading someone drove from Beaufort and was impressed was a big motivation. Upon agreeing this is the spot, we met, ate and fell in love with Noble Roots. The menu seems to change frequently, from my understanding. We had the shrimp and quail appetizers. Both were delectable and just right in portion. We opted for some sandwhiches as we had met during the day. It was slow for a Saturday afternoon, but we enjoyed the quiet. Being able to try different wines is a plus, especially when one can buy them. We also got the crab cake sandwich, pulled pork and the cuban. Noting also I love the french fries! The service was on point. And as we went to leave they offered to take our photo under their cool sign that says root in all the different languages! What an experience! What a place! I was looking for something different, and so I clicked on Yelp and started searching. I am SO glad I chose Noble Roots! My server (Julia) was friendly and attentive and explained how the wine station worked and answered all questions I had about the menu. She helped me choose 2 tequilas for a flight, and I left the third completely up to her--all were excellent! Along with my flight, I ordered an appetizer off the specials menu, parmesan pesto fried oysters. 8-10 large fried oysters were drizzled with a basil pesto and covered in shaved parmesan; the oysters were still crispy and the flavors perfect. Sadly, the app was so filling the I didn't order the filet I had my eye on. I did order the berry lemon marscapone cake to take back to the hotel. I had to leave early the next day, but I will be back! I'm still thinking about all the flavors I tried and others I wish I had. read more

I absolutely love this place! Great service! The food was amazing! Shrimp and Grits no kidding best I've ever had!. Pesto Oysters are a must! Dessert lemon blueberry cake fried in butter! On our way to Jekyll. We decided to stop in Pooler for dinner. We found Noble Roots and sooo glad we did! Justin was our server and he was very thorough and checked on us often. We shared the ravioli short rib and the New Orleans pasta. We finished both and were stuffed. But, not too stuffed for chocolate cake!! Wonderful food and service. HIGHLY recommend. Everything that was served was amazing. The appetizers are a little small (fried calamari). We had a table of 9 we should've ordered 2. But the main courses were very delicious. Bartender made an exceptional espresso martini. Decor is top notch. They have a wine bar that is self serve which is fun and different. You can taste different wines before purchasing a bottle. Would highly recommend. read more

A group of us was taking my nephew and sister there for their birthday dinner. Reservation was made two weeks in advance. the day and time came we were there before time only to find out the manager had given away our reservation. this was Saturday 4/20 at 6:15p. we stood on the outside of the restaurant trying to find some place to go. the manager was not helpful in trying to make amend. would not recommend this place as long as the same manger is there. can only review the service which was lousy. read more

We supported Noble Roots when the first opened. We liked the idea that they were an independently owned restaurant. Even after several bad experiences starting a few weeks ago, we still supported then. The food wasn't as good as it was normally. I ordered and they didn't tell me that one of the items I ordered wasn't provided. They just didn't bring it out and didn't say anything. But at least they were pleasant to us. So we just let it go. We went there last week and they told us that they had limited menu items. So we left and we let it go. But tonight we drove in for dinner and we had one of the most unwelcoming experiences we have ever had at any restaurant other than a fast food place. I ordered my food expecting to get exactly what I ordered. And I didn't get the correct order. I tried to resolve it by sending it back. The server decided that she was going to argue with me. I explained to her that I will not argue with anyone about something that I am paying for. The chef came out to address a concern that another table had and walked right by us. I had to call him to our table for him to even speak with me about my dissatisfaction. So we won't be returning to Noble Roots. read more

This place is amazing!! Great atmosphere and fantastic service. The food is spectacular and they even have a wine automatic dispenser. It was like a small town everybody knows your name personal feel with the atmosphere of cozy and exciting. Great place if you ever find youself near here. My husband and I just moved here and decided to try Noble Roots. It was fabulous! the food was so fresh and tasty. I had the Say Cheese panini and my husband had a "fish" sandwich that was actually vegan. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the curry chips and dip were also a big hit. I had the opportunity to have a delicious New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and a German Reisling. Their wine selections are great as well. We look forward to our next visit! read more

We just had our first Brunch at this restaurant and both my wife and I agree; By far the best we've ever had!!!!! The Chef took time to ensure we were completely satisfied and the rest of the staff were amazing. One extra note: The "Billion" Dollar Bacon should be "Trillion". BEST EVER!!! The waffles should have their own name. They are out of this world good. The ambiance is so relaxing I would say, I didn't eat as fast as usual, but I did eat more deliberate than ever!! read more

We drove fromBeaufort, SC for this restaurant and it was so worth it. We thought it was all vegan, but, it wasn't. The decor, music was beautiful. A huge bar and separate wine area. The bar staff and waitress were so friendly and the waitress came to check on us frequently , which I look for. The vegan options were plentiful and were delicious. We started with Pakora and my Indian husband said the spices were authentic. Chutney for dipping was so good. I had a burger made with Lion's Mane mushroom. It came with homemade French fries. It was so good. The Coquito was so good. Will definitely return for another date. read more

I just ate here. I had the Ahi tuna and the scallops. The food was AMAZING and fresh!!!! I will definitely be back . I also got the snapper to go and another round of Ahi tuna, which didn't last the rest of the night..... Soooo good!!! read more

If you are there to sit and sip, you go up to the register and start a tab. They give you a lil' hotel key looking card that is attached to the tab you started. And then you self-serve around via the contraptions holding the available wines for tasting. You insert the card, select the wine you want a pour of, and what volume of the wine you want dispensed in to your glass. The machines show you what each amount of each variety costs and you get as much as you want when you want. It is fun and convenient, and then you get to sit and sit at some tables set among the quantities of wine available for purchase. When you are done, you go up to the register to tally up and close out. They have a good variety and range of wines available for tasting and purchase, red and white, dry to sweet. This captivating cocktail showcased a delightful balance of smoothness and sweetness, seamlessly sneaking up on us with its depth of flavor. Additionally, the Wedge Salad stood out with its generous portion size and the freshness of its ingredients, including vibrant beets, crisp cucumbers, briny olives, and artichokes. The dish was further elevated by remarkable blue cheese crumbles and bacon, accompanied by a creamy dressing that truly set it apart. The Lobster Ravioli was another highlight, expertly crafted and stuffed with succulent lobster, all complemented by a rich, creamy sauce that brought the dish to life. The service at Noble Roots was exemplary, with our server Kate demonstrating a keen attentiveness to our needs. The Caesar Salad was flavorfully dressed, while the Crab Cakes were tasty but perhaps a touch insufficient in thickness for our preference. A standout appetizer was the Fried Oyster, which we thoroughly enjoyed. When I found the Shrimp and Grits unsatisfactory, Kate graciously facilitated a trade for the Lobster Ravioli without hesitation--demonstrating great professionalism. The Black and Blue Burger was flavorful, accompanied by perfectly salted fries. We visited Noble Roots in Pooler, GA for the first time tonight and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was perfect--warm, cozy, and beautifully set with low lighting. They have an impressive wine selection, and I chose the winter sangria, which was absolutely delicious. For my meal, I ordered the salmon, and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly prepared and flavorful down to the very last bite. Our waitress was super friendly and patient, making the evening even more enjoyable.
